Happy St. Patrick's day! :) Calling all cookie monsters! :) hehe! :) cookie monsters! :) hehe! :) cookie monsters unite!!! :) it's baking friday! :) oh my! :) a super fun, spirit soaring, shamrocking and rolling, flour flying, St. Patrick's day themed baking friday adventure in the kitchen!!! :) awww! :) this was so much fun! :) baking up some awesome goodies, and spirited joy of St. Patrick's day traditions, and festivities with everyone :) Thank you angel friends, for all of your sweet happy St. Patrick's day wishes :) You all are wonderfully nice, and sweet :) We hope everyone is having a happy St. Patrick's day :) come on over, for some sweet St. Patrick's day goodies! :)

We sure do love our baking friday adventures, and sharing our adventures with everyone :) keeping with the tradition, a wonderfully wholesome tradition, today Kayla, the kids, and i baked some nice shamrock sugar cookies, to celebrate St. Patrick's day :) we love St. Patrick's day :) it's such a fun, and exciting holiday :) We've been having lots of fun wishing eachother, and friends, a happy St. Patrick's day, and enjoying the spirit, and excitement of the holiday :) You all make these times very special, and memorable :) We've been thinking of you all often today, and hoping everyone is having a nice peaceful day :) We've been looking forward to baking some goodies :)

This morning, we had nice sunny new St. Patrick's day, rising and shining :) i love to wish my family and friends a happy baking friday :) i shared with my family, your lovely happy baking friday wishes :) i've been looking forward to decorating our kitchen, with glowing green shamrocks :) St. Patrick's day is one of my favorite days of the year :) i began my day with a nice sunny nature walk :) i had a nice big bowl of goodies, and went outside to see our nature animal friends :) there were lots of birds singing happily, and i saw a red cardinal :) It gets very active in our yard, during the sunrise hour, with lots of birds and squirrels visiting :) they love their baking friday breakfast feasts :)

i began to gather our baking friday supplies, and our St. Patrick's day decorations, and went out into our kitchen to begin setting up and decorating our kitchen, for our super fun adventure :) i love to decorate :) we've recieved some wonderful decorations from family and friends over the years :) our kitchen was glowing green, with shamrocks, st. Patrick's day decorations :) i enjoyed decorating :) i love to take a picture of our kitchen all decorated :) i prepared a nice lunch :) with it St. Patrick's day today, i boiled cabbage, carrots, and butternut squash :) lunch was delicious! :) During the early afternoon, i enjoyed some nice time here on ds, writing to friends :) Alyssa, Colby, Jacob, and Brayden came over after 2pm :) Taylynn had a half day of school today :) Kayla arrived home around 2:30pm and around 3:10pm, Jenn, Mikey, and Hunter came over :)

We were all gathering around :) the kids were so excited, for baking :) Alyssa bought some cool St. Patrick's day hats for the kids :) i gave them some shamrock decorations, and i also gave Taylynn a st. patrick's day pencil, and one for her to give to her teacher today :) i'm wearing my shamrocks necklaces and St. patrick's day button/pin :) lots of st. patrick's day spirit all around : )We were getting ready to bake! :) each week, we love to use our nice baking friday supplies we've recieved over the years, from family and friends :) our nice aprons ,oven mits, kitchen towels, cookie cutters, and lots more :) they're always a big part of our baking and cooking :) our kitchen was set, and we were ready to get the flour flying in the air in the ktichen! :) calling all cookie monsters! :) cookie monsters unite! :) it's time to bake! bake! bake! :)

We began our super fun adventure! :) the kids were so excited, they all had their seats at the counter area :) they love to help bake :) we got a bowl, and all of the spoons, and began to gather the ingredients :) i said to Kayla, pick out the best egg ever :) She loves to pick out the eggs :) She selected the egg, and we began to add the ingredients to the big bowl :) We began to super stir! :) baking friday teamwork! :) the kids are great helpers :) Kayla and i are so proud of them :) they get very proud when they get to add in the ingredients, and super stirring :) We were sharing lots of smiles, talking about St. Patrick's day, and baking cookies :)

