baking friday! :) calling all cookie monsters and santa claus! :) hehe! :) cookie monsters and santa claus!!! :) cookie monsters and santa claus unite!!! :) it's baking friday!!! :) oh my! :) a super fun, festive, flour flying in the air like snowfall, Christmas cookies party themed baking friday adventure in the kitchen!!! :) the cookies and hot cocoa party is on!!! :) this was so much fun!!! :) celebrating a very festive, and spirited fun time! :) it's the holiday season, and today we had a jingle bells rockin and rollin fun time in the kitchen today, with a super fun adventure! :) The holiday season is in full swing! :) We're having so much fun, celebrating with everyone :) Come on over, for some baking friday goodies! :)

We sure do love our baking friday adventures, and sharing our adventures with everyone : )keeping with the tradition, a wonderfully wholesome tradition :) Today, Kayla, the kids, and i baked Christmas tree cookies, snowman cookies, chocolate chip cookies, and also made hot cocoa! :) it was awesome fun, and the kids got their picture taken, reaching for the cookies! :) it's that time of the year! :) Christmas season spirit, and holiday cheer! :) it's a time of many wholesome, and heart warming festivities :) it's very special to our hearts, getting to share in, and celebrate with you and your family's :) We're with eachother in spirit, during all of the holiday fun times :) it's a wonderful time, to enjoy all of the festivities :) One of our favorite joys, is holiday season baking :) so many recipes, holiday favorites :) It's a season full of excitement :) The kids are all excited, for the special times of Christmas, and are looking forward to Santa Claus bringing them some awesome gifts :) Awww! :)

It was a sweet spirited morning, as the ne wday was blossoming :) i bundled up for my nature walk :) it was feeling like DECEMBRRRRRR outside, with the weather in the 20's. It's a perfect day, for baking, and cooking :) i gathered a big bowl of goodies, and went outside for my early morning nature walk :) our nature friends love threir baking friday breakfast feasts :) Awww! :) they love to gather the treats :) i began to gather our baking friday supplies, and Christmas decorations, and went out into our kitchen to decorate :) i love decorating our kitchen, with the Christmas themes for December :) our kitchen looked wonderfully festive :) i used our nice pointsettia flowers table cloth, and Christmas decorations :) we have some awesome Christmas oven mits, and pot holders :) it's so much fun decorating :) i prepared a nice lunch :) my mom and dad went out to shop, and picked up a nice blueberry iced coffee for me, from dunkin donuts :) it's so nice, and sweet of them :) awww! :) Cheers!!! to family, friends, and to the awesome spirit of the holiday season :)

The kids have had half days of school in recent days, for parents/teachers conferences :) during the early afternoon, i enjoyed some time here on ds, writing to friends, and had some nice talks with Holly :) Alyssa, Jenn, and family came over around 3pm :) lots of great excitement in the air :) i gathered santa claus hats, our aprons, and we were all gatherning around in our living room, and kitchen :) the kids were so excited, for baking cookies today :) they love cookies :) We're all cookie monsters! hehe! :) each week during the holiday season, we love to use our nice christmas baking friday supplies we've recieved from family and friends over the years :) We love our aprons, oven mits, kitchen towels, pot holders, cookbooks, and cookie cutters we've recieved from family and friends over the years :) these special supplies are always a big part of our baking, and cooking each week :) our kitchen was all set, and ready, and we were ready to get the flour flying in the air in the kitchen! :) Calling all cookie monsters! :) cookie monsters unite! :) it's time to bake! bake! bake! :)

We began our super fun adventure! :) we had the pillsbury snowman cookies, and the toll house chocolate chip cookies dough :) we got some butter, and greased the baking pans, and put the cookies onto the baking pans :) baking friday teamwork! :) The kids love to help :) they get so proud, when they have something to do with the preparing of the goodies we bake :) Kayla and i love to give the kids, each a job, of what they can do, for helping, whether it's letting one of the kids be in charge of the flour, sugar, or the hot chocolate today :) they're great helpers, and love to help :) We were sharing lots of smiles, as we were getting some cookies baking, and then began to prepare the sugar cookie dough :)

i said to Kayla, "pick out the best egg ever" :) She loves to pick out the eggs :) We were adding the ingredients to the bowl, and got flour flying in the air in the kitchen! hehe :) We were sharing lots of smiles :) my mom, Jenn, and Alyssa came out into the kitchen too :) You all are always right there with us in spirit, during these special times :) We were having so much fun preparing the goodies, and the kids were playing with action figures the triplets brought over :) the kids love action figures :) some of the snowman cookies, and chocolate chip cookies finished baking, and we put some more batches of the cookies into the oven to bake :) it was very active in our kitchen, lots of excitement :) we asked the kids what they want for Christmas :) they were sharing about their wishlist :) awww :)

We were having so much fun, baking the cookies, and sharing holiday cheer :) we did some cleaning up in the kitchen, and used the Christmas tree cookie cutter, to make the Christmas tree shaped cookies :) i put the cookies into the oven to bake :) We were all hanging out, and got ready to make some hot chocolate :) the kids helped pour the hot chocolate mix into the cups, and then we added water, and made the hot chocolate in the microwave :) we let the cups sit for a while, so that it wasn't that hot, and also added a few ice cubes to the cups, so that the hot chocolate wasn't too hot for the kids :) all of the kids got a cup of hot chocolate, and the cookies all finished baking nicely :) We decorate the Christmas tree cookies, with green frosting :) The cookies came out great! :)
