"EASTER BUNNY IS COMING!"- my little nieces Kayla, Taylynn, and little nephew Mikey said that today, during baking friday! :)
baking friday! :) Calling all cookie monsters and EASTER BUNNY! :) hehe! :) cookie monsters and Easter Bunny! :) hehe! :)cookie monsters and Easter bunny unite!!! :) it's baking friday! :) oh my! :) A super fun, and super EGGS-CELLENT SWEET, EGGS-CITING EASTER themed baking friday adventure in the kitchen!!! :) with an EASTER EGG HUNT, a wonderful visit with Grandma, and Spirited Easter time joy! :) We had the flour flying in the air in the kitchen today, and we had a very special guest in the kitchen, the EASTER BUNNY!!! :) he helped me hide the Easter eggs for Kayla, Taylynn, and Mikey to find! :) they were finding the eggs in the cupboards, in the tea jars, and even in the flour and sugar!!! :) hehe! :) The kids found prizes, and candies in the Easter eggs! :) We had so much fun, and are enjoying this wonderfully festive day, as the Easter holiday weekend is about to begin! :) my family and i wish you all could come over, to enjoy some Easter goodies, and treats :) As we get ready, to gather with our loved ones, for Easter holiday weekend, we're with eachother in spirit : )my family and i want to take this time, to wish you and your family's a wonderfully blessed, and happy Easter Holiday :)
We sure do love our baking friday adventures, and sharing our adventures with everyone :) keeping with the tradition, a wonderfully wholesome tradition, today Kayla, Taylynn, Mikey, and i had lots of fun, having an Easter egg hunt, and we also baked easter eggs cookies, and made Easter nests with cadbury eggs :) The treats came out great! : )the kids were so excited, as they were finding their Easter eggs :) Earlier, the Easter bunny was hoppity hop hop! hoppity hop hopping all around our kitchen, and hid the Easter eggs in some COOL areas of our kitchen, including inside of the bags of flour and sugar! :) hehe! :) lots of EGG-CITING baking friday fun, and many awesome memories being made :)
my family and i hope everyone is doing well, and enjoying a wonderful day :) The Easter holiday weekend is arriving, with lots of wholesome joys, and spirited happiness :) Easter is a wonderful time, of many special festivities, and traditions, shared with family and friends. :) We're so happy, thankful, and blessed, to have you all in our lives, and to have the wonderful opportunity, to celebrate these times with you and your family's : )Thank you for making our Easter week, memorable, fun, and exciting :) We cherish, and treasure these very special memories :) We want to say a very special shoutout, and thank you, to my dear, and lovely mom, and sister Lisa :) They went Easter shopping yesterday evening, and picked up some awesome baking friday supplies :) it's very nice, and sweet of them : )Thank you mom and Lisa, so very much! :) my mom and Lisa have been enjoying some nice Easter shopping this week, buying some nice Easter baskets, for Kayla, Taylynn, and Mikey :) They are going to be so happy, and excited :)
Easter time, is a wonderful joy :) my family and i, shared together, a wonderful morning this morning : )The day began, with a sweet sunrise hour nature walk, feeding our wonderful nature animal friends, lots of goodies :) i put the treats all around our yard, it's like an Easter egg hunt! : )they love to gather the goodies :) i wished Kayla, Taylynn, and our family a happy baking friday, and shared with them, your wonderfully heart warming happy baking friday wishes :) thank you everyone, so very much! :) You all are so nice, and sweet :) There's lots of awesome spirit in the air :) around mid-morning, i gathered our baking friday supplies, decorations, and our lovely Easter cards, and went out into our kitchen, to decorate our kitchen, for our super fun adventure :) it's always so much fun each week, and we love to have big decorative displays, during seasonal/holiday baking friday's :) it's so much fun, and very special :) our kitchen looked awesome! :) i made some nice soup, to enjoy during late morning, and had some orange juice too :) around 11:20am, my mom, dad, Kayla, Taylynn, and i got ready, to visit my grandma :)
