baking friday :) Christmas Gingerbread Cookies, and Christmas Tree Cookies :)

"Santa Claus is coming to town!"-my nephew Hunter said that today, and my little nephew Carter said, "bake, cookie!" said that today, during baking friday! :)

baking friday! :) Calling all cookie monsters! :) hehe! :) cookie monsters! :) hehe! :) cookie monsters unite! :) it's baking friday! :) oh my! :) a super fun, and super flour flying sweet, Christmas themed baking friday adventure in the kitchen!!! :) This was so much fun!!! :) Carter joined in on the baking friday fun today, and the kids heard Santa Claus reindeer bell! :) A good old fashioned, classic baking friday adventure! :) We love sharing in these heart-felt moments :) we had the flour flying in the air in the kitchen today, like snow flying in the sweet december sky :) We baked up some awesome goodies, and are ready to have some cookies with hot cocoa :)come on over, for some baking friday goodies! :)

We sure do love our baking friday adventures, and sharing our adventures with everyone :) keeping with the tradition, a wonderfully wholesome tradition : )Today, the kids and i baked some gingerbread cookies, and pillsbury Christmas tree cookies :) it was so much fun, and we're so happy little Carter joined in on the baking friday fun :) he's been watching some cooking themed videos on youtube, Jenn said, where kids bake, and he's taking a great liking to being in the kitchen, and he wanted to help us bake goodies :) awww! :) he was holding the cookie cutter, and pressing down on the gingerbread dough ,and smiling :)awww! :) Congrats to Carter on his first full baking friday adventure, and many more adventures to look forward too :)

Christmas Time Baking! :) Hi angel friends! :) my family, Holly, and i hope everyone is doing well, healthy, and enjoying a nice peaceful day :) We're very thankful, and blessed, to have you all in our lives, and to be able to share in the joys, and peaceful moments of the holiday season, with you and your family's :) It's amazing, how Christmas holiday is only a week a way :) We've been enjoying our Christmas time baking friday adventures, sending and recieving Christmas mail :) You all are wonderful, dear, and very special friends and are giving us a holiday season, with moments of peace, joy, and memories, that will forever be appreciated, by all of the love of our hearts :) We hope everyone is enjoying some peaceful moments of holiday festivities, and traditions, that brings your hearts warmth and smiles :) One of our favorite holiday season, Christmas time traditions, and festivities, is Christmas baking :) The warmth of our home, the scent of Christmas goodies baking :) we love it :) The kids have been enjoying counting down to Christmas, and our baking friday adventure :) We love making Christmas time special for them, and for all of you, our dear angel friends who bring our hearts a lot of comfort, warmth, and joy, peace, and happiness, throughout the year :) As we blossom into the upcoming Christmas holiday week, we hope everyone's week is filled with warm moments, that brings your hearts smiles :)

This morning, we had a sweet new day, rising and shining :) it's day after the big winterstorm, snow day :) Thank you all, so very much, for your wonderfully heart warming comments :) my family, Holly, and i are very happy everyone enjoyed seeing our winter wonderland pictures :) it was quite the snowfall, and we enjoyed hearing about all of the wintery scenes friends saw, and also on the weather channel, and our local news :) with the snowfall, there's a great chance we could have lots of snow still out there, on Christmas, to make it a classic, winter wonderland, white Christmas :) Holly and i had so much fun going out for our nature walks, and taking in all of the wintery cool scenes :) the snow was like a welcome, and hello, from winter season arriving :) We love nature, and the special joy it brings our hearts :) Wishing everyone safety, and warmth :) This morning, as the new day was blossoming, i was up early, enjoying some nice time here on DS, writing to friends :) a very special friday tradition i love very much, is wishing family, Holly, and friends, a happy baking friday, and i share your wonderful happy baking friday wishes for my family and Holly :) aww! : )Thank you angel friends, so very much :) You all are wonderfully nice, and sweet :)

