baking friday! :) Calling all cookie monsters! :) hehe! : )Cookie monsters! :) hehe! :) Cookie monsters unite! :) it's baking friday! :) oh my! :) A super fun, and super sweet, Happy Valentine's day themed baking friday adventure in the kitchen! :) This was so much fun! :) We had the flour flying in the air in the kitchen ,and sharing lots of smiles and spirited cheer as we baked some sweet goodies today :) Holly and i, and our family gave eachother nice Valentine's day cards, gifts, candy, and crafts today :) Jenn and family baked some nice bread and made chocolate covered strawberries for everyone :) Holly crochetted some nice hearts shaped crafts, and we gave eachother some nice Valentine's day cards, gifts, and candy today, sharing in lots of heart warming moments, and spirited cheer :) We love Valentine's day :) Come on over for some baking friday gooodies :)

This morning, we had a sweet new day, rising and shining :) Valentine's day :) a very special friday tradition i love very much ,is wishing Holly, our family, and our friends a happy baking friday, and i share with Holly and our family, your sweet happy baking friday wishes : )Thank you angel friends, so very much :) You all are very nice, and sweet :) We've been looking forward to our annual Valentine's day themed baking friday adventure,and it's extra sweet this year, with Valentine's day on baking friday :) i was up early this morning, enjoying some nice time here on DS, writing to friends and getting ready for my early morning nature walk :) We've had some wintery cold days, and weather with snow, ice, and rain. We're looking forward to sunny, warmer days soon, with spring a little over a month away :) i bundled up warmly, gathered a big bowl of goodies ,and went outside for my nature walk :) our nature friends greeted me :)i saw some bluejays gathering in our trees :) It's very icy outside, i've been being extra careful while going outside in our yard, with the icy conditions. i put lots of goodies on the bird feeders, and in the bird sanctuary for our nature friends :) they love their baking friday breakfast feasts :) We love our nature friends, and so happy to see them visiting our yard to gather some goodies and treats :) Holly and i look forward to lots more nature walks, all throughout the season ,and the countdown to spring season arriving next month :)Happy sunny nature smiles :)

It was a nice peaceful early morning :)We enjoyed our Valentine's day breakfast, and having some hot chamomile tea, water, grape juice, and vanilla iced coffee :) Tiger girl enjoyed her breakfast, and is having some treats today for Valentine's day :) She loves joining in on the spirit of the holiday's :) i began to gather our baking friday supplies, kitchen decorations,and went out into our kitchen to begin setting up and decorating our kitchen for our super fun adventure :) Today, i decorated with a nice red and pink Valentine's day theme :) our kitchen looks very sweet, and Valentine's day spirited :) it's lots of fun decorating :) Around mid-morning, we put the sports radio on :) We love tuning in to all of the sports talk, we love keeping up with our favorite sports :) We look forward to watching more Celtics basketball games :) around mid-day, we enjoyed a nice lunch, and during the early afternoon ,i made some homemade pretzel dough, and enjoyed some nice time here on DS, writing to friends :) Holly and i enjoyed a special time giving eachother Valentine's day cards, gifts, crafts, and candy :) We have our Valentine's day cards, and gifts displayed, and enjoying some candy today :)

Around 3pm, Jenn and the kids came over, and the triplets and Brody came over :) We love welcoming everyone :) The kids love friday's, and the arrival of the weekend's :) They have lots of fun hobbies, including playing their favorite video games, and watching their favorite videos on youtube :) we've been having lots of fun enjoying our winter season themed baking friday adventures, with lots of baking, and cooking, and so happy to have our annual Valentine's day themed adventure today :) We all gathered in the kitchen :) The kids love to select their spots at the kitchen counter :) The kids, Holly, and i got our picture taken :) it's a special baking friday tradition :) You all are always right there with us in spirit in the kitchen :) my mom takes the picture of us each week :) We love to use our nice baking friday supplies, i wear my nice apron Holly gave me, and we use our nice oven mits, kitchen towels, baking pans, and all of our baking supplies that we've recieved from family and friends over the years :) Our kitchen was all set, and we were ready to bake some nice Valentine's day goodies :) Calling all cookie monsters :) It's time to bake! bake! bake! :)

We began our super fun adventure :) baking friday teamwork! :) baking is a work of heart! :) The kids love to help! :)They're great helpers :) We first began to prepare the onion pretzels :) the pretzel dough had rised nicely during the afternoon, a nice double batch of pretzel dough :) i cut the dough into portions, and got some water heating up in a cooking pot on the stove :) we made the dough into pretzel shapes, and i put 3 or 4 pretzels into the water, the water helps the pretzels get larger :)i used butter to grease the baking pans, and we used a metal spatula to put the pretzels onto the pans :) We melted some butter, and added dried onion flakes into the butter :) We drizzled the butter, and onion flakes onto the pretzels, and made some every bagel seasoning pretzels too :) The pretzels are very popular, we're so glad we made a double batch of the pretzels :) i put the 2 pans of pretzels into the oven to bake :)

As the pretzels were baking, we began to prepare the sugar cookies :) The kids, Holly and i were sharing lots of smiles :) Hunter cracked open the egg :)We also added some extra melted butter into the bowl, and began to super stir the ingredients :) The kids were telling us about how they're excited for a nice 4 day weekend :) the kids were enjoying some candy :) my mom and dad gave the kids some Valentine's day candy :) They're so happy :) we got some plates, and the heart shaped cookie cutters :) my mom and Jenn came out into the kitchen at times, and you all are always right there with us in spirit in the kitchen :) Mikey was helping us bake goodies today :) We made some nice heart-shaped sugar cookies :) i used butter to grease the baking pan :)

The Onion pretzels finished baking, i brought the pretzels out of the oven to cool down :) Everyone was very excited to have some pretzels :) i put the sugar cookies into the oven to bake :) i took some pictures of the pretzels, and we all began to dig in :) the pretzels came out great :) they're very popular :) Holly and i each had a pretzel, and my mom and Jenn had some pretzels too :) Brody loves pretzels, he had 2 pretzels :) We did some cleaning up in the kitchen :) Hunter helped Holly and i make the pink/red colored frosting :) The cookies finished baking, i brought the cookouts out of the oven to cool down :) we all were hanging out :) my mom and Holly had some chocolate covered strawberries :) the sugar cookies cooled down, we decorated the cookies with the frosting :) the cookies came out great :)
