baking friday :) Onion Garlic Cheese Breadstick :) a stormy day, we're thinking of everyone <3

Happy baking friday!!! :) Sending our love, prayers, well wishes, and our most warmest friendship hugs, hoping, and praying everyone is doing ok, keeping warm, and safe, as this very severe nor'easter passes through. We're thinking of everyone, and are with you all, our dear angel friends :) BIG GROUP WARM COMFORTING FRIENDSHIP HUG :) we baked today, and we still have power here at our home this early evening. it's been flickering at times, and the winds are fierce out there. We're all doing ok, keeping warm, and safe here at home. There's trees down around our city, and area. Jenn and family are without power, due to the storm. We're all keeping eachother updated, and are riding out the storm at home.

It's a very stormy day! Thank you angel friends, for all of your wonderful prayers, well wishes, and for checking in on us all :) We appreciate everything. my family, Holly, and i hope and pray, that everyone is doing alright, and safe and keeping warm. this has been a very massive nor'easter storm that is impacting many states and areas. it began to heavily rain and get windy this morning. we've had some very scary winds out there. our lights flickering this afternoon, our power went out twice, but came back thankfully. the fire department has been going out a lot today. my dad saw some big trees down up the road from us. This afternoon, Jenn and family lost power. they are at home, and are ok. Holly's also been recieving this severe storm there, and saw trees, and branches down, including a huge tree down where she lives. We're all riding out the storm, and thinking of everyone. it's very cold, and hard raining. the rain was so hard earlier, it was hitting my window and sounded like pebbles due to the winds. We're all doing alright, and hanging in there. it's been a very eventful day. We've been thinking of everyone, being impacted by this storm, and praying for everyone's safety, and comfort. it's expected to remain windy overnight, into tomorrow. We're going about the day as normal as can be. earlier, the schools notified parents here in our city, that they were closing a bit earlier, due to the severe weather. we've had some snowflakes amongst the rain. it's a very fierce storm, it kinda reminds us of hurricane irene and hurricane sandy. very bad winds, and it has been continuously windy all day. We're all hanging i nthere, and looking forward to the storm easing.

This morning, we had a new day blossoming, but knew it was gonna be a very stormy day. the winds and rain picking up early this morning, surprised us. we thought it may arrive later on today, but really began to pick up early. i went out very briefly this morning, to put some treats in our backyard, for our nature friends, and came back indoors. :) schools were opened, and the kids all went to school :) i love to wish my family and friends a happy baking friday, and i love sharing your special and sweet happy baking friday wishes with my family :) Thank you angel friends, so very much! :) You all are so nice, and sweet :)

It was a nice morning, as we were going about the day as normal as can be :) my mom and dad went out to walmart, they had some items they needed to pick up :) we had our baking friday supplies set :) i began to set up and decorate our kitchen for baking friday :) i love decorating it, it's one of my favorite baking friday traditions :) even with the stormy weather, i'm still thinking spring time, and put a few spring themed decorations in the kitchens :) our kitchen looked great :) i prepared a nice lunch :) my mom and dad came home from the store :) they brought me a nice blueberry iced coffee :) it's very nice, and sweet of them :)

Around 12pm, it was getting worse winds outside, the winds were really picking up. i did get a chance to spend some time with Holly on the phone, and some time here on ds, writing to friends :) the fire sirent was going off, and we heard lots of activity out there, including ambulances, and fire trucks. my dad was out a bit, he got some activity with his uber driving, and he saw some huge trees down in our area, and city, including a tree across the road, up on new London, turnpike. Holly and i were on the phone earlier, she heard a loud boom, and it was a tree outside, off into the distance, a tree fell into the woods area where Holly lives. she's in Maryland, and they too are recieving this massive nor'easter. she had to go out today to her appt, and shopped, and when she was outside, you could hear the wind, through the phone. i kept checking through our back window in our house, looking at our trees, in our backyard, as my mom and i heard some loud booms this afternoon, but thankfully none of our trees have fallen.

