baking friday :) Peanut Butter and Jelly Cupcakes, and Peanut Butter Cookies :)

"Lets put the grape jelly into the cupcakes!"- my niece Kayla said that today, during baking friday! :)
baking friday! :) Calling all cookie monsters! :) hehe! :) cookie monsters! :) hehe! :) cookie monsters unite!!! :) it's baking friday! :) oh my! :) A super fun, and super sweet, Peanut Butter Party in the kitchen!!! :) baking up some sweet treats, and great memories being made :) we made peanut butter and jelly cupcakes for the 1st time, with jelly inside of the cupcakes! :) Plus, the peanut butter/vanilla frosting, it came out awesome! :) we got the flour flying, and sharing lots and lots of smiles :) my mom joined us in the kitchen today, and also my niece Alyssa helped up, with giving us some of the baking friday supplies :) this is so nice, and sweet! :)it's been a big week, and today, we baked some really nice treats, as we gear up for a peaceful weekend :) We wish you all could come over to enjoy some baking friday goodies :)
We sure do love our baking friday adventures, and sharing our adventures with everyone :) Keeping with the tradition, a wonderfully wholesome tradition, today Kayla and i baked Peanut butter cookies with raisins, and baked peanut butter and jelly cupcakes :) We used one of our cake decorators, to put the grape jelly into the cupcakes :) Today's adventure, was inspired by my niece Alyssa :)This morning, we were talking about baking friday, and Alyssa asked us what we were baking today, i said, "peanut butter cookies", and she mentioned she had some cake mix, and frosting, we could use also, to bake peanut butter cupcakes, and mentioned about putting grape jelly into the cupcakes :) i said, "wow! this will be awesome!" :) a very special shoutout to Alyssa, and also to our dear, and lovely mom, she gave us peanut butter, plus we had lots of the other supplies, flour, butter, sugar :) We were all set, and stocked up :) SWEET!!! :)
my family and i hope everyone is doing well, and enjoying a great friday :) We think of you all often, and want to take this time, to thank you all, our dear friends, for celebrating Taylynn's and the Triplets birthday's with us yesterday :) i shared all of your wonderfully heart warming comments with my family : )We're very happy, and delighted that everyone enjoyed reading about, and viewing pictures of the birthday party :) That warms our hearts, and makes us smile :) We had an awesome time, celebrating with everyone, and Mikey's birthday earlier in the week :) it's been a big week :) we're thrilled, to share in, and celebrate these joyful, and awesome times with you and your family's :) there's lots of great things going on, and many special memories being made :) i took a picture of the Triplets, Colby, Brayden, and Jacob, to share with everyone :) it's a picture we have in our living room :) 
This morning, we had a beautiful new summer day, rising and shining :) It's incredible, how it's mid-august, and we're cruising toward the month of September :) There was an awesome sunrise this morning, and a cool crispness in the air, as we've been having some early mornings, low in the 50's here, it's like a hint of fall season :) the gardening season, golden days of summer, continue to shine, and flourish :) These are truly the golden days of the season :) i brought a nice big bowl of goodies outside this morning, for our nature animal friends :) They were all so excited, as the birds were singing, and i heard some squirrels up in the trees :) our nature animal friends, love their baking friday breakfast feasts :) i was checking the plants, they're doing amazing :) i did some harvesting this morning, picking some tomatoes, string beans, and peppers :) The goodies are so nice, wholesome, and fresh :)
It was a really nice relaxing, and peaceful morning :) i wished Kayla, Taylynn, and our family a happy baking friday, and shared with them, your lovely happy baking friday wishes :) Thank you everyone, so very much! :) You all are very nice, and sweet :) i gathered our baking friday supplies, and ventured out into our kitchen, to begin setting up, and decorating our kitchen, for our super fun adventure :) it's the first steps, to our adventure beginning :) We love baking friday, and are very happy,a nd thankful to have this tradition in our lives :) i decorated our kitchen, with a baking theme, and we also had Taylynn's wonderful flowers she recieved for her birthday, on the kitchen counter :) i prepared a delicious lunch, a nice fresh crisp salad, and also some tomato soup :) after lunch, i went outside for another nice nature walk :) there were this nice little sparrows birds, visiting our trees :) they were singing happily, and looked so peaceful, out amongst the nature wild :) these wonderful, and beautiful summer nature joys, are very heart warming :) i picked some more string beans, and also was enjoying seeing the sunflowers, spirit dancing in the gardens :) Mega Sunflower, is blossoming :) i took a picture of one of the sunflowers, it had 2 bumble bees on the blossom, and it looked like the sunflower had eyes! :) hehe! :) huge bumble bees on the blossom, it was so cool! :)
i love nature, and all of it's golden glory :) it truly shines :) early afternoon, i enjoyed some time here on ds, writing to friends :) i called our dear friend Holly to check in, to see how her PT appointment went today. :) around 2:30pm, we were gearing up to bake goodies :) Mikey is having a big summer season : )Today, he and his dad Mike are camping in their yard, having a fun adventure :) We're so happy, that Mikey is having a fun summer, and really a summer to remember :) he loves the outdoors, and loves his new bikes too :) i think during fall/winter, Mikey may join in on some baking friday adventures :) Taylynn's enjoying her nice gifts, she recieved for her birthday :) She's been eating beef jerky, watching her movies, and using her laptop computer, she also set up her nice pet shops toys in the living room :) She and Kayla have been having a great summer season :) they return to school in 12 days, they're looking forward to the new school year :)
