"We want more chocolate!"- my nephew's Mikey, Hunter, Brayden, Colby, and Jacob said that today, during baking friday! :)

baking friday! :) calling all cookie monsters! :) hehe! :) cookie monsters! :) hehe! :) cookie monsters unite!!! :) it's baking friday! :) oh my! :) a super sweet, flour flying, countdown to summer, themed baking friday adventure in the kitchen!!! :) this was so much fun! :) with the flour flying in the air, and sharing lots of smiles :) We're celebrating lots of sweet joys, as we gear up to welcome the summer season :) it's that time of the year, outdoor festivities, gardening, BBQ's, and lots more :) the adventures of the season are rocking, and we got some sunshine rolling today, with a sweet blue sky :) come on over, for some baking friday goodies! :)

We sure do love our baking friday adventures, and sharing our adventures with everyone :) keeping with the tradition, a wonderfully wholesome tradition :) Today, Kayla, the kids, and i baked some honey wheat bread, cornbread muffins, and made some seashells shaped chocolate treats for the kids :) as soon as the chocolates were done chillin in the fridge, the kids were so excited to enjoy the chocolates :) the chocolates went fast! hehe! :) Sharing lots of smiles, and great cheer! :) Kayla was with us today, for baking friday :) She had her first evening of work yesterday at domino's :) on friday's, she's on call, if they need extra help :) it's really neat, that on friday's after 4pm, she, my sister Lisa, and dad, all could be working at the same time at domino's :) Thank you all for your wonderful congratulations wishes for Kayla :) You all are so nice, sweet, and very wonderful friends :) we cherish and treasure your very special friendships :)

This morning, we had a sweet new, golden sunny bright day rising and shining :) We've been looking forward to baking some goodies :) we love looking forward to baking friday :) often during the week, when the kids are visiting, they say, "baking friday!" awww! :) they want to bake every day! hehe! :) We love this very special tradition in our lives :) There's lots of great things going on :) i love to wish my family and friends a happy baking friday, and i share with my family, your lovely happy baking friday wishes :) awww! :) You all are so nice, and sweet :) Thank you everyone! :)

It was a great morning, as the new day was beginning with sunshine, and a really neat sweet blue sky :) i gathered a nice bowl of goodies and went outside, for my early morning nature walk :) our nature friends love their baking friday breakfast feast :) i put lots of goodies in the bird sanctuary for them, and i checked in on our plants :) our plants are doing really well, growing, and flourishing :) i'm so happy and thrilled, about their great growing progress :) it's wonderful to see the summer time nature blossoming :) We love our flowers, and the great joys of the gardening season :) it's amazing how we're only a little over a week away from summer season arriving, and soon our annual 4th of July themed baking friday adventure :) there's lots of summer time celebrations to look forward too :)

i began to gather our baking friday supplies, decorations, and went out into our kitchen to begin setting up and decorating our kitchen for our super fun adventure :) it's part of the great baking friday fun each week :) our kitchen looked awesome, decorated with a sunflowers theme :) i love decorating, it's such a great joy, and preparing a nice lunch :) today for lunch, i had spinach ravioli with green beans with almonds :) lunch was delicious! :) During the early afternoon, i enjoyed some nice time here on ds, writing to friends, was hanging out with my mom and dad, and i also brewed a nice peach iced tea :) cheers! :)

it's been mostly sunny all day, and i've been hearing lots of birds outside here :) Alyssa and the triplets came over after 2pm, and Kayla and Taylynn arrived home from school :) the kids are almost out of school, in the next week and a half, they'll be finishing up the school year :) Jenn, Mikey, and Hunter came over :) we were all gathering around, and very excited for our super fun baking friday adventure :) Hunter walked right out into the kitchen! hehe! :) he loves to get his seat at the counter area, and ready to bake! :) We love these awesome times of the season, celebrating with you all :) You all are always right there with us in spirit, during our adventures :)

Each week, we love to use our nice baking friday supplies we've recieved from family and friends, over the years :) i love to wear my aprons, we also have our kitchen towels, oven mits, baking cups, and lots more :) these awesome supplies are always a big part of our baking and cooking each week :) our kitchen was all set, and we were ready to get the flour flying in the air :) calling all cookie monsters! :) cookie monsters unite! :) it's time to bake! bake! bake! :)

We began our super fun adventure! :) We first began to prepare the honey wheat bread :) earlier i found a nice recipe online :) the kids love to help, and they get so proud, when they get to add the ingredients to the bowl, and super stirring :) baking friday teamwork! :) the kids are learning a lot about baking :) it seems like yesterday when we first began to bake, and Kayla was 6 years old, and now she's got her first job, at domino's pizza, and she turns 16 next month :) The years really go by fast. We treasure all of the great memories being made, from our baking friday adventures over the years :)

We love teaching the kids how to bake :) We were stirring the bread dough, the kids were excited to play with their games a bit today too, they were going back and forth. :) Kayla and i were preparing most of the goodies today, it felt like an old school baking friday adventure, but the kids did help a lot :) earlier i melted chocolate chips, and made seashells shaped chocolates for the kids :) After we prepared the bread dough, we put the chocolates onto a dish, and the kids were so excited to have some chocolates :) Taylynn had a chocolate too :) We were all hanging out, doing a little cleaning in the kitchen too :) we prepared some cornbread muffins too :) those are so nice, easy to make :)

The bread rised a bit, and we then put the bread into the oven to bake! bake! bake! :) the cornbread muffins were baking nicely too :) the kids had some more chocolates :) it was so nice, and they want to make more chocolates soon :) i said, "Sure!" :) The cornbread muffins ,and wheat bread finished baking :) the goodies came out really good :) i'm gonna have a slice of wheat bread this evening :) my mom was sharing about when she was younger, and baked lots of bread :) We love sharing cooking and baking stories, and memories :)
