"brownies mountain!!!"- my nephew's Hunter, Jacob, Colby, and Brayden said that, and Carter said, "we bake!" today, during baking friday! :)

baking friday! :) calling all cookie monsters! :) hehe! :) cookie monsters! :) hehe! :) cookie monsters unite!!! :) it's baking friday! :) oh my! :) a super fun, and super sweet, happy spring time themed baking friday adventure in the kitchen!!! :) This was so much fun!!! :) we had the flour flying, and sharing lots of smiles, as we baked and cooked today! :) we made 3 goodies! :) the goodies are going fast! :) 5 plates of onion rings, and the first ever brownies mountain plate! :) hehe! :) Lots of spirited fun, and excitement as we get ready to blossom into spring season! :) come on over, for some baking friday goodies! :)

We sure do love our baking friday adventures, and sharing our adventures with everyone :) keeping with the tradition, a wonderfully wholesome tradition :) today, the kids and i baked peanut butter cookies, we also made some no bake brownies bites, and lots and lots of onion rings, using pancake batter :) it was so much fun!!! :) the kids all chipped in, helping bake :) Holly was with us in spirit, as she's resting today, she woke up with a migraine, she's taking really good care, and is looking forward to joining in on the next baking friday adventure :) awww! : )we made extra onion rings for Holly, she's so happy :) awww! :) Lots of great spirit, and excitement :) everyone is digging in, enjoying the goodies :) we made a total of 5 plates of onion rings, the pancake batter, is awesome!!! :) it's very easy to make :) it's pancake batter, with 1 egg, a little salt, pepper, and garlic powder :) it really sticks nicely to the onions, and makes these very nice crispy onion rings :) i'm gonna make some more this evening! :) We're all cookie monsters! :) hehe! :) We love these awesome times, and the spirited excitement of baking friday :)

This morning, we had an awesome new day, rising and shining :) we're enjoying a much more normal day today, with our internet/modem working :) a very special friday tradition i look forward too, and love very much, is wishing my family, Holly, and friends a happy baking friday, and i share with my family and Holly, your sweet happy baking friday wishes :) awww! :) Thank you angel friends, so very much! :) You all are very nice, and sweet :) i was up early this morning, enjoying some nice time here on DS, writing to friends :) it's a very special part of my mornings, and days :) We love hearing from you all :) You all warm our hearts, and brighten our days :) We're so glad, adn thankful our internet is working, and to be online :) Thank you angel friends, for always being there for us :) i began to get ready for my early morning nature walk :) i gathered a big bowl of goodies, and went outside :) overnight, we had some rain, light snow, and it had cleared up by the morning :) it was breezy, and cold outside this morning, but thankfully warmer weather forecasted for the upcoming days :) i put lots of goodies in our backyard, for our nature friends :) they love their baking friday breakfast feasts :) awww! :) we've been seeing lots of birds this week :) bluejays, starlings, sparrows, crows, seagulls :) the robins, and other spring birds will be arriving soon, as the weather warms up :) Holly and i are looking forward to lots more nature walks, and getting into some yard, and garden work soon :) my mom and dad bought some packs of garden seeds, and also bought some suet cakes :) We want to get a suet feeder, for our backyard :) There's many awesome spring time nature adventures to look forward too :)

It was a sweet peaceful morning :) We enjoyed a nice breakfast, having some hot tea, iced coffee, and water :) we love blossoming into the new days : )While our internert was out yesterday, we tuned into some sports radio, and did lots of cleaning, and organizing :) Holly bought this nice sweeper for our floor, it's great :) we're so happy we kept busy, with cleaning, and organizing, my mom did too : )She did some cleaning by her desk/table in our dining room, she was clearing lots of stuff :) she did great! :) i began to gather our baking friday supplies, and decorations this morning, and went out into our kitchen to begin setting up, and decorating our kitchen for our super fun adventure :) Today, i decorated with a Welcome Spring theme, using a nice flowers table cloth, and decorations :) our kitchen looked great :) it's one of my favorite joys about baking friday, decorating our kitchen :) as the morning went on, we put some sports radio on :) We prepared a nice lunch around mid-day, and during the afternoon, i spend some time here on DS, writing to friends :)

Around 3pm, Jenn, and the kids came over, and Aj brought over the kids over earlier around 1:30pm, as the kids had a half day of school :) Alyssa comes over around 4pm, after work :) Lots of great spirit, and excitement in the air, as spring season is arriving soon, march birthday's, and upcoming Easter holiday in early april :) It's an awesome time of the year :) The kids have been looking forward to helping bake goodies :) when they visit, they love to ask how many days until it's time to bake :) they love selecting their spots at the kitchen counter :) Each week, we love to use our nice baking friday supplies we've recieved from family and friends over the years :) i wear my nice apron Holly gave me, and we use our oven mits, kitchen towels, and all of our supplies, are a big part of our baking, and cooking each week :) Our kitchen was all set, and we were ready to bake some awesome goodies :) Calling all cookie monsters! :) cookie monsters unite! :) it's time to bake! bake! bake! :)

