"Christmas Cookies!"- my little nephews Mikey, Colby, Brayden, and Jacob said that today, during baking friday! :)
baking friday! :) calling all cookie monsters and Santa claus! :) hehe! :) cookie monsters and Santa claus! :) hehe! :) cookie monsters and santa claus unite!!! :) it's baking friday, and Twas 2 weeks until Christmas! :) awww! :) A super fun, spirit soaring, festive Christmas themed baking friday adventure in the kitchen!!! :) this was so much fun!!! :)With flour flying in the air in the kitchen, and dipping pretzels into christmas sprinkles! :) We got a little cookie monster, Baby Hunter, who loves cookies! :) awww! :) it's Christmas time, and a time to celebrate one of the most sweetest joys of the season, Christmas time baking :) We had a wild and fun baking time in the kitchen today, as we made 3 different kinds of goodies, for Christmas time : )after we finished baking today, little baby Hunter had a Christmas tree cookie, and he was smiling and smiling! :) awww! :) Christmas memories being made :) it's baby Hunter's 1st christmas season, and he's loving all of the baking we're doing :) awww! :) come on over, to enjoy some baking friday goodies! :)
We sure do love our baking friday adventures, and sharing our adventures with everyone : )keeping with the tradition, a wonderfully wholesome tradition, today Kayla, Mikey, Colby, Jacob, Brayden, Taylynn, and i baked gingerbread cookies, christmas tree cookies, and made chocolate covered pretzels with sprinkles :) it was awesome, and so neat, to see baby Hunter enjoying a cookie we baked :) he's taking a great liking to seeing us all in the kitchen ,and next year this time ,he will be joining in ,on the baking friday fun, baking goodies :) my family and i had an awesome time today, baking goodies :) The holiday season is in full swing, with lots of great festivities, and traditions :) One of our favorites, are baking holiday treats :) We've been looking forward to baking goodies today, and had an awesome adventure in the kitchen :)

i've been having lots of fun ,gathering our baking friday supplies, decorations, and i love to decorate our kitchen with the christmas themes :) it's so much fun, and really awesome part of the baking friday tradition : )We have a very special shoutout, and thank you for my dear, and lovely mom and dad :) they went shopping today, and picked up some baking friday supplies :) We all love to chip in, and get the supplies each week :) i enjoyed decorating our kitchen ,and sending out happy baking friday texts :) my family and i get lots of great enjoyment ,using our baking friday supplies each week :) from all of our nice aprons, oven mits, hot mats, kitchen towels, cookie cutters, sprinkles, and lots more :) these nice supplies are always a great and fun part of our cooking and baking, throughout the week and seasons :) i cooked a nice lunch, and enjoyed another nature walk :) During the early afternoon, i enjoyed some nice time here on ds, writing to friends :)
Alyssa and the Triplets came over shortly after 2pm, and i was gathering up some more of our baking supplies :) i went out into our kitchen to put the finishing touches on our kitchen preparations :) Kayla and Taylynn have had some half days of school this week, with parents/teachers conferences :) Jenn ,Mikey, and baby Hunter came over :) We were all gathered around, and there was lots of excitement in the air, as we were getting ready to bake goodies :) We were set, and our kitchen was all ready to rock and jingle bell roll, with the Christmas baking excitement :) calling all cookie monsters and santa claus! :) it's time to bake! bake! bake! :)
We began our super fun adventure :) we had a big bowl, to prepare the gingerbread cookies :) We had some nice molasses in our fridge to use :) the gingerbread cookies, are such a nice recipe, we love to bake the cookies each year :) gingerbread cookies and christmas season, we love it! :) We first began to add all of the ingredients into the big bowl :) Kayla and i love to help the kids, they get so proud, when they get to help add in the ingredients :) the triplets, Colby, Jacob, and Brayden, have been learning from Kayla, Mikey, and i, about baking, and they are able to do more now, during our baking friday adventures, including adding in the ingredients, and they really get into the super stirring :) baking friday teamwork! :) We were sharing lots of smiles, as we began to get the gingerbread cookie dough set, to make gingerbread shaped cookies :)
we love our Christmas cookie cutters, we have lots of nice ones, we enjoy using each holiday season :) We sprinkled some flour on the counter, and we flattened the cookie dough, and began to make the shapes :) the kids were having so much fun, they were so into it! :) Kayla and i were really impressed, with how well they are doing with the cookie cutters :) We all were having lots of fun :) i used butter to grease some baking pans, and put the cookies onto the pans, and also some nice pillsbury christmas tree cookies, onto the pans too :) my mom bought those for us last week :) the kids were so excited, when they made the shaped cookies :) They said, "we bring cookies home!" i said, "sure!" :) we were praising the kids, and saying, "good job!" :) They were smiling :) awww! :) my mom, Jenn, and Alyssa came out into the kitchen to join in on the baking friday fun, and Taylynn did too! :)
We began to get ready to prepare the chocolate covered pretzels :) We taste tested the chocolate chips, awesome!!! :) i put the chocolate chips into a glass bowl, and melted the chips in the microwave, and stirred the chocolate :) we then opened up the pretzels bag, and began to dip the pretzels into the chocolate, and in another bowl, we had red and green Christmas sprinkles :) we had lots of fun, making many chocolate covered pretzels :) we made a bunch of the pretzels :) the cookies were finished baking, i brought the cookies out of the oven to cool down :) we did some cleaning up in the kitchen, and began to put together some nice platefuls of goodies, for the kids to bring home : )they were so proud, about bringing home their own platefuls of goodies they made :)

We're enjoying a beautiful day! :) baking friday! :) christmas time! :) holiday spirit! :) we love it!!! :) my family and i are doing well, and are in wonderful spirits :) it's been a festive week, and there's so much more, to look forward too :) We're so happy, thankful, and blessed, to be able to share in, and celebrate these very special times with you all, our dear friends :) The weekend is arriving with lots of spirit :) Tomorrow, my family and i are going Christmas shopping at the dollar store, and walmart :) We're very happy and excited, for the adventures :) We'll be doing Christmas shopping, and enjoying the spirit in the air :) it's gonna be so nice, browsing around, and buying gifts, goodies, and treasures :) on sunday, i'm going to write Christmas cards, and having a football party :) It's gonna be a super fun, and awesome weekend :) i look forward to sharing all about our weekend adventures, in my journals, and sharing many new pictures :) i'll be getting my Christmas town lights lit, and putting some Christmas movies on :) Holly and i are going to watch a movie saturday night :) Tonight we're going to watch 2 episodes of most haunted show on youtube :) We love our friday night, paranormal night party's :) There's so much more, to look forward too :) Thank you angel friends, so very much, for all that you do for us :) You all are family to us, and bring us lots of great joy, happiness, peace, and excitement :) We deeply appreciate everything, with all of the love of our hearts :) BIG GROUP WARM CHRISTMAS HUG :) we hope everyone enjoys a beautiful weekend :)