Kayla and i were just about ready, to bake goodies :) my mom joined us in the kitchen today :) Each week, we love to use our nice baking friday supplies we have recieved, from our dear friends, from all around the world :) aprons, oven mits, kitchen towels, hot mats :) These nice supplies, are always a big part, of our baking friday adventures, and when we cook, and bake :) We always feel your loving prescence with us, in the kitchen, especially on baking friday :) i texted friends throughout the day, to wish them a happy baking friday :) our kitchen was all set, and we were all ready, to get the flour flying! :) calling all cookie monsters! :) cookie monsters unite!!! :) it's time to bake! bake! bake! :)
We began our super fun adventure! :) We first began by preparing the cupcakes :) i said to Kayla, "pick out the best 2 eggs ever!" :) She loves picking out the eggs :) She got the eggs, and i was getting the cake ingredients set :) It's awesome, Kaylal and i sharing stories, and memories, about our baking friday adventures over the years :) baking friday's 7th birthday, is on September 21st :) we remember it like it was yesterday, when it first began : )that apple pie, that began this very wonderfully wholesome tradition :) Kayla and i were adding the ingredients into the big bowl, and began to super stir! :) The cake mix, is nice vanilla cake :) i used butter, to grease the cupcake baking pans :) We made 12 nice cupcakes :) it was lots of nice cake mix :) i put the cupcakes into the oven to bake! bake! bake! : )i love the scent of our kitchen, especially on baking friday, with goodies baking :)
As the cupcakes were baking, Kayla and i then began to prepare the peanut butter cookies :) my all time favorite cookies :) Kayla picked out another awesome egg :) We were getting the flour flying, as we added the ingredients into the bowl :) Kayla was talking about new school year coming up, and we also talked about September/Fall season baking, including making pumpkin rice krispies treats :) Kayla loves those, and is looking forward to when we make them in september, and october :) We had some extra raisins, and decided to add the raisins into the peanut butter cookie dough :) i used butter to grease the baking pan :) once we added the cookies onto the baking pan, i used a fork to press the cookies, and put the cookies into the oven :)
the cupcakes, and cookies were baking nicely :) We did some cleaning in the kitchen, and then got the frosting ready for decorating :) We put 2 scoops of peanut butter into the vanilla frosting, and stirred it :) we also took our cake decorator, and put grape jelly into it :) Kayla said, "it's a cool idea Alyssa had" :) The cupcakes finished baking first :) as the cupcakes were cooking down, we were hanging out :) i made a fresh salad to have with my dinner :) Once the cupcakes had finished cooling, Kayla and i used the cake decorator, to put grape jelly into the cupcakes :) it has these cool features, where you can press/squeeze the jelly ,or frosting into the cupcakes :) it's really nice :) we then spread the peanut butter/vanilla frosting on the cupcakes :) they came out great! :) The 1st batch of peanut butter cookies finished baking, i put a 2nd batch of the cookies into the oven :) i love those peanut butter cookies with a nice iced coffee:) the cookies are dunk-a-licious! :) i love to dunk the cookies into the iced coffee :)
It was so nice today, baking peanut butter cupcakes, and cookies :) Kayla and i did think of Taylynn and Mikey, and looking forward to when they return to the kitchen, for some baking friday adventures with us :) i thanked Kayla for helping bake :) We love our adventures :) next week, we're gonna have an end of the summer vacation themed baking friday, baking up some more yummy goodies, and more great memories being made :) a very special shoutout, to family and friends :) Lots of cooking, and baking this week :) it's so much fun, and very special, getting to join eachother in our kitchens :) i share with my family, about the nice foods, and goodies you all cook, and bake :) We're with eachother in spirit in our kitchens :) Peanut butter Cookies, and Peanut Butter and Jelly Cupcakes, dedicated to our wonderful family, wonderful friends, and to the beautiful spirit of summer time :) We love you all so very very much! :) many great memories made, to always cherish, and treasure :) baking friday! :) We love it!!! :) August 15th, 2014 :) Happy baking friday everyone! :)

Happy Summer Garden Smiles :) i took some new pictures of our plants today :) The plants are growing wild :) i pulled some weeds, and also picked some peppers, string beans, and tomatoes :) the harvesting season is in full swing :) This is a beautiful time in the season : )i'm smiling lots, and so excited, to share my new garden pictures :)
Mega Sunflower has began to blossom! :) This is a wonderful joy, to see! :) it's a mammoth sunflower :)
We have a yellow bell pepper growing, and ripening :)
Daisy :) We love our golden yellow daisies :) they are blossoming beautifully in our planter, by the raspberry truellis garden :)
We have corn husks growing :)
We're going to be picking pears later on this month, and into the month of September :)

i saw these 2 happy bumble bees on the sunflower, it looks like the sunflower has eyes! :) hehe! :)
