baking friday! :) calling all cookie monsters and leprechauns! :) hehe! :) cookie monsters and leprechauns! :) hehe! :) cookie monsters and leprechauns unite!!! :) it's baking friday! oh my! :) a super fun, spirit soaring, lucky shamrocks, St. Patrick's day themed baking friday adventure in the kitchen!!! :) with the flour flying, and a very special guest in the kitchen today, BABY HUNTER checking in on the baking friday fun! :) he's a little baker in training! :) awww! :) We turned our kitchen into a lucky 4 leaf clover patch, for some awesome fun baking! :) the month of March is in full swing, with all of the celebrations :) St. Patrick's day is almost here :) We wish you all could come over, to enjoy some baking friday goodies :)
We sure do love our baking friday adventures, and sharing our adventures with everyone :) keeping with the tradition, a wonderfully wholesome tradition, today Kayla, Mikey, and i baked shamrocks sugar cookies, and also cooked cabbage soup, loaded with cabbage, potatoes, and carrots :)yum! :) we love these awesome times, and are so thrilled, to celebrate with you and your family's :) we're so blessed, and thankful, to have you all in our lives :) March is my favorite month of the year, and i'm so happy, we're getting to enjoy this very special month together :)Today, little baby Hunter got a chance to check in, on the baking friday fun, for the very first time :) awww! :) Jenn brought Hunter over today, and he got his picture taken with us in the kitchen today, for othe very first time :) baby Hunter, is a little baker in trainer, and i am sure he will be joining in on lots of baking friday adventures, as he gets older :) Mikey said, he wants to teach his brother how to clap flour in the air! hehe! :) awww! :)