We made lots of cookie dough :) We then got some plates for the kids, and put some flour on the plates, and then all of the kids got some cookie dough, and we used shamrock shaped cookie cutters, to make the shamrock shaped cookies :) i used some butter to grease a baking pan :) we were having a fun time baking :) You all were right there with us in spirit :) i put the cookies onto the baking pan ,and put the first batch of cookies into the oven to bake! bake! bake! :)

We prepared some more shamrock sugar cookies, to go into the oven next, and then also prepared some green and yellow frosting for decorating the cookies :) We love sugar cookies :) we did some cleaning up in the kitchen :) The first batch of cookies finished baking :) i brought the cookies out of the oven to cool down : )We were all hanging out :) Hunter had some cheese crackers :) he gave our dog pug a few cheese crackers :) awww! :) i put a 2nd batch of cookies into the oven to bake :) The first batch of cookies had cooled down :) we began to decorate the cookies, with the green and yellow frosting :) i also used the yellow frosting to write a D and S on the cookies :)a special shoutout to our dear angel friends :) The cookies came out great :) We're so proud of them :)

We had lots of fun baking the shamrock sugar cookies :) The kids are learning a lot about baking, and doing very well :) We're all very proud of them :) Lisa got to come home from work earlier, and she was joining us in the kitchen :) it was so nice, having my mom, Lisa, Jenn, and Alyssa here this afternoon :) i thanked Kayla and the kids for helping bake :) it was an awesome adventure, and we have many more super fun adventures to look forward too :) A very special shoutout, for family and friends :) Lots of great baking and cooking this week :) We love hearing about the nice goodies, and foods you all cook and bake :) it's so much fun sharing :) We're with eachother in spirit in our kitchens :) i wish we all could gather, and have a baking friday picnic :) St. Patrick's day, Shamrock Sugar Cookies, dedicated to our wonderful family, friends, and to the wonderful spirit of St. Patrick's day :) We love you all so very very much! :) many great memories made, to always cherish and treasure :) baking friday! we love it!!! :) March 17th, 2017 :) Happy baking friday, and Happy St. Patrick's day everyone! :)

PRAYERS REQUEST FOR OUR DEAR FRIENDS. Hi angel friends, my family and i have a very important prayers request, for some of our dear friends. Laurie (Laurie32), Ed, and their family. You all are family to us, here on ds. We've known many of you, for years. You all are always in our prayers, and in our hearts. we care deeply, and will always be here for you all. i recieved some very sad, tragic news this morning. our dear friend Laurie wrote to me, and mentioned that their family member, cousin, was tragically killed in a car accident. it's very sad, and heart breaking. his 6 year old daughter is thankfully ok. many times, as friends write to us over the years, they mention family, close times shared. Laurie,and Ed, they always mentioned their cousin (Chris), and he was a very good family man, and always did kind, and caring things for them. we grieve with everyone, who looses someone close to them, whether it's family, or a friend. i reached otu to Laurie, Ed, and family. i know Chris' mom, Michelle who use too be here on ds. please keep Laurie, Ed, Michelle, Chris' children, and their family in your thoughts and prayers. they need us right now, all of our love, support, prayers. big group comforting hug

We're enjoying a nice time, Celebrating St. Patrick's day, baking friday! :) we love it!!! :) my family and i are doing well, and are in great spirits :) it's been a sweet time today, celebrating the awesome St. Patrick's day with everyone :) There's lots of great things going on, and many special memories being made :) we love St. Patrick's day, and the month of march is shamrocking and rolling! :)Woot! :) The weekend is arriving with lots of spirit :) We're gonna go shopping tomorrow :) i want to buy some treasures, and healthy foods, snacks :) it's gonna be so nice shopping, and having a movie party with Holly tomorrow night :) on sunday, i'm going to write some cards, also gonna enjoy some nature walks this weekend, and the ncaa tournament games :) i look forward to sharing our weekend adventures with everyone in my journals :) There's lots more great things to look forward too :) Tonight, Holly and i are going to watch 2 classic episodes of Most Haunted, featuring haunted places in Ireland :) we love our friday night, paranormal party night :) Thank you angel friends, so very much, for all that you do for us :) You all are wonderfully nice, sweet, and very caring :) We deeply appreciate everything, with all of the love of our hearts :) BIG GROUP WARM SHAMROCK SMILES HUG :) We hope everyone enjoys a beautiful weekend :)
