baking friday! :) Calling all cookie monsters! :) hehe! :) cookie monsters! :) hehe! :) cookie monsters unite!!! :) it's baking friday! :) oh my! :) A super fun, flour flying and super sweet, Christmas snowman themed baking friday adventure in the kitchen!!! :) This was so much fun!!! :) We had the flour flying in the air in the kitchen ,like snowflakes falling from the december sky! :) Sharing lots of smiles, and spirited cheer! :) we love these very special times, and all of the great memories being made :) come on over, for some baking friday goodies! :)

We sure do love our baking friday adventures, and sharing our adventures with everyone :) keeping with the tradition, a wonderfully wholesome tradition :) Today, the kids, Holly, and i baked snowman cookies, snowflakes themed sugar cookies, and brownies :) it was so much fun! :) i was talking around with the 3 platefuls of goodies, and everyone was digging in, enjoying the baked goodies we made today :) It's a very sweet, and joyful time baking Christmas goodies, and all of the festive moments of the season :) The goodies we baked today are going fast! :) they're very popular :) We love Christmas time baking and the awesome spirit of the season :) Season's greetings, and happy holiday smiles, from our very happy hearts and holiday home to yours :)

This morning, we had a sweet new day, rising and shining :) a very special friday tradition i love very much ,is wishing my family, Holly, and friends a happy baking friday, and i share with my family and Holly, your sweet happy baking friday wishes :)Awww! :) Thank you angel friends, so very much! :) We've been looking forward to our super fun, Christmas themed baking friday adventure :) earlier in the week, Brody says, "Chris, we bake brownies" :) awww! :) i said, "we definitely will bake brownies" :)Brownies are Brody's favorite :) he gets so excited that we're baking brownies :) It's been a great stretch of spirited, festive fun days, with the holiday season in full swing :) Twas a week until Christmas Eve, and 8 days until Christmas holiday :) We're very excited, for all of these heart-felt times to share in, with everyone :) i was up early this morning, enjoying some nice time here on DS, writing to friends and getting ready for my early morning nature walk :) We're on snow watch, for tomorrow :) There's a chance we may recieve some light snowfall here :) i gathered a big bowl of goodies, and went outside :) i put lots of goodies in our backyard for our nature friends :) They love their baking friday breakfast feasts :) Awww! :) during the late afternoon yesterday, Holly and i helped my dad organize our garden planters :) it was so nice, enjoying some time outside, and getting our planters situated, and organized, for next spring :) Our spruce tree is continuing to do really well :) We put our spruce tree planter, in our large garden area :)We'd love to see our spruce tree grow into a big Christmas tree for us to put lights and ornaments on, in our yard, that would be awesome cool :)

It was a nice spirited early morning :) We enjoyed a nice breakfast, and having some hot tea, iced coffee, and water :) i began to gather our baking friday supplies, and Christmas decorations, and went out into our kitchen to begin setting up and decorating our kitchen for our super fun adventure :) Today, i decorated with a festive Christmas theme, snowmen, and also snowflakes theme :) our kitchen looked awesome, festive, and spirited :)i love decorating our kitchen each week, it's a very special part of the baking friday tradition each week :) As the morning went on, we put some sports radio on, lots of football talk, with the upcoming weekend's games :) Around mid-day, we enjoyed a nice lunch, we've got some nice leftover Chinese food, Pasta, and some pizza :) During the early afternoon, i enjoyed some nice time here on DS, writing to friends, and putting finishing touches on our kitchen prepartions, washing baking pans, and getting our kitchen counter organized :)

Around 3pm, Jenn, and the kids came over :) Brody, Colby, Jacob, and Brayden came over too, and Alyssa came over after work :) Lots of great Christmas time spirit, and excitement :) The kids begin their Christmas vacation next week :) We're so proud of the kids, and are so happy they are looking forward to a great Christmas vacation :) They've been sharing their Christmas wishlists with us :) We all began to gather in our kitchen, the kids love to select their spots at the kitchen counter :) we got our picture taken :) it's a cool baking friday tradition :) You all are always right there with us in spirit during these very special spirited fun moments :) Each week during the holiday season, we love to use our nice Christmas baking friday supplies :) i wear my nice Christmas apron Holly painted for me, and we use our nice Christmas oven mits, kitchen towels, and all of our baking supplies, are a big part of our baking and cooking each week :) our kitchen was all set, and we were ready to bake some awesome Christmas goodies :) Calling all cookie monsters! :) Cookie monsters unite! :) it's time to bake! bake! bake! :)

We began our super fun adventure! :) baking friday teamwork! :) The kids love to help Holly and i bake :) They're great helpers! :) we first began to prepare the brownies :) They're one of our favorite goodies :) The kids love to add the ingredients into the bowl, it's very special to them, and makes them very proud :) We were adding the ingredients, and began to super stir the brownies :) We were sharing lots of smiles :) my mom came out into the kitchen :) You all are always right there with us in spirit in our kitchen :) Earlier, Jenn and Mike went to do some shopping for Christmas :) i used butter to grease the baking pan, and we poured the brownies mix into the pan, and i put the brownies into the oven to bake :) as the brownies were baking, we began to prepare the sugar cookies :)

Sugar cookies are one of our favorite goodies to bake, especially during the holiday's :) We used a nice package of sugar cookie mix, we added in the egg, and 1 stick of butter, and super stirred the sugar cookie dough :) We were having so much fun baking, and talking about Christmas :) The kids are so excited to open presents on Christmas morning :) we got the sugar cookie dough all set, and we all took turns with the snowflakes cookie cutter, to make the snowflakes shaped sugar cookies :) i used butter to grease the baking pans, and we put the cookies on the pans, and i put the first batch of cookies into the oven to bake :) we did some cleaning up in the kitchen, and the first batch of cookies finished baking, we put another batch of cookies into the oven to bake :)
We made some nice light blue colored frosting, for the snowflakes sugar cookies :) The brownies finished baking, and i put another batch of cookies into the oven to bake :) The snowman sugar cookeis, are so nice, they are pillsbury brand :) they make awesome themed cookies, throughout the seasons, and holiday's :) the brownies were cooling, and the snowflakes sugar cookies finished baking, i brought them out of the oven to cool down :) the snowman sugar cookies were baking nicely too :) We were all hanging out :) Alyssa came over, after work :)once the snowflakes cookies had cooled down, we decorated them with the blue frosting :) The cookies came out great! :) The snowman cookies finished baking, and the brownies had cooled down :) i cut the brownies into squares, and took pictures of all of the goodies, and we all began to dig in :) the goodies came out great! :)