It was a nice spirited morning :) i enjoyed my early morning nature walk :) i brought a big bowl of goodies outside for our nature animal friends :) they love their baking friday breakfast feasts :) awww! :) i gathered our baking friday supplies, and decorations, and went out into our kitchen around mid-morning, to begin decorating and setting up our kitchen, for our super fun adventure :) it's one of my favorite joys, decorating :) Today, i turned our kitchen into a 4 leaf clover patch :) it looked so cool! :) my mom was looking at the kitchen, it looked so nice, all decorated :) i cooked a nice lunch :) We have a very special shoutout, and thank you, for my dear, and lovely mom, and dad :) they went to the stores today, and picked up baking friday supplies, and some other goodies too :) it's so nice, and sweet of them :) They help make baking friday possible each week :) my sister Lisa loves to help pick up the baking friday supplies too :)
Early afternoon, i enjoyed some time here on ds, writing to friends :) Around 2:45pm, i went back out into our kitchen, to begin getting the cabbage soup recipe set. :) i also put finishing touches on our kitchen preparations, for our super fun adventure :) shortly around 3pm, Jenn came over with Mikey and baby Hunter, and Kayla and Taylynn arrived home from school :) We were all very excited :) We were getting ready for our baking friday adventure :) Jenn brought baby Hunter out into the kitchen :) he's adorable, and is opening his eyes more :) he got to see us all in the kitchen, and got the chance to get his picture taken for the first time in the kitchen with us today :) awww! :) baby Hunter will definitely get to help us bake goodies, when he's old enough :) it was so nice, welcoming baby Hunter into the kitchen earlier :) our kitchen was all set and we were all ready to bake! bake! bake! :)
We began our super fun adventure! :) The cabbage soup was cooking nicely on the stove :) i added water, chicken seasoning, parsley flakes, garlic powder, a little black pepper, old bay seasoning, minced garlic, cabbage, carrots, and potatoes into the cooking pot :) it was cooking and smelled so nice :) we began to prepare the sugar cookies :) i said to Kayla, "pick out the best egg ever!" :) awww! :) Kayla's always loved to select the eggs :) Mikey was adding the flour to the bowl, and i added in the sugar :) we were so excited, seeing the St. Patrick's day decorations :) i'm wearing my shamrocks necklace today :)
my mom, dad, and Jenn came out into the kitchen from time to time, and baby Hunter too, to check in on the baking friday fun :) We super stirred the sugar cookie dough :) we love to add extra butter, to the sugar cookie dough :) it's one of our favorite recipes :) we spread some flour onto the counter, and we used our awesome shamrock cookie cutters, to make the shaped cookies :) it's always such a fun time, and we were sharing some smiles :) Mikey went back and forth a bit, from the kitchen, to the living room :) i used butter to grease the baking pan, and we had about 9 sugar cookies :) Sweet! :) i put the cookies into the oven to bake! bake! bake! :) our kitchen smelled so nice, with the sugar cookies baking, and the cabbage soup baking :)
We made green and gold colored frostings, for the shamrocks cookies :) The cookies baked very nicely :) when they were done, i brought the cookies out of the oven :) the cookies were cooling down :) We did some cleaning in the kitchen, and got ready, to decorate the cookies :) one of our favorite baking friday traditions, is decorating the cookies :) i stirred the cabbage soup too, and it was looking so good :) we began to decorate the shamrocks cookies :) it was awesome, we spread green frosting on the cookies, and then used gold colored frosting to outline the cookies, and made a special D and S cookies, for everyone :) we also sprinkled green sugar sprinkles onto the cookies :) the cookies came out great :) i thanked Kayla and Mikey for helping, and we gave Jenn and Mikey some cookies to bring home :) it was lots of fun baking and cooking :) i'm gonna have some cabbage soup this evening for dinner :) we love baking friday, and are so excited, we have many more super fun adventures to look forward too :) a very special shoutout, for family and friends :) Lots of cooking, and baking this week :) we love hearing about the goodies you all bake, and nice meals you all cook :) we're with eachother in spirit in our kitchens :) i wish we all could have a big baking friday picnic :) Shamrocks Sugar cookies, and Cabbage Soup, dedicated to our wonderful family, friends, and to the beautiful spirit of St. Patrick's day :) We love you all so very very much! :) many great memories made, to always cherish, and treasure :) baking friday! :) We love it!!! :) March 13th, 2015 :) Happy baking friday, and happy St. Patrick's day everyone! :)
This Happy baking friday Wish, is for you all, our dear friends :) Today, i didn't get a chance to send out my normal weekly happy baking friday text to friends. i wanted too, but just have been feeling a bit overwhelmed, and my mind has been racing a bit, this week, with so much going on, i've been pushing myself a bit, and unable to keep up with everything. i've not given my mind a chance to emotionally breathe, and it's caught up with me. my energy hasn't been 100%, and i've been trying to keep up, with my inbox messages (which can take me a while to reply too), plus emails, and i've not gotten a chance, to make it to everyone's pages, and i've probably missed some journals too. i want to make sure, i get enough time, to equally make it around the site, so i can touch base, with all of my friends. :) for now, until i am back to my 100% emotional strength, and until i've gotten myself back to balanced, i'll be replying with shorter replies, to my inbox messages, as it can sometimes take me 45 minutes to an hour, to reply to some messages, and that's a long time, so for now, i want to limit the amount of time i spend in my inbox, so that i can send out, more hugs, read more journals, and can touch base, with more of my friends. :) this will be good for me, so that i can catch my emotional breathe. :)
i always want to give my all, and to give 150% of myself, every day, and lately, i haven't done well, with being able to focus, on replying to long inbox messages. i have many friends i want and love to write too. i love my messages, and always welcome everyone to write, it will take me a bit longer, to reply to the long messages in the inbox. :) i always go to my hugbook first each day. it's easier for me to be able to remember/focus, while replying to shorter inbox messages. it's been a struggle for me to keep up with the inbox messages that are longer. i love hearing from everyone, and i love to correspond with everyone. i've felt bad, that i haven't gotten to equally touch base, with all my friends. i want too, and for a bit i will send shorter inbox replies, so that i can have time, to really be able to focus better, and this will help me, with my emotional energy :) i also want to be able to read my picture comments, i sometimes am rushing and rushing, and my mind gets racing. i'm gonna be ok :) thank you all, for sticking with me :) i will always be here for you all :)
We're enjoying a beautiful day! :) baking friday! :) we love it!!! :) my family and i are doing well, and are in good spirits :) we're so happy, thankful, and blessed, to have the wonderful opportunity to experience spirit soaring days and times like this, sharing in, and celebrating, all of the fun times with everyone :) The spring season is coming, and the weekend is arriving with lots of spirit :) We're so happy and excited about the weekend :) tomorrow's my grandma's birthday :) We're going to visit my grandma tomorrow, bringing her flowers, a birthday cake, and gifts :) it's going to be so much fun, and a very special time :) You all will be with us in spirit :) i'll take pictures at grandma's birthday party, to share with everyone :) on sunday, we may go shopping, or for a car ride, plus i'm gonna do some writing :) it's gonna be a wonderful weekend :) i look forward to sharing our weekend adventures, and celebrations with everyone in my journals :) We feel your loving spirits with us, during these times, and we're with you all in spirit :) There's many more great things to look forward too :) Tonight, i'm going to call Holly :) We love to talk, and are going to watch 2 episodes of the "most haunted" show, on youtube :) We love our friday night's paranormal shows :) my family and i thank you all so very much, for all that you do for us :) You all are wonderfully nice, and sweet :) We deeply appreciate everything, with all of the love of our hearts :) BIG GROUP WARM FRIENDSHIP HUGS :) We hope everyone enjoys a wonderful weekend :)

Cabbage Soup! :) i love cabbage, and have been enjoying making some cabbage soup this week :) for today's today, i added even more vegetables :) Cabbage, Sliced Potatoes, Carrots, i then added in, some nice chicken seasoning, some black pepper, old bay seasoning, garlic powder, and minced garlic :) The soup smells so nice, and is very delicious :)

First of all, dear Chris... DO NOT BEAT YOURSELF UP about your energy being low... Mine is absolutely horrible these past few day! You and I always seem to be affected by the Dark Moon and we are almost to that point in full!!! HANG ON TIGHT and just KEEP KEEPING ON! We\'ll BOTH be better SOON!!!

I had a long day of several stops in town, but I got everything done that needed to be accomplished! NOW, I\'ll be taking the weekend OFF and staying at home RELAXING with my pupz... On Sunday, I have a gentleman coming to grade my driveway which is a sloppy mudding MESS! Typical spring, but it is worse than it has been for a VERY LONG TIME... All will be fine so I won\'t worry....

Hello Chris. Loved how you decorated the kitchen today. Your cookies look so good but Man I want some of your cabbage soup!! Looks so Good! Great pictures of you all. Having fun and making memories.