We began our super fun adventure! :) baking friday teamwork! :) Today, Hunter, Carter, Jacob, Colby, and Brayden helped bake :) We first began to prepare the betty crocker brand, no bake brownies bites :) The kids love to help, they're great helpers :) They love to add the ingredients :) We poured the brownies bites mix into the bowl, and then added in melted butter, and super stirred the brownies mix :) We were sharing lots of smiles, the kids were showing Carter how they super stir, and he was following along! :)awww! :) it's so nice, the kids learning a lot about baking ,and cooking :) Carter is becoming quite the baker :) at home, he helps Jenn and Mike in the kitchen too :) We were having so much fun preparing the brownies bites :) we poured the brownies mix into the bowl, and put them into the brownies mix into the fridge to chill :)

We then began to prepare the peanut butter cookies :) They're my favorite cookie :) We added in the flour, sugar, melted butter, a little salt, an egg, and peanut butter :) we super stirred the cookies dough :) my mom came out into the kitchen, and you all are always right there with us in spirit in the kitchen :) my sister Jenn and Mike went out to run an errand :) i used butter to grease a baking pan, and we then added the peanut butter cookies dough into the pan, and i put the cookies ito the oven to bake :) As the cookies were baking, we did some cleaning up in the kitchen : )the kids were going back and forth, from the kitchen and living room :)

i got ready to make the onion rings :) Earlier, i made the pancake batter and sliced 3 onions into onion rings shape :) i had the frylater heating up on the back of the stove, i added the onions into the pancake batter, and then began to make the onion rings :) the onion rings fry really nicely, they're awesome :) i had lots of plates, i put napkins on the plates, before putting the onion rings on top, to soak up the extra vegetable oil. i was making lots and lots of onion rings :) my niece Alyssa came over at work, i told her the kids did great, helping :) i made 5 plates of onion rings, i brought one of the plates to Holly, she had a few, she was resting here in our downstairs apartment :) She loves the onion rings, and i gave her a quick baking friday update :) she loves hearing us bake up there, and is looking forward to joining in on the next baking friday adventure :)

The peanut butter cookies finished baking ,i brought them out of the oven to cool down :) the brownies bites finishing chilling in the fridge, i drizzled melted chocolate on top of the brownie pieces, there was some extra brownie mix in the bowl, i poured it on top of the plate with the brownie pieces, and said, "it's the brownies mountain!" and the kids said, "Brownies mountain!" :) i took pictures of the goodies, and we all began to dig in :) the goodies came out great, and are very popular :) Jenn returned from doing an errand with Mike :) i told Jenn how the kids did great! :) Jenn had some onion rings, and Carter was having some, my mom had some onion rings too :) We had so much fun baking, and cooking today :) We love these very special times :) we have many more super fun baking friday adventures to look forward too :) Alyssa mentioned about how we should make some deep fried oreos next week :) i said, "Sure!" :)We'll also make some potato chips with salt and vinegar, and will bake some goodies too :) i thanked the kids for helping bake and cook :) We have many more super fun baking friday adventures to look forward too :) a very special shoutout for family and friends :) Lots of great baking, and cooking this week :) We love hearing about the goodies you all bake and cook, and soon it'll be BBQ grilling season :) we're with eachother in spirit, in our kitchens :) This is so much fun, and very special :) Peanut butter cookies, Onion Rings, and Brownies Bites, dedicated to our wonderful family, friends, and to the awesome spirit of the month of March :) We love you all so very very much! :) many great memories made, to always cherish and treasure :) baking friday! :) We love it!!! :) March 19th, 2021 :) Happy baking friday! :)

We're enjoying an awesome day! :) baking friday! :) spirit of march! :) We love it!!! :) my family, Holly, and i are doing well, healthy, and in good spirits :) We're so glad, and thankful our internet is working :) we didn't get our new modem yet though, we believe ups  may be bringing it. we're so glad our old modem is working currently. We're enjoying the week, so very much, with lots of march spirit, festivities, traditions, and celebrations :) We treasure all of the great memories being made :) it was so much fun baking goodies today, and celebrating st. patrick's day the other day :) the month of march is shining, with so much more to look forward too :) The weekend is arriving with lots of march spirit :) We love the weekend's :) We're so happy and excited! :) Tomorrow, Holly and i are going to have a popcorn movies marathon :) We look forward to watching lots of movies, picking out a new movie to watch on saturday night, having foods, snacks, and drinks :) on sunday, we're going to go to my brother Bobby's and family's home, to celebrate my niece Bristol's 2nd birthday, and monday is my birthday :) i'm checking out the ncaa college basketball tournament games :) i'm gonna cheer on my favorite team, the Georgetown Hoyas tomorrow :)  it's gonna be an awesome weekend, and stretch of days :) i look forward to sharing our weekend festivities, celebrations, and pictures with everyone, and will be posting a big birthday journal on monday, with all of my DS birthday party celebrations :) There's many more great things to look forward too :) Tonight, Holly and i are going to watch 2 episodes of most haunted show :) We love our fun, friday night paranormal party night's :)
