baking friday! :) Calling all cookie monsters! :) hehe! :)Cookie monsters! :) hehe! :) Cookie monsters unite! :) it's baking friday! :) oh my! :) A super fun, and super sweet, Shamrock-ing and rollin St. Patrick's day themed baking friday adventure in the kitchen! :) this was lots of fun! :) Our kitchen is glowing green, like a 4 leaf clover patch,and we were in search of the Pot'O'Gold in the kitchen, we found it filled with cookies! :) Celebrating St. Patrick's spirit and cheer, with the month of March in full swing, and spring season is on it's way :) Come on over, for some baking friday goodies! :)

This morning, we had a sweet new day, rising and shining :) a very special friday tradition i love very much, is wishing Holly, our family, and our friends a happy baking friday, and i share with Holly and our family, your sweet happy baking friday wishes :) Thank you angel friends, so very much :) You all are very nice, and sweet :) The spirit of the season and month of March is all around, with lots of seasonal times :) it's been a nice stretch of days :) i was up early this morning ,enjoying some nice time here on DS, writing to friends and getting ready for my early morning nature walk :) We're enjoying the warmer weather ,and discovering signs of spring sprouting around our yard and garden areas :) very soon, lots of happy spring flowers are going to be blossoming :) i gathered a nice bowl of goodies, and went outside for my nature walk :) our nature friends ,and peaceful calm of the early nature morning greeted me :) it's been very nature active this week, with lots of nature friends visiting, and soon our spring nature friends will be arriving :) we love the nature energy and spirit of march :) i put lots of goodies on the bird feeders, and in the bird sanctuary area for our nature friends :) They love their baking friday breakfast feasts :) We're very excited to be seeing our spring flowers beginning to sprout and grow :) We currently have daffodils and tiger lillies sprouts :) It's gonna be so much fun blossoming into the new gardening season soon, and sharing in all of the adventures :)Happy sunny march nature smiles :)

It was a nice peaceful early morning :) We enjoyed our breakfast, and having some hot chamomile tea, water, and vanilla iced coffee :) Tiger girl enjoyed her breakfast :) i began to gather our baking friday supplies, and St. Patrick's day kitchen decorations, and went out into our kitchen to begin setting up and decorating our kitchen for our super fun adventure :) Today, i decorated with a spirited green shamrocks St. Patrick's day theme :) our kitchen looks great :) it's so much fun decorating :) As the morning went on, we put the sports radio on, we love tuning in to all of the sports talk :) It's a very exciting time for sports :) we look forward to the march madness ncaa tournaments :) Around mid-day, we enjoyed a nice lunch, and during the early afternoon, i enjoyed some nice time here on DS :)

Around 3pm, Jenn and the kids came over, and Brody and the triplets came over :) We love welcoming everyone over :) Hunter was with us in spirit today, he is feeling a bit under the weather, and is home ,resting :) we hope he feels much better ,very soon, and is back in the baking friday kitchen with us next week :) We thought it would be cool, to bake a cool cookie for Hunter ,for Jenn and the kids to bring home :) Lots of great seasonal spirit and excitement in the air, as spring season approaches :)We're enjoying our march baking friday adventures, and counting down to the arrival of spring :)We're very excited to blossom into a whole new season of baking friday adventures soon :) i look forward to sharing some funny spring themed jokes in the kitchen, we love those funny jokes, and sharing lots of smiles and spirited cheer :) Spring arriving soon, with St. Patrick's day, birthday's, and Easter next month :) We love all of the seasonal festivities and traditions, that brings lots of great memories :) We all gathered in the kitchen :) The kids love to select their spots at the kitchen counter :) The kids, Holly, and i got our picture taken :) it's a special baking friday tradition :) You all are always right there with us in spirit in the kitchen :) my mom takes the picture of us each week :) We love to use our nice baking friday supplies, i wear my nice apron Holly gave me, and we use our nice oven mits, kitchen towels, baking pans, and all of our baking supplies that we've recieved from family and friends over the years :) Our kitchen was all set, and we were ready to bake some nice goodies :) Calling all cookie monsters :) It's time to bake! bake! bake! :)

We began our super fun adventure :) baking friday teamwork! :) We first began to prepare the shamrocks sugar cookies :)we love baking these cookies each year, for our annual St. Patrick's day themed baking friday adventure :) The kids love to help, they're great helpers :) Today, Jacob and Carter helped us bake goodies :)We added the ingredients into the bowl, including some extra melt butter, and began to super stir the ingredients :) We were sharing lots of smiles, and talking about st. Patrick's day, March, and spring time :) We made a nice batch of sugar cookie dough :) my mom and Jenn, and the other kids were coming out into the kitchen at times, and you all are always right there with us in spirit in the kitchen :) i used butter to grease the baking pans, and we got some plates ready with flour, and the shamrocks shaped cookie cutters :)We made some nice shamrocks shaped cookies :) i put the cookies into the oven to bake :)

Earlier, Holly and i prepared the apple crisp :) we washed some apples, and sliced the apples, and boiled the apples with some cinnamon sugar, and brown sugar, on the stove, and added the apples, with oats, and a little bit of flour into the pie baking dish :) We also melted butter with brown sugar, white sugar, and cinnamon, and poured it on the oats and apples, and stirred :) we baked the apple crisp in the oven ,it came out great :) We were hanging out, and did some cleaning up in the kitchen :) the sugar cookies were baking nicely :)We made some green and yellow frosting ,for the shamrocks cookies :) Once the cookies finished baking ,i brought the cookies out of the oven to cool down :) It was then time to decorate :) we first decorated a shamrocks cookie for Hunter, and used the frosting to make a letter H on the frosting :) We decorated the rest of the cookies ,and i used the yellow frosting to outline the cookies, and to write a special D and S on one of the cookies for you all, our dear angel friends :)
