baking friday! :) calling all cookie monsters and Easter bunnies! :) hehe! :) cookie monsters! :) cookie monsters unite!!! :) it's baking friday! :) oh my! :) a super fun, sweet awesome, EGGSCELLENT baking friday adventure in the kitchen!!! :) this was so much fun! :) We had an  Easter eggs hunt! :) baking yummy goodies! :) hoppity hop hop! EASTER TIME IS HERE!!! :) with EGGSTRA flour flying in the air! :) hehe! :) This was one of the most sweetest, and funnest baking friday adventures we've ever had! :) Kayla, Taylynn, and Michael each 4 Easter eggs, with candy, stickers, and money inside and Easter bunny masks! :) they are so very happy and excited! :) We just put a nice Easter plate full of goodies together for Michael to bring home. :) awww! :) this was awesome sweet fun we had today in the kitchen! :) The  Easter eggs were all around our kitchen, even inside the bag of sugar! :) hehe! :) This was awesome! :) We've been thinking of you all often today, and you all are with us in spirit. :) It's EASTER TIME!!! :) my family and i wish everyone a very happy, and blessed Easter holiday weekend. :)

We sure do love our baking friday adventures, and sharing our adventures with everyone. :) keeping with the tradition, a wonderfully wholesome tradition, today my little nieces Kayla, Taylynn,little nephew Michael, and i baked Easter Eggs Shaped sugar cookies, Easter brownies, and made chocolate chow mein noodles easter nests with cadbury mini eggs. :) we were so very into our adventure, and began our adventure with a super fun Easter eggs hunt! :) The kids were going wild!!! :) they were finding Easter eggs here, and there, and even in the cupboard! :) The Easter bunny helped me hide the eggs! :) hehe! :) this was awesome Easter fun! :) We love, cherish, and tr easure these very special times, and celebrating with you and your family's :) as we all get ready to gather with loved ones, to celebrate Easter holiday weekend, we're with eachother in spirit. :) There's so many great things going on, and many special memories being made. :)
Easter is one of the most sweetest and joyful times of the year. :) the heart warming and wholesome traditions, festivities, and celebrations are awesome fun. :) The Spring season is just beginning to blossom, and there's lots of great things to enjoy each day. :) Little Michael joined us today for his 1st Easter themed baking friday adventure. :) he's been looking forward to baking all week! :) Each time he visits, he says, "happy! happy!" awww! :) he goes out into the kitchen, and looks for all of the baking supplies. :) Today when he came over with my sister Jenn, we all were gathered around, and Kayla, Taylynn, my mom, and i all say, "Happy! Happy!" and Michael was smiling and smiling! :) awww! :) he was so excited! :) he was ready for the Easter eggs hunt! :) awww! :)
it's so very special, and such a sweet joyful time, celebrating together, the spirit of the season. :) We have a very special shoutout, and thank you, for my dear, and lovely mom, and sister Lisa. :) they went to the grocery store yesterday, and picked up baking friday supplies. :) it's so nice, and sweet of them. :) Thank you mom and Lisa, so very much! :) we also have a very special shoutout, and thank you, for our dear, and lovely friends, Cj (ddeadred) and her family who gave us Easter stickers and Easter bunny masks, and our dear and lovely friends Sharon (SilverShadow) and her family for sending us Easter egg shaped baking silicone molds, and our dear, and lovely friends Lynne (lycesq), and her family for sending us Easter plates, napkins, and sprinkles. :) We used these wonderful gifts, along with many other nice gifts, that we have recieved from friends over the years, and we also decorated our kitchen with all of our lovely happy Easter cards, and decoratives. :) This is so nice, and a very special joy. :)
The kids are on easter holiday vacation. :) They've been having lots of fun playing outside, and even built a little fort in our front yard under our tree. :) this morning i went outside for my early morning nature walk. :) The sweet golden spring sun rising and shining, and the birds out and about singing happily. :) it's in the 50's here today, and feels like spring is blossoming all around. :) our brightful and delightful daffodils are glowing, and the nature animal friends are all gathering lots of goodies. :) they love those nice goodies i put outside for them. :) they enjoy their baking friday breakfast feasts. :) around mid-morning today, with that beautiful easter spirit, and excitement in the air, i gathered baking friday supplies and decoratives, and ventured out into our kitchen to begin setting up and decorating our kitchen for our super fun adventure. :) i used our nice Easter eggs kitchen towel, our cards all around our counter, Easter eggs, decoratives. :) our kitchen glowing with that wonderful spirit of Easter. :) decorating for baking friday is part of the great fun each week. :) i cooked a nice lunch, went out for another nature walk, and early afternoon i spent some nice quality time here on DS, writing to friends. :)