A Very special Easter visit, with Grandma! : )Awww! :) We love visiting grandma, especially during Easter time :) We enjoyed a nice car ride to Grandma's house :) We had lots of nice gifts, and treats to give to her :) We arrived at Grandma's house, she was so happy and excited to see us and greeted us with Easter hugs, and a kiss on our cheeks! :) awww! :) we noticed my Grandma's Daffodils have blossomed! : )and her Easter lilly plant sprouted in her front yard :) She's very happy to have flowers :) i remember when we planted the Daffodils for her, last year :) She welcomed us into her home, and we all gathered in her kitchen : )She has her nice Easter Spring themed tablecloth, and was so happy, as we gathered around, we gave her, some nice cards, Easter lillies flowers, and candies treats :) awww! :) She loves everything :) She gave us, ncie Easter cards, and cookies :) it's so nice, and sweet of her :)
i shared your lovely happy Easter wishes with my family :) she says, "thanks, Happy Easter Everyone" :) awww! :) We got my grandma, some of her favorite candies, jelly candies, and shortbread cookies :) She gave my mom, a beautiful musical jewelry box :) my mom loves it! :) we enjoyed such a nice visit :) my grandma is doing really well :) we brought her, some nice Easter hot cross buns, for her, and my uncles, for Easter :) We enjoyed such a nice visit, we love seeing Grandma smile :) We want to visit her again soon, and we mentioned to her, that the next time we visit, we'll plant her new Easter lillies in her front yard garden :) it's gonna be so nice :) it was so special today, visiting my grandma :) She gave Kayla and Taylynn, and Mikey, some chocolate Easter bunnies :) lots of Easter smiles shared :) We wished my grandma a happy Easter :) We all waved, and began our journey home :) on the way home, we saw some robins birds, and also drove past the peaceful pond :) We noticed, Malerba's farm has opened up, for Spring season! :)
It was great going out to visit with Grandma today :) a wonderful Easter visit :) When we arrived home, we enjoyed some relaxing time this afternoon, i enjoyed some time here on ds, writing to friends :) shortly before 3pm, i went back out into our kitchen, to put the finishing touches, on our kitchen preparations, for our super fun adventure :) Jenn and Mikey came over, at their usual time, for baking friday :) We were all so excited, as we were getting ready to bake :) before the kids came out into the kitchen, i hid some plastic Easter eggs in our kitchen, for Kayla, Taylynn, and Mikey to find :) they came out into the kitchen, and began to find the Easter eggs! :) The kids each had 2 eggs to find :) They each got, some nice dollars, Easter erasers, and Easter candies :) they are so excited! :) they sure are good, at finding those Easter eggs! :) hehe! :) Kayla said, "my easter egg was in the flour!" hehe! :)
Lots of EGGS-cellent Easter fun! :) Each week, we get lots of wonderful use, with our nice baking friday supplies :) We use our nice aprons, oven mits, kitchen towels, pot holders, and oven mats :) These wonderful supplies, are always a very special part of our baking friday adventures :) i texted friends earlier today, to wish everyone a happy baking friday : )our kitchen was all set, and the EASTER EGGS-CITEMENT was in the air! :) calling all cookie monsters and EASTER bunny! :) it's time to bake! bake! bake! :)
We began our super fun adventure! :) We first began, by preparing the Easter cookies :) Taylynn helped us a bit today, in the kitchen :) i said to Kayla, "pick out the best EASTER EGG ever!!! :) She loves to pick out the eggs :) She opened up the fridge, and selected the egg :) We began to add the ingredients into the bowl, and got 4 spoons, and began to SUPER STIR!!! :) while stirring, Mikey got some flour, and clapped the flour in the air! :) hehe! :) oh my! :) We got the flour flying in the air in the kitchen! :) i got flour in my hair! :) hehe! :) lots of baking friday fun! :) we made some nice Egg shaped sugar cookies :) i used nice butter to grease the cookie baking pans :) We were enjoying our adventure, talking about Easter. :) i love to share with my family, about the nice goodies you all cook and bake, throughout the week :) We're with eachother in spirit, in our kitchens :) i put the sugar cookies into the oven to bake! bake! bake! :)
As the cookies were began, we began to prepare the Easter nests with cadbury mini eggs :) we first got a big bowl, and poured the chocolate chips into the bowl :) i heated up the chocolate chips in the microwave, i then stirred the chocolate, and we poured the chow mein noodles into the bowl, and stirred the noodles amongst the chocolate :) the noodles are crunchy :) after stirred the noodles and chocolate together, we then scooped the noodles/chocolate onto plates, to make the nests :) we put cadbury mini eggs onto the nests, to make them nice Easter nests :) i put the nests into the freezer to chill for a bit. :) They chilled nicely, and came out great :)
