baking friday!!! :) Calling all cookie monsters and Frosty the Snowman! :) hehe! :) Cookie monsters and frosty the snowman! :) hehe! :) Cookie monsters and frosty the snowman unite!!! :) it's baking friday!!! :) oh my! :) a super fun, SNOWY SNOWMAN themed, baking friday adventure in the kitchen!!! :) We had a VERY SNOWY FORECAST in the kitchen today! :) Baking, with a CHANCE OF FLOUR!!! :) hehe! :) oh my! :) We had flour flying in the air in the kitchen, like magical snowflakes falling from the December Sky! :) Mikey is looking forward to Santa Claus visiting for Christmas! :) Earlier, Jenn went out to shop while Mikey was here, and she told Mikey, she was going to talk with Santa, and he wants Santa to know, he wants 4 toys! :) awww! :) sharing lots of smiles, and Christmas Cheer! :) We wore our Santa Claus hats, and we baked up some holiday fun today! :) LET IT SNOW! LET IT SNOW! LET IT SNOW! :) Frosty the Snowman visited our kitchen today! :) come on over, for some yummy Christmas cookies! :)

We sure do love our baking friday adventures, and sharing our adventures with everyone :) keeping with the tradition, a wonderfully wholesome tradition, today Kayla, Mikey, and i baked some nice Snowman themed, and snowflakes themed sugar cookies :) it was so much fun! :) with the flour flying all around, and decorating our cookies :) We love the holiday season, and getting the kitchen cozy warm, and baking up some sweet memories being made :) It's our annual, Snowman themed baking friday adventure today! :) Each year, we love to have a special snowman theme :) This theme, is a special heart-felt idea, that our dear, and lovely friend Dezna and i came up with, a few years ago. Our dear angel friend Nance, who use too be here on ds, when she passed, i remember Dezna and i talking, and coming up with a special tradition, in loving memory of Nance, who loved snowmen, and collected them. Dezna and i began this special snowman themed baking friday, in loving memory of Nance :) her spirit, her joyful friendship, lives on in our hearts :) This snowman baking friday is dedicated to her :) LET IT SNOW! LET IT SNOW! :)
my family and i hope everyone is doing well, and enjoying a great friday! :) The holiday season is in full swing :) it's almost time for the 12 days of Christmas Countdown!!! :) my family and i have been thinking of you all, our dear friends :) You all are very special to us :) We're having so much fun, and having a wonderful time, celebrating the holiday season with you and your family's :) It's that time of the year, holiday cheer, christmas joys, festivities, and wholesome heart warming traditions :) From decorating, to enjoying seeing Christmas lights, baking goodies, and all of the Christmas shopping, movies, and holiday specials :) We love to dwelve into the spirit of the season :)
One of our favorite joys, is baking goodies, during the holidays :) This morning, a sweet new morning was rising and shining, with a beautiful sunrise :) i wished Kayla, Taylynn, and our family a happy baking friday :) i love to share your lovely happy baking friday wishes with them :) You all are so nice, and sweet :) Thank you angel friends! :) We've been looking forward to the special snowman themed baking friday adventure :) Dezna and i have been sending eachother hugs and messages this week, talking about this very special snowman theme :) Snowman are such great collectibles, especially for the holiday season :) This morning, i began my day, with a nice early morning nature walk :) i've been putting extra goodies outside, for the birds, and squirrels :) i saw lots of them today :) they're out and about, gathering goodies :) it was magical yesterday, seeing the snow flurries :) it feels like the winter season is beginning to arrive :) We're very excited, about the new season, and those winter wonderland sights, that will glow beautifully :) We're dreaming of a White Christmas :)
Each week, my family and i love to use our nice baking friday supplies, we have recieved from friends, over the years :) aprons, oven mits, kitchen towels, cookie cutters, sprinkles, and lots more :) These very special joys, are alwyas a wonderful part, of our baking, and cooking, throughout the week, and seasons :) We have a very special shoutout, and thank you, for my dear, and lovely mom, and sister Lisa :) They went to the store this week, and picked up baking friday supplies :) it's very nice, and sweet of them :) We all love to chip in each week, to get the baking friday supplies :) We love to bake, and we love when everyone joins in, and hearing about your baking, and cooking, it warms our hearts and makes us smile :) We're always with eachother in spirit, in our kitchens :)
