This is Halloween! : )Woot!!! :) Happy pumpkin smiles! :) we baked up some awesome and spook-tacular fun halloween treats! :) The season is full of spook-tacular fun frights, from sunrise to the BOO-eautiful glow of the october moonlight! As we celebrate with all of the awesome autumn glowing nature sights and scenes, we're celebrating 31 fun days of halloween! :) Come on over, for some yummy baking friday goodies! :) TRICK OR TREAT!!! :)

We sure do love our baking friday adventures, and sharing our adventures with everyone :) keeping with the tradition, a wonderfully wholesome tradition, today Kayla, Mikey, Brayden, Jacob, Colby, and i baked pumpkin themed cookies, and halloween mummy hotdogs! :) spook-tacular, and super halloween fun! :) We're having so much fun celebrating the halloween season with you all, our dear friends :) the season is rocking and pumpkin rolling! :) We're so happy and excited! :) my family and i hope everyone is doing well, and enjoying a beautiful day :) Twas the 14th day of the Halloween season, and today we had a very special halloween themed baking friday adventure planned :) We love celebrating halloween baking friday adventures :)

This morning, we had a bright and amazing new october day rising and shining :) The wonderful joys of the autumn season nature :) as the golden sun rising and shining, that cool crisp autumn air, and the golden glow of the trees shining :) It's amazing, the fall season is blossoming!!! :) We love this time of the year, and the excitement it brings, with the festivities, traditions, and celebrations :) There's lots of great things going on, and many special memories being made :) it's that time of the year, pumpkins, scarecrows, apple cider, autumn leaves, and the spirit of the season shining bright, all of the fun halloween brings! :) We love it!!! :)

Thank you angel friends, for all of your wonderful happy baking friday wishes :) You all are so nice, sweet, and very special, dear friends :) i love sharing your happy baking friday wishes with my family :) this morning, i wished my family and friends a happy baking friday, as the new day was blossoming :) We've been looking forward to our halloween themed baking friday adventure :) i enjoyed a nice nature walk this morning, putting goodies all around our yard :) it's really chilly crisp and autumn fresh air :) i love seeing the birds, and squirrels visiting our yard, and trees glowing all around as they change colors :) i'm wearing my thermal shirt today, as it's very chilly. It's a great day to bake some goodies :)

For our halloween themed baking friday adventures, we love to do some big decorative displays, with our BOO-eautiful halloween decorations we've recieved over the years :) it was so nice gathering our decorations, and going out into our kitchen to decorate :) i decorated with a halloween theme :) it's awesome fun! :) our kitchen looked very halloween festive :) i prepared a nice lunch, and was hanging out during mid-day, and also went out for another nature walk :) it's amazing, how the fall season is blossoming :) i also enjoyed some nice time here on ds this afternoon, writing to friends :) i got my halloween town glowing, with lots of halloween season spirit :)

During the afternoon, my mom had her appointment for her ekg, blood-work, and also her blood pressure reading. her appointment went really well, and she arrived home shortly after 2pm :) my sister Lisa went with her :) my mom's gearing up for her eye surgeries on October 19th and 24th :) Thank you angel friends, for keeping us all in your thoughts and prayers, and for your wonderful well wishes, hugs, and for all of your great support :) it's very comforting, and uplifting :) We feel the love, each and every day :)

Around 3pm, the kids were getting out of school for the day and weekend :) i went out into our kitchen to put finishing touches on our kitchen preparations :) my mom and Lisa cooked some nice healthy stir fry :) i'm so excited to have some this evening :) Lisa is continuing to do really well, with her healing progress :) We're so glad, and thankful :) we were all gathering around, and very excited for our baking friday adventure :) The kids were cheering, and Kayla and i were getting the kitchen all set, the kids all love to have their own chair/seat :) We were all excited, and getting set to bake :) Each week, we love to enjoy our nice baking friday supplies we've recieved over the years :) our nice aprons, oven mits, kitchen towels, cookie cutters, and lots more :) these very special supplies, are always a big part of our cooking, and baking each week :) our kitchen was all set, and ready. : )Calling all cookie monsters! :) cookie monsters unite!!! :) it's time to bake! bake! bake! :)

We began our super fun adventure! :) We first began by preparing the pumpkin themed cookies :) We got a big bowl, and i said to Kayla, pick out the best egg ever! :) awww! :) She loves to pick out the eggs :) the kids were cheering, and we were all sharing lots of smiles :) it was so nice, and lots of great halloween season spirit :) You all were with us in spirit in our kitchen :) We began to add the ingredients to the big bowl, and super stirring :) The kids love to help, and they love to each have something to do :) from adding the flour, sugar, vanilla, butter, they all chip in to help, and they get so proud :) Kayla and i are so proud of the kids :) They are learning a lot about baking :) It's so much fun :)

After we stirred the sugar cookies, we put some flour on the counter, and got some flour flying in the air in the kitchen! :) hehe! :) it was awesome! :) Mikey, Colby, Brayden, and Jacob each got their own area to make the pumpkin cookies :) they love using the cookie cutters :) We were having so much fun preparing the cookies :) i used butter cooking/pan spray, to grease the baking pan :) we then put the cookies onto the pan, and i put the cookies into the oven to bake! bake! bake! :)

As the cookies were baking, we were talking about halloween :) Mikey and Hunter are going to be, Mario and Luigi for halloween, and the triplets are going to be Ninja Turtles for halloween :) They're so excited about going trick or treating :) We're so happy Mikey was able to join us today for baking friday :) Jenn works on friday's now, and Hunter was home with Mike, but Jenn said Mikey could come to our home when Alyssa went to pick up Taylynn earlier :) very cool! :) We were sharing lots of smiles, and enjoying baking :) We began to prepare the mummy hotdogs! :) these are super fun to make too! :)

We got some plates, and put the hotdogs on the plates, and we used crescent rolls to wrap around the hotdogs, to make them look like mummies! :) Spook-tacular! :) the kids and us all were having so much fun! :) We love halloween baking friday's so much, and we enjoy the spirit of halloween :) the pumpkin shaped cookies finishing baking :) my mom, Lisa, and Alyssa were coming out into the kitchen too from time to time :) this was awesome!!! :) lots of baking friday spirit :)

The cookies cooled down, and we baked the mummies themed hotdogs :) they were baking nicely in the oven, and we got ready to decorate the pumpkin themed sugar cookies :) We made orange, yellow, and green frostings, and we then decorated the cookies :) it's so much fun decorating :)we made a nice DS themed pumpkin cookie, dedicated to you all, our dear friends :) the mummies themed hotdogs finished baking, they came out great too! :) the treats are so nice :) We had so much fun baking today, and we look forward to baking lots more halloween goodies this halloween season :) we did some cleaning up in the kitchen, and i thanked Kayla and the kids for helping bake :)
