baking friday! :) calling all cookie monsters! :) hehe! :) cookie monsters! :) hehe! :) cookie monsters, and cookie baker's in training unite!!! :) it's baking friday!!! :) oh my! :) a SUPER FUN, SUPER WILD, HALLOWEEN TIME baking friday adventure in the kitchen!!! :) This was so much HALLOWEEN FUN!!! :) With the flour flying, the bags of sugar flying and disappearing into the living room, hehe! and lots and lots of awesome halloween fun, we just had, one of the most WILDEST!!! WILDEST!!! baking friday adventures we've ever had! :) GREETINGS, and WELCOME TO THE KITCHEN, for the very 1st time, THE TRIPLETS, BRAYDEN, COLBY, and JACOB! :) their very 1st baking friday adventure! :) they were eating chocolate chips, helping make the cookies, and goodies, and we all shared, lots and lots of smiles! :) Alyssa, Taylynn, Mikey triplets, and i, baked up some sweet halloween fun today, in the kitchen! :) We're so happy, excited, and thrilled, that the triplets had their 1st baking friday adventrue with us today! :) one of the triplets ran off into the living room with the bag of sugar! :) hehe! :) WE GOT LITTLE BAKER'S IN TRAINING, and they are LITTLE COOKIE MONSTERS!!! :) hehe! :) lots of fun, halloween time, TWAS 1 week, until HALLOWEEN HOLIDAY!!! :) Come on over, for some baking friday halloween treats! :)