Around mid-morning, i gathered our baking friday supplies, and decorations, and began to set up and decorate our kitchen, for our super fun adventure :) part of the great baking friday fun each week, is the gearing up, decorating the kitchen :) Today, i brought out our Snowman decorations, for our kitchen display :) we decorate some of our biggest displays, during the holidays :) our kitchen was glowing, with all of the snowmen/snowomen decorations :) it looked awesome!!! and very festive! :) i love taking pictures of our kitchen all decorated :) i cooked a nice lunch, and i made some caramel pumpkin tea :)CHEERS!!! to family, friends, and to the holidays :) During the mid-day, i went back outside to put some more goodies around our yard, i spotted a red cardinal, 2 bluejays, sparrows, and mr. nut squirrel! :) they were all so excited, about gathering goodies :)awww! :) this is wonderful! :) i enjoyed some time here on ds this afternoon, writing to friends, and was also hanging out with my mom and dad :) shortly before 3pm, i went back out into our kitchen, and put the finishing touches on our kitchen preparations :) i washed some baking pans, and got our aprons and Santa claus hats all set on the counter :)
Kayla and Taylynn arrived home from school, shortly after 3pm, and Jenn and Mikey came over :)We were all gathering around :) Mikey wanted to wear one of the Christmas aprons, and Santa claus hats :) Jenn needed to go out to shop a bit, she told Mikey, that she was going to see Santa Claus! :) his eyes got really big! :) he was very excited! :) Jenn asked Mikey, if he had any requests/wishes for Santa :) Mikey said, "tell Santa Claus i want 4 toys!" awww! :) sharing lots of holiday cheer :) We always ask Taylynn, if she'd like to help bake. She loves to have her snacks, and plays her video games/tv shows after school. She's always welcome though, to join in on the baking friday fun :) Kayla, Mikey, and i were gearing up, for our super fun adventure :) i texted friends throughout the day, to wish them a happy baking friday :) i turned the oven on, and we were all set, and ready to bake :) Calling all cookie monsters and Frosty the Snowman! :) it's time to bake! bake! bake! :)
Kayla, Mikey, and i began to prepare the sugar cookies :)one of our all-time favorite Christmas cookies :) i said to Kayla, "pick out the best egg ever!" :) Awww! :) Kayla got the egg, and Mikey was helping me add the flour into the big bowl :) We had a SNOWY FORECAST in the kitchen today! :) FLOUR TIME!!! :) We clapped some flour in the air! :) i told Mikey about how one time while we were baking, when Kayla was younger, she clapped a whole handful of flour in my face! hehe! :) We were adding in the ingredients, including extra butter (melted) :) We love extra buttery sugar cookies :)
my mom was coming out into the kitchen, she was fixing up a nice dinner dish for my dad :) it was so nice, the warmth of the kitchen, and enjoying baking goodies :) we added some cinnamon to the sugar cookie dough :) we love cinnamon :) Mikey and Kayla were super stirring the cookie dough :) We were talking about Christmas, and how very soon, it'll be Christmas holiday! :) We're very excited! :) We used our snowman cookie cutter, and snowflakes cookie cutter, to make the nice shaped cookies :) Kayla got to make the first snowman cookie, and Mikey got to make the first snowflake cookie! :) We put the cookies onto the nicely greased with butter baking pan, and i put the cookies into the oven to bake! bake! bake! :)
Mikey, Kayla, and i began to prepare the different colored frostings :) We made blue, and green :) We also had some nice sprinkles :) the sugar cookies baked nicely, i brought the cookies out of the oven to cool down :) while the cookies were cooking down, we did some cleaning in the kitchen :) i was also talking with my mom and dad :) it was time to decorate the cookies! :) one of our favorite joys :) Kayla, Mikey and i decorated the snowman cookies, and snowflakes cookies, they came out great! :) We used some sprinkles to decorate the snowman cookies, including red buttons for the snowman cookies :) i thanked Kayla and Mikey for helping :) We're so proud of the cookies we baked, they are really nice :) i look forward to having a cookie with a nice cup of hot tea :) delicious! :)

We're enjoying a SUPER FESTIVE SPIRIT DAY! :) baking friday! :) We love it!!! :) my family and i are doing well, and are in great spirits :) it's been a really nice week, and lots of wonderful excitement building up as we are gearing up for that wonderful stretch to the Christmas holiday :) We're so happy, and e xcited to celebrate with you and your family's :) There's lots of great things going on ,and many special memories being made :) The weekend is arriving with lots of spirit :) Christmas Shopping time :)We're gonna be going shopping at the dollar store, and walmart :) i'm so excited! :) i'm gonna be buying gifts, goodies, and treasures :) i'm gonna go shopping wild! :) hehe! :) i love it! :) on sunday, i'm going to write Christmas cards, and watching football too :) The NFL season is winding down, only 3 more games left in the regular season, and then the playoffs begin :) i look forward to sharing our weekend adventures and pictures with everyone in my journals :) it's gonna be a sweet weekend :)There's many more wonderful times to look forward too :) Tonight, Holly and i are going to watch a 2-part episode of Most Haunted show on youtube :) it's a cool paranormal show :) my family and i thank you all so very much, for all that you do for us :)You all always warm our hearts, brighten our days, and bring us lots of joy, happiness, and peace :) We deeply appreciate everything, with all of the love of our hearts :) BIG GROUP WARM COZY HOLIDAY HUG! :) We hope everyone enjoys a great weekend! :)