Around mid-afternoon, my sister Jenn and little Michael were getting ready to come over to visit. :) i brought the Easter eggs out into the kitchen. :) i bought 12 plastic easter eggs, and inside the eggs, i put $1, stickers, 2 quarters (50 cents), and i also put candies. :) i wrote down on a paper, the colors of the eggs that Kayla, Taylynn, and Michael had to find, so that they each got equal prizes. :) Jenn and Michael arrived shortly before 2pm. :) Michael was so excited, he was looking at the Easter decoratives, he said, "happy! happy!" :) awww! :) Jenn put his apron on him, and he got a nice chair to stand up on by the counter. :) we were all getting ready, for the EASTER EGGS HUNT! :)
EASTER EGGS HUNT IN THE KITCHEN! :) This is a sweet tradition that began back in Easter 5 years ago, when we began to have Easter eggs hunt in the kitchen before our baking friday adventure. :) i hid the Easter eggs in the tea jars, cupboard, in the silverware drawer, and in the bag of sugar! :) hehe! :) we began our super fun easter eggs hunt! :) Kayla, Taylynn, and Michael were looking around, they were beginning to spot Easter eggs! :) awww! :) their eyes were lighting up with excitement each time they found an egg! :) little Michael loves the tea jars, and often opens up the tea jars, and when he did today, he said, "wow!" hehe! :) he was excited! :) the kids were finding the Easter eggs, and opening up the eggs. :) my mom and everyone was watching on, and you all were with us in spirit. :) the kids had so much fun. :) i also gave them each an Easter bunny mask. :) they love all of their nice Easter treats, and treasures. :) it was an awesome start to a super fun adventure! :)
For my birthday last week, i recieved a new apron from our dear, and lovely friend Holly. :) i wore my new apron today, plus we use our nice oven mits, kitchen towels, and pot holders that we have recieved from friends, all around the world. :) each one, is very special, and unique. :) i sent texts to friends today to wish them a happy baking friday. :) Thank you everyone, for the wonderful texts! :) You all are always with us in spirit in the kitchen during our adventures, and we're with you all in spirit too. :) our kitchen was all set, and ready, and we were ready for an EGGSCELLENT BAKING FRIDAY ADVENTURE!!! :) oh my! :) calling all cookie monsters and Easter bunnies! :) it's time to bake! bake! bake! :)
We began our super fun adventure! :) we first began by preparing the sugar cookies :) we love to make nice easter eggs shaped sugar cookies. :) i said to Kayla, "pick out the best egg ever!" :) She loves to pick out the eggs. :) i was talking with Michael, i said, "Kayla loves to pick out the eggs, and when you are old enough, she will teach you how to pick out the eggs" :) awww! :) Michael is learning a lot, including how to CLAP FLOUR IN THE AIR!!! :) hehe! :) FLOUR FLYING TIME!!! :) we've been teaching Michael about how to clap his hands, when he gets flour on his hands! :) hehe! :) he clapped his hands today, and he was smiling and smiling! :) The flour was flying around the kitchen! :) We were adding the ingredients to the bowl, lots of great baking friday spirit in the air. :) this is awesome! :) We stirred and stirred, SUPER STIRRED!!! the ingredients. :) we added some EGGSTRA BUTTER to the cookie dough :) we then sprinkled more flour onto the counter, and flattened the cookie dough on the counter, and used the top of the frosting container to make egg shaped sugar cookies. :) i used butter to grease the baking pan, and put the cookies onto the baking pan, and i put the cookies into the oven to bake! :)
The Easter excitement was amazing in the kitchen! :) We were enjoying our super fun adventure. :) sharing smiles. :) i said to Kayla and Taylynn, "what's the Easter bunny say about our adventure today?" :) Kayla said, it's EGGSCELLENT! :) hehe! :) we then began to prepare the brownies. :) we used the nice brownies mix i recieved in my birthday baking package that i recieved. :) we stirred the brownies mix, and put the brownies mix into the easter eggs shaped silicone baking molds. :) We were teaching Michael how to scoop the brownies mix into the baking molds :) he's learning a lot. :) i put the brownies into the oven to bake! :) it was then time, to make the chocolate chow mein noodles easter nests, that our dear, and lovely friend Carol (mycat) gave us recipe for. :)