While the cookies were baking, Kayla, Mikey, and i made different colored frostings :) that's always one of our favorite baking friday festivities :) today, we made yellow, pink, blue, and green colored frostings :) The sugar cookies finished baking, i brought them out of the oven to cool down :)While the cookies were cooling, we did some cleaning in the kitchen :) We then got ready, to decorate! :) We've been teaching Mikey, how to decorate, using the cookie decorator :) he's doing really well, and learning a lot :) it's so nice, we love being able to teach him :) my mom, and Jenn were coming out into the kitchen to check in on the baking friday fun today :) we were sharing some candies :) i sure do love those cadbury mini eggs, my favorite chocolate :)
When the cookies had finished cooling down, we began to decorate :) We decorated the easter egg cookies, with the colored frostings, and made a cool DS themed cookie dedicated for everyone :) the cookies came out great! :) i took some pictures of the treats :) We had so much fun today, baking goodies, and making the Easter nests with eggs, and also enjoying a fun Easter egg hunt in the kitchen : )We put together a nice plate full of goodies for Mikey to bring home :) i thanked Kayla, Taylynn, and Mikey for helping ,and also thanked my mom and Lisa again, for picking up baking friday supplies :) We had lots of fun today, and many more super fun baking friday adventures to look forward too :) We're gonna be having many more, Spring themed baking friday's :) A very special shoutout, to family and friends, baking and cooking this week, and all of the wonderful Easter meals planned, for Easter holiday weekend :) We love these special times. :) Easter egg Cookies, and Easter nests, dedicated to our wonderful family, and wonderful friends, and to the wonderful spirit of Easter time :) We love you all so very very much! :) many great memories made, to always cherish and treasure :) baking friday! :) We love it!!! :) April 18th, 2014 :) Happy baking friday, and Happy Easter everyone! :)
We're enjoying a wonderful day! :) Visit with Grandma! and Baking friday! :) We love it!!! :) my family and i are doing well, and are in good spirits :) We're so very happy, thankful, and blessed, to have the amazing opportunity, to enjoy spiritied and joyful days, and times like this, celebrating in all of the fun times with everyone :) The spirit of Easter holiday, is in the air :) There's many wonderful things going on, and many special memories being made :) my family and i are so very happy, and excited about celebrating Easter holiday with you and your family's :) It's gonna be a wonderful Easter holiday weekend :) Tomorrow, Jenn and Mikey are coming over, we're going to color Easter eggs :) it's always one of our favorite traditions, of Easter time :) i'll take some nice pictures, of our Easter Egg coloring adventure :) We love to make deviled eggs, with the boiled eggs :)
Also on saturday, we may go shopping at the dollar store :) i'd love to buy some gifts, goodies, and treasures :) on Sunday, It's Easter holiday :) my mom is going to cook a nice ham dinner, with potatoes, carrots, mashed potatoes, corn, and we also love to have Easter bread :) my family and i are very happy, and excited about Easter, and enjoying the holiday with eachother :) We'll all be with eachother in spirit :) There's a wonderful joyful spirit in the air, with easter time, and sharing in, and celebrating, these amazing times, with loved ones :) i look forward to sharing all about our Easter holiday festivities, and traditions, and we love hearing about your Easter celebrations :) it's gonna be a beautiful weekend :) There's many more great things to look forward too :) Tonight, i'm going to call our dear friend Holly :) We love to talk, and watching the "Most Haunted" show, and "Ghost Adventures" :) it's paranormal night, on the travel channel :) my family and i thank you all so very much, for all that you do for us :) You all are very special friends, and alwys have a wonderful place in our hearts :) We deeply appreciate everything, with all of the love of our hearts :) BIG GROUP EASTER HOLIDAY WEEKEND HUG :) my family and i hope everyone enjoys a wonderfully happy, and blessed Easter holiday weekend :)
