baking friday! :) Calling all cookie monsters! :) hehe! :) Cookie monsters! :) hehe! :) Cookie monsters unite! :) it's baking friday! :) oh my! :)A super fun, and super sweet, Winter time themed baking friday adventure in the kitchen! :) this was lots of fun and spirit soaring! :)We had the flour flying in the air in the kitchen today, and sharing lots of smiles and spirited cheer :) We're enjoying our winter time adventures, with lots of baking and cooking :)Come on over ,for some baking friday goodies! :)

We sure do love our baking friday adventures, and sharing our adventures with everyone :) keeping with the tradition ,a wonderfully wholesome tradition :) Today, the kids, Holly ,and i baked chocolate chip cookies, and onion pretzels :) it was lots of fun :) We're enjoying lots of baking, and cooking during the winter season, and very excited for many more fun adventures as the new month of February arrives very soon :) We're very blessed, and thankful to have the baking friday tradition in our lives :) Thank you angel friends ,for sharing in this very special tradition with us each week :) Happy baking friday smiles :)

This morning, we had a sweet new day, rising and shining :) a very special friday tradition i love very much, is wishing Holly, our family, and our friends a happy baking friday, and i share with Holly and our family, your sweet happy baking friday wishes :) Thank you angel friends, so very much :) You all are very nice, and sweet :) We've been looking forward to our super fun adventure :) we love to cook and bake lots of foods ,and goodies, especially with winter season in full swing :) it's been a nice stretch of days :) i was up early this morning ,enjoying some nice time here on DS, writing to friends and getting ready for my early morning nature walk :) It's very wintery cold outside, our windchill has been below 0 degrees,with the winds. We're keeping warm, and taking very good care, during these deep days of winter time. Wishing everyone the very best, thru the season. We're looking forward to the warmer weather, hopefully very soon :) i bundled up warmly, gathered a nice bowl of goodies ,and went outside for my nature walk :) our nature friends and the sunrise sunshine greeted me :) i put lots of goodies by the bird feeders, and in the bird sanctuary area for our nature friends :) i saw Mr. nut squirrel this morning :) our nature friends are enjoying some crumbled crackers, and pistachios :) they love their baking friday breakfast feasts :) i wasn't outside for too long ,it's very cold out there with the windchill. i came indoors to warm up,and made a hot tea :) We're very glad, and thankful our nature friends are doing ok, thru these wintery cold days. we love taking good care of them, and looking forward to lots more nature walks, throughout the season :) Happy sunny nature smiles :)

It was a nice peaceful early morning :)We enjoyed our breakfast, and having some hot chamomile tea, water ,and vanilla iced coffee :) Tiger girl enjoyed her breakfast, and some treats :) we love our breakfast time :) i began to gather our baking friday supplies ,kitchen decorations, and went out into our kitchen to begin setting up and decorating our kitchen for our super fun adventure :) Today, i decorated with a sunny seasonal theme :) our kitchen looks great :) it's lots of fun decorating, it's a very special part of the baking friday tradition :) As the morning went on, we put our favorite sports radio on ,we love tuning in :) We're getting closer to superbowl week, beginning on monday, and all of the superbowl excitement leading up to the big game :) We're very excited to celebrate the superbowl with everyone :) Around mid-day, we enjoyed a nice lunch, and during the early afternoon , i enjoyed some nice time here on DS, and also made some pretzel dough :) i made a nice batch and a half of pretzel dough :) it's a very easy recipe, water, yeast, vegetable oil, sugar ,onion flakes ,and flour :) i put the dough in the bowl and into the fridge so that the dough could rise throughout the afternoon :)

Around 3pm, Jenn and the kids came over, and Brody and the triplets came over :) we love welcoming everyone over :) Lots of great seasonal spirit in the air :) The kids are having a fun week, they had 2 snow days earlier this week :) We're having lots of fun enjoying our winter time baking friday adventures :) we love baking and cooking lots of our favorite foods, and treats :)We've got many more fun adventures planned, including next week's s uperbowl theme, and Valentine's day theme soon too :) We love baking friday and the spirited excitement our adventures brings :) We all gathered in the kitchen :) The kids love to select their spots at the kitchen counter :) the kids, Holly, and i got our picture taken :) it's a special baking friday tradition :) You all are always right there with us in spirit in the kitchen :) my mom takes the picture of us each week :) We love to use our nice baking friday supplies, i wear my nice apron Holly gave me, and we use our nice oven mits, kitchen towels, baking pans, and all of our baking supplies that we've recieved from family and friends over the years :) Our kitchen was all set, and we were ready to bake some nice goodies :) Sweet winter time baking and cooking! :) Calling all cookie monsters! :) It's time to bake! bake! bake! :)

We began our super fun adventure! :) baking friday teamwork! :) the kids love to help, they're great helpers :) We first began to prepare the chocolate chip cookies :) They're one of our favorite goodies to bake :) Hunter, Colby, and Jacob helped bake today, and the other kids were coming out into the kitchen at times :)We got the flour flying in the air in the kitchen, adding the ingredients into the bowl :) Hunter cracked open the egg, and we added in a stick of butter, and a little extra melted butter :) we were sharing lots of smiles :) my mom came out into the kitchen at times, and you all are always right there with us in spirit :) We taste testd the chocolate chips :)We love chocolate :) We super stirred the ingredients, we had a really nice batch of cookie dough :) i used butter to grease the baking pan, and we made the cookie dough into round cookie shapes,and i put the cookies into the oven to bake :)
We prepared the onion pretzels :) The pretzel dough rised nicely this afternoon :) i sliced the dough into portions, and we got some water heating up on the stove :) we made the dough into pretzel shapes, and put the pretzels into the hot water :) the water helps the pretzels get larger :) i used a metal spatula to take the pretzels out of the water and put the pretzels onto a butter greased pan :) We melted some butter ,and added some dried onion flakes the butter, and drizzled the butter and onion onto the pretzels, and also sprinkled extra onion flakes, and some everything bagel season onto the pretzels too :) i put the pretzels into the oven to bake :)

We did some cleaning up in the kitchen ,and were hanging out :) The cookies finished baking, i brought the cookies out of the oven to cool down :) the Pretzels baked nicely for about 25 minutes, they baked nicely :) We love when the pretzels get a little golden crisp, they're awesome :) i brought the pretzels out of the oven to cool down :) Once the goodies cooled down, we all began to dig in :)The cookies and pretzels came out great :) Everyone is enjoying the goodies : )Holly and i each had a pretzel, and a cookie :) We're so happy everyone loves the goodies :) i thanked the kids and Holly for helping bake goodies :) We had so much fun baking, and looking forward to lots more baking friday adventures as the season continues on :) A very special shoutout for family and friends :) Lots of great baking and cooking this week :)We love hearing about the goodies and foods you all bake and cook :)We're all with eachother in spirit in our kitchens :) This is so much fu and very special :) i wish we all could gather and have a big baking friday picnic :) Chocolate Chip Cookies ,and Onion Pretzels, dedicated to our wonderful family, friends, and to the awesome spirit of the season :) We love you all, so very very much :) many great memories made ,to always cherish and treasure :) baking friday ,we love it! :) January 30th, 2026 :) Happy baking friday everyone! :)