We sure do love our baking friday adventures, and sharing our adventures with everyone :) keeping with the tradition, a wonderfully wholesome tradition :) Today, Taylynn, Mikey, Alyssa, Brayden, Colby, Jacob, and i, baked some nice halloween Spider webs themed sugar cookies, made peanut butter and jelly reese's cups, and we also made pumpkins themed rice krispies treats :) We had a WILD baking friday HALLOWEEN party in the kitchen! :) this adventure was rocking, and pumpkin rolling! :) Whooo! :) it's halloween time, and today, welcoming into the kitchen, for their very 1st of many baking friday adventures, the Triplets joined us! :) Mikey, Taylynn, Alyssa, and i were teaching them about baking, showing them the process of baking/preparing the goodies :) they were all very excited, and were really interested, to see how to bake, and they also were interested, in that BAG OF CHOCOLATE CHIPS!!! :) hehe! :) We got some little cookie monsters, who are bakers in training, and we can tell very much already, that they are gonna be joining in, on many more super fun baking friday adventures :) WOW! :) We sure did have a super fun time today, and shared many smiles, and laughs, as one of the triplets took the whole bag of sugar, and ran into the living room! :) oh my! :) hehe! :) this is awesome!!! :)
Hi angel friends! :) my family and i hope everyone is doing well, and enjoying a BOO-eautiful day! :) it's sweet classic, and golden October! :) it's that time of the year, TWAS only 1 week, until Halloween holiday! :) my family and i are so very happy, and excited! :) We're having so much fun, and having the time of our lives, celebrating the halloween season with everyone :)a sweet of magical excitement, spirited festivities, wholesome traditions, and SPOOK-TACULAR FUN! :) this is awesome!!! :) it's been very halloweenish cool and crisp autumn weather, with the dark early sky in the morning, as we are deep into the heart of the month of October, and we're all gearing up, for HALLOWEEN HOLIDAY!!! :)
i've been thinking of you all often today :) Angel friends, you all are so wonderful to us :) our hearts are full of joy, my heart, is glowing happily like a smiling pumpkin! :) We're getting closer to the halloween holiday :) my niece Alyssa, mentioned about coming over with the triplets this afternoon, to help bake goodies :) their very 1st baking friday adventure! :) Woot! :) We're so excited, the triplets joining in :) we knew it was gonna be a very exciting, and WILD baking friday adventure :) This morning, i wished Kayla, Taylynn, and our family, and friends, a happy baking friday, and shared with my family, your lovely happy baking friday wishes :) Thank you angel friends, so very much! :) You all are very nice, and sweet :) Kayla's been having a big month of October, with track and field season, but is looking forward to joining in on the baking friday fun, in November, and December, for holiday baking friday's :) We've really missed having Kayla in the kitchen, but she'll definitely be back soon :)
my mom's been putting together some nice halloween goodies/treats bags, for the kids :) She went out to shop today, her and my dad, and they picked up lots of nice baking friday supplies, and treats for us all :) it's very nice, and sweet of my mom and dad :) Lots of great excitement, and spirit in the air, as we are getting closer, to the halloween holiday :) it's incredible, how the holiday is only 7 days away! :) it's gonna be spook-tacular!!! :) this morning, i began my day, with a nice nature walk, putting goodies around our yard, for the birds and squirrels, our nature animal friends :) they love their baking friday breakfast feasts :) awww! :) we had some early rain in our area, but it got clearer as the day went on :) i've been smelling that scent of October, the scent of the autumn leaves, all around :) it feels like, looks like, HALLOWEEN TIME!!! :)
It was an awesome spirited morning! :) my sister Lisa treated me to a nice pumpkin spiced iced latte, from dunkin donuts :) it's very nice of her :) CHEERS!!! :) i began to gather our baking friday supplies, and halloween decorations, and went out into the kitchen, to begin setting up, and decorating our kitchen, for our super fun adventure :) it's part of the great baking friday fun each week :) we do some of our biggest decorative displays, during Halloween season, in the kitchen :) Today, i used our spook-tacular, Spiders themed tableclothes :) READY TO SPIN A WEB of halloween baking friday fun! :) i also displayed our new, happy halloween cards in the kitchen :) it was looking so cool, i love to take pictures, of our kitchen all set up, and decorated :) i cooked a nice lunch, i had macaroni and cheese, and tomato soup :) delicious! :)
The early afternoon, i enjoyed some nice quality time here on ds, and also was hanging out with my mom and dad :) i opened up some halloween mail, and put some spooky cool movies on :) i love to see my halloween town glowing with that spirited excitement, of halloween season :) shortly before 3pm, i began to gather some more of our baking supplies, and went back out into our kitchen to put the finishing touches, on our kitchen preparations for our adventure :) Alyssa and the triplets, Colby, Brayden, and Jacob came over, Taylynn arrived home from school, and Jenn and Mikey came over :) We were all very excited, it was almost time to bake! :) Each week, we get lots of wonderful use, from our nice baking friday supplies, we have recieved over the years, from family and friends :) our nice aprons, oven mits, kitchen towels, hot mats, and lots more :) These nice supplies, are always a very special part of our baking friday adventures :) i texted friends throughout the course of the day, to wish them a happy baking friday :) we brought the chair, stool, and the little chairs out into the kitchen, and we got our picture taken :) We were all set and ready to bake! :) Welcoming the Triplets into the kitchen, for their 1st baking friday adventure :) Calling all cookie monsters! :) cookie monsters unite!!! :) it's time to bake! bake! bake! :)
We began our super fun adventure! :) We first began, by preparing the reese's peanut butter cups :) the triplets were watching on, as we poured some chocolate chips into a bowl, and they began to try some of the chocolate chips! :) hehe! :) they love chocolate! :) Alyssa and i melted the chocolate chips, and stirred the chocolate :) We then used spoons, to line the halloween mini baking cups, with the chocolate :)We made a whole plate full of the lined chocolate baking cups, for the reese's cups :) Alyssa mentioned about making some peanut butter and jelly cups :) i said, "cool!" :) Mikey and Taylynn were helping out, were showing the Triplets, Brayden, Colby, and Jacob, the oven mits, and how to wear the oven mits :) they were smiling, and saying, "coooookie! coooookie!" hehe! :) very adorable! :) Mikey was so proud, as he was showing them, about how to bake :) this was awesome! :)
We put the mini halloween baking cups into the fridge to chill, and then began to prepare the pumpkin rice krispies treats :) i put a stick of butter, into the cooking pot, and then added in the marshmallows :) we all tried some marshmallows :) The marshallows were melting nicely :) i used a spatula to stir them :) Alyssa was helping a lot, as the kids were all so excited, and they were very interested, in the baking process :) The triplets were looking on :) we made some green rice krispies treats (for the pumpkin stems), and we also added in yellow and red, to make orange pumpkin colored marshmallow, for the rice krispies treats :) we were having lots of fun, and so happy, that the triplets were joining in on the baking friday fun :)
we poured the rice krispies into the orange marshmallows, and then began to stir and stir, and soon had lots of orange rice krispies :) SWEET!!! :) We let it cool down for a little while, then Alyssa and i added the rice krispies into butter greased muffin pans :) Alyssa put the rice krispies into the fridge to cool down, after we added the green rice krispies to the top of the pumpkins, for the stem :) Very cool! :) We began to get ready, to make the sugar cookies :) oh my! :) it got WILD!!! :) hehe! :) We were showing the triplets, how we get the flour FLYING in the air, in the kitchen! :) hehe! :) We added in the ingredients, Mikey got to pick out the best egg! :) he cracked open the egg :) my mom and Jenn were coming out into the kitchen too :) this was great! :) we super stirred the cookie dough, and sprinkled flour, onto the side counter, and began to flatten the cookie dough :) We used the top of the frosting container, to make the nice round shaped cookies for the spider webs cookies :)
We had the flour flying all around, and one of the triplets, took the bag of sugar, and ran off into the living room! :) hehe! :) they also were getting into the flour, and rice krispies, oh my! :) hehe! :) they sure were having a fun time! :) We all were! :) i used some butter, to grease the cookie baking pan, and we made 6 nice round sugar cookies :) i put the cookies into the oven to bake! bake! bake! :) We did some cleaning up, in the kitchen :) we showed the triplets, how we use the sponges, to clean the counter :)they were looking, and looking, and were so interested! :)W e can definitely tell, that they are going to join in, on many baking friday adventures :)
Alyssa and i made the different colored frostings :) We then took a little break, after the cookies finished baking :) We gave the kids, some nice treats bag, and my mom gave me some treats too! :) Awww! :) i wanted to mention, my grandma recieved her halloween treats bag, and is very happy and excited! :) Alyssa and i added in some peanut butter and some grape jelly, into the mini halloween baking cups, with the chocolate, and we then melted some more chocolate chips, to put on top of the peanut butter and jelly, and put the treats back into the fridge to chill :)
We then decorated the spider webs themed sugar cookies :) We made purple, orange, and green spider webs, they came out really good! :) We were all hanging out, and enjoying the spirit of the day :) You all were right there with us in spirit :) i thanked all of the kids, and my niece Alyssa, for helping bake today :) we put together 2 nice plate fulls of treats, for Alyssa and the triplets, and Jenn and Mikey to bring home :) This was so much fun today, and we have many more super fun baking friday adventures to look forward too :) next friday, we're having a HAPPY HALLOWEEN HOLIDAY themed baking friday adventure, which will be our 5th, halloween themed baking friday this month :) We love baking friday, and sharing our adventures :) a very special shoutout, to family and friends :) lots of cooking, and baking this week :) We love hearing about the nice meals you cook, and goodies you bake :) this is awesome fun! :) we're with eachother in spirit, in our kitchens :) Spider Webs themed Sugar Cookies, Pumpkins themed Rice Krispies Treats, and Peanut butter and Jelly, Reese's cups, dedicated to our wonderful family, wonderful friends, and to the BOO-eautiful spirit, of halloween time! :) We love you all so very very much! :) many great memories being made, to always cherish, and treasure! :) baking friday! :) We love it!!! :) October 24th, 2014 :) Happy baking friday everyone! :)
We're enjoying a BOO-eautiful day, and an amazing SPIRIT WEEK! :) baking friday! :) We love it!!! : )Woot! :) my family and i are doing well, and are in great spirits :) This whole week, is rocking, and pumpkin rolling, with lots of exciting halloween season festivities, and traditions :) it's been so much fun, celebrating, this amazing week, that leads us into HALLOWEEN WEEK! :) Twas 7 days, until Halloween holiday! :) my family and i are so very blessed, and thankful, to have the incredible opportunity, to celebrate very special days, and times like this, celebrating, sharing, and experiencing, the joys of autumn season, and halloween season :) There's lots of great things going on, and many special memories being made :) We're ready to welcome HALLOWEEN WEEK! :)
my family and i have a fun weekend planned :) We may go out to shop tomorrow, and for a car ride :) We love peaceful car rides :) we may get an iced tea, or iced coffee :) on sunday, we want to have our annual pumpkin carving party day :) it's one of our favorite traditions, and days of the year :) for as long as i can remember, we've carved pumpkins, the week leading into halloween week, counting down to the holiday :) We love to set up our garden bench table outside, and we love to carve pumpkins, and we roast the pumpkin seeds :) i can't wait to smell the sweet scent of the pumpkin seeds roasting in the oven :) Delicious! :) i'll be taking lots and lots of pictures, of our pumpkin carving pumpkin, to share with everyone :) it's gonna be such a wonderful weekend :)