Shortly before 3pm, we found out, Jenn and family lost power at their home in their area. we also know our DS friends Stacy (Sunflower10) and her boyfriend Ron lost power where they live in our city. We're so hopeful, everyone's power will be fully restored, and back on very soon. it's cold outside. Jenn notified my mom, that she, Mike, Mikey, and Hunter were gonna be staying at home this afternoon. Schools here in our area, notified parents they were gonna be closing earlier than normal, due to the severe weather. Alyssa picked up Taylynn and the triplets, and came here :) We had planned to bake some spongebob themed cookies, for thre kids, but with Hunter and Mikey not here, we wanted to wait until they get to bake with us, to bake the cookies :) Earlier in the week, Hunter saw the cookies mix, and he really wanted to help bake the cookies :) awww! :) We decided to wait until next week, to bake the spongebob cookies :) We'll even look for a 2nd box of the cookies at the dollar tree tomorrow :)

Kayla, Jacob, and i baked some nice garlic onion cheese breadsticks this afternoon :) We got our picture taken in the kitchen :) Earlier, i had prepared the dough, so that it would rise and be ready for baking :) each week, we love to use our nice baking friday supplies, we've recieved from family and friends, over the years :) we love our nice aprons, oven mits, kitchen towels, and all of our baking friday supplies :) These special supplies are always a big part of our baking, and cooking each week :) it was about 3:30pm, and we were all set, and ready to bake :)calling all cookie monsters! :) cookie monsters unite!!! :) it's time to bake! bake! bake! :)

We began our fun adventure :) Mikey and Hunter were with us in spirit, and you all are always right there with us in spirit too, our dear angel friends :) Kayla, Jacob, and i began to get the baking pan ready :) Jacob was using butter to grease the pan, Kayla and i were showing him how too :) we're so proud of the kids, and all that they are learning about baking and cooking :) They're great helpers, and love to help :) Brayden, and Colby were in the living room, they love to play their video games, and they watch videos too :) we were preparing the breadsticks :) it's a really nice easy dough recipe i used :) 1 cup of water, 1 packet of yeast, plus salt,dried onion flakes, and garlic powder, and adding in the flower until it's a nice dough, perfect for breadsticks :)

We put the dough on the baking pan, and Jacob used the dough roller, to roll the dough :) We then added some nice mozzarella cheese, and melted butter on top of the cheese and dough, and i then put the breadsticks into the oven to bake! :) We were hearing some bad winds outside, my dad arrived home safely :) he was telling us about his adventure out there today, seeing all kinds of trees, branches down around our area and city. we're so glad, and thankful he arrived home safely. the cheese breadsticks baked nicely for about 15 minutes :) i then brought them out of the oven, and used a pizza slicer to slice the breadsticks :) the breadsticks came out great! : )Everyone is digging in : )We love breadsticks :)

We're so glad, we got a chance to bake today :) we've been doing our best today, with all that's been going on, with the storm. checking in on everyone, and making sure everyone is alright. We're making it through the day, best we can :) baking friday, we love it!!! :) my family and i are doing well, Jenn's been keeping in touch with my mom through text messaging. we're so happy and excited for the weekend and praying the storm eases. :) Tomorrow, we want to go shopping at the dollar tree early :) if we get to shop, we'll buy some gifts, goodies, and treasures :) during the afternoon, my brother Bobby and his family are coming over, and we're gonna have a fun birthday party for my niece Miranda :) We'll be having some foods, and cake :) i'm also gonna do some writing this weekend :) Holly and i are gonna watch a movie on saturday night :) i look forward to sharing our weekend adventures, and celebrations with pictures, in my journals :) There's many more great things to look forward too :) Power is still on here, as of this early evening. Tonight, Holly and i are going to want to watch 2 episodes of Most Haunted show :) We love our fun, friday night, paranormal party night's :) We've been enjoying the 21st season, of Most Haunted show :) Holly's been keeping me updated, her power is on where she lives in Maryland :) Thank you angel friends, so very much, for all that you do for us :) You all are wonderfully nice, sweet, and very caring :) We deeply appreciate everything, with all of the love of our hearts :) BIG GROUP WARM HAPPY FRIENDSHIP HUG :) We hope everyone enjoys a wonderful weekend :)