We opened up the chocolate chips, and taste tested them! :) SUPER YUMMY! :) We poured the chocolate chips into a bowl, and began to heat up the chocolate chips in the microwave. :) i stirred the chocolate, and we then poured the chow mein noodles into the bowl, and stirred and stirred. :) i got some alumium foil, and put it on a baking pan, and used butter to grease the foil, and we then scooped the chocolate/chow mein noodles onto the pan, to make little nests, and we put cadbury mini eggs onto the nests, to make the easter eggs nests. :) they came out great! :) The sugar cookies finished baking, and the brownies were baking nicely. :) as the cookies were cooling down, we did some cleaning up in the kitchen, and then made different colored frostings :) we love to use the food coloring. :) We made yellow, pink, green, blue, and purple colored frostings. :) Michael loves to help with making the frostings different colors. :)
The brownies finished baking, i brought them out of the oven to cool down, and we began to decorate the Easter eggs cookies. :) We love decorating! :) we were having so much fun! :) we made many different kinds of Easter eggs designs on the cookies :) they came out great! :) i took pictures of all of the goodies, and we made a nice easter dish plate for little Michael and Jenn to bring home. :) i thanked Kayla, Taylynn, and Michael for helping. :) they are great helpers! :) i also thanked my mom and sister Lisa again for picking up baking friday supplies. :) We had so much fun baking goodies today, and having an Easter eggs hunt in the kitchen. :) these are such very special memories, that we will always cherish, and treasure. :) We're gonna have some Spring themed baking friday adventures beginning next week, as we get ready for the countdown to the 300th baking friday adventure celebration in early June :) there's many more super fun baking friday adventures to look forward too. :) a very special shoutout, for everyone! :) many family and friends joining in on the baking friday fun this week, baking, and cooking lots of yummy foods, and goodies. :) this is awesome! :) We wish we all could gather and have a baking friday picnic! :) We love baking friday, and are so happy to have this very special wholesome tradition in our lives. :) Easter Eggs sugar cookies, Easter eggs brownies, and Easter nests, dedicated to our wonderful family and wonderful friends, and to the wonderful spirit of Easter and Spring time. :) We love you all so very very much! :) many great memories made, to always cherish, and treasure. :) baking friday! :) we love it! :) March 29th, 2013. :) Happy baking friday, and Happy Easter holiday weekend everyone :)

MEGA SHOPPING SATURDAY!!! :) my mom, dad, and i have a fun shopping day planned for tomorrow. :) We're going shopping at the Christmas tree shop, Sears, and maybe the Supercenter walmart too! :) it's gonna be so much fun shopping! :) at the Christmas tree shop, i'm going to buy some nice greetings cards. :) i love going shopping wild on the greetings cards aisle. :) at sears, i'm going to browse around at the clothe's section, for a new pair of bootcut jeans. :) at the supercenter, i'd love to browse around at the clothes section there too. :) on the kohl's website, i found a nice pair of bootcut jeans that i may order soon, i would love to order them. :) they're on sale, for $24.99, and our dear friend Cj (ddeadred) gave me a promotional online code to get an extra 30% off. :) this is so very nice, and sweet! :) i'm smiling lots and lots! :) Thank you Cj, so very much! :)
I ORDERED A NEW PAIR OF SHOES AND JEANS!! :) on walmart.com i found a really nice pair of airspeed brand shoes, that are black/gray. :) when i saw the shoes, i thought to myself, "i really love those shoes!" :) i checked the availability of the shoes to see if they have them instore in our area, but noticed none of the walmarts in our area have them in stock, so i knew it would be best to order the shoes on walmart.com :) i am so very tickled happy, excited, and thrilled! :) i used my nice walmart gift card that our dear friends Stephanie (Coolgal) and her family sent me for my birthday, and ordered the shoes. :) the shoes were $19.97, and after tax and shipping, it came to $22.17. :) my new shoes will be arriving April 1st through April 4th. :) i'm so glad, and thankful that i will have a new pair of shoes. :) i thanked Stephanie and her family. :) Thank you Stephanie, and family, so very much! :) This is so very nice, and sweet! :) it's gonna be so nice having a new pair of shoes. :) i still have $2.83 on that nice gift card, and $15 walmart gift card my grandma gave me for my birthday :) i'm going to buy the new Lincoln movie :) NEW JEANS! :) today, i ended up ordering a new pair of jeans i saw on the Kohl's website, i really wanted to buy the jeans, and used some of my nice birthday money, that our dear, and lovely friends Lucy (JoyHoly), her daughter Cathia, and their family sent me. :) this is awesome! :) i thanked Lucy in a nice hug message. :) Thank you Lucy, and family, so very much! :) it's gonna be great getting these nice new items. :) i'm feeling so happy, thankful, and blessed. :)