GREETINGS, FROM OUR KITCHEN TO YOURS! :) We got our picture taken in the kitchen today! :) it's a cool baking friday tradition :) happy baking friday smiles :)

PREPARING THE REESE'S CUPS, PUMPKIN RICE KRISPIES, AND SUGAR COOKIES! :) LETS BAKE! LETS DECORATE! :) WOOT! :) We love the awesome fun and sweet joyful festivities, of preparing the goodies :) adding in the nice ingredients, super stirring, and enejoying the spirit, of halloween time baking :)We melted the chocolate chips into a nice bowl, and then used a spoon, to scoop the melted chocolate into the small baking cups :) Once the cups were all coated, we put the chocolate cups into the fridge to chill :) 

Once the Chocolate was hardened, we then melted some peanut butter for a few seconds, in the microwave, and added the peanut butter, into the chocolate cups :) We then added a little chocolate, to the top of cups to cover the peanut butter, to make the reese's peanut butter cups :) adding in a cool decorative sugar/halloween themed toothpick, for decorating :) For the Pumpkin Rice Krispies treats, we melted butter and marshmallows in the cooking pot, and added in some yellow and red food coloring, to make it pumpkin orange, for halloween time :)

PREPARING AND Decorating the Sugar Cookies! :) We love to decorate! :) We used Green, Purple, and Orange colored frostings, to decorate the Spider web cookies :) so much fun, and a very special joy, decorating :)

The Triplets were trying to open up the frosting! :) hehe! :) Lots of baking friday smiles! :)