We've been looking forward to our super fun baking friday adventure :) i began to get ready for my early morning nature walk :) i bundled up warmly, and gathered a big bowl of goodies, and went outside for my nature walk :) i saw some birds around our area, bluejays, crows, and sparrows :) i put lots of goodies in the bird sanctuary area in our yard :) our nature friends love their baking friday breakfast feasts :) Aww! :) Holly and i made some nice space, for the goodies, so that our nature friends have plenty of areas to get the goodies :) We love taking care of our nature friends, to make sure they have enough goodies, for these colder times of the year. We love our nature friends :) it's a beautiful snowfall we recieved, and really neat, to see all of the winter wonderland nature sights all around :) i wasn't outside for long this morning, but am so glad our nature friends have lots of goodies to enjoy :) i'll be putting lots more goodies outside, in the days ahead :)

It was a peaceful morning :) we enjoyed a nice breakfast, and made some hot tea :) Cheers! to family, friends, good health, healing ,and peacefulness :) i began to gather our baking friday supplies, and Christmas decorations, and went out into our kitchen, to begin setting up, and decorating our kitchen, for our super fun adventure :) it's one of my favorite joys, decorating our kitchen, with the themes of the day and season :) We love our Christmas decorations, they're a big and very special part of our Christmas season festivities, and traditions :) our kitchen looked nice, and festive :) i love to take a picture of our kitchen decorations :) as the morning went on, we were keeping warm, and put the sports radio on, and got our Christmas trees and decorations glowing :) i've been enjoying my Christmas town, and displaying our wonderful Christmas cards, gifts, and treasures :) We enjoyed a nice lunch around mid-day, and during the early afternoon, i enjoyed some nice time here on DS, writing to friends :)

Around 3pm, Alyssa, Jenn and the kids came over :) The kids were all excited about baking goodies :) Earlier in the week, Alyssa bought some pillsbury Christmas tree cookies :) they're one of our kids favorite cookies :) Each week, we love to use our nice baking friday supplies, that we've recieved from family and friends over the years :) i love my awesome Christmas apron, that Holly is designing for me :) she added some more Christmas designs to it, including snowflakes, in honor of our winter wonderland nature walk yesterday :) it's so nice, and sweet of Holly to make this awesome apron for me :) She's putting a lot of love, and spirit into it :)i'll always treasure it :) a very special thank you, for Holly :) she's very creative, and talented :) we also use our oven mits, kitchen towels, and all of our baking friday supplies, are a big part of our baking, and cooking each week :) Our kitchen was all set, and ready, and we were ready to bake some awesome Christmas goodies :)Calling all cookie monsters and Santa Claus! :) it's time to bake! bake! bake! :)

We began our super fun adventure! :) we first began to get the Christmas trees cookies ready to bake :) we used 2 cookie pans, i used butter to grease the pans, and we then added the cookies onto the pans : )baking friday teamwork! :)The kids love to help :) they're great helpers :) we were sharing smiles, and also hearing Santa Claus and his reindeer's Christmas bell! :) Each year, since Kayla was a kid ,i have this silver bell, that i keep in my pocket, andi mention to the kids, that Santa Claus and his reindeer are checking all of the chimney's, for Christmas, and i ring the bell, and we all look up at the ceiling, and windows, and the kids heard the bell today, and they looked out the window, and Hunter said, "i think i see something!" :)awww! :) the kids Christmas spirits, are awesome, and make the season very special :) i put the first batches of Christmas tree cookies into the oven to bake :)

We then began to get ready to prepare the gingerbread cookies :) the kids love adding the ingredients :) we added in the flour, water, butter, sugar, cinnamon, ginger powder, and also the molasses :) we super stirred the cookie dough, and heard the bell ringing some more :) the kids are so excited for Christmas :) Alyssa went out to shop, and my mom, Jenn, and Holly came out into the kitchen, along with little Carter :) he wanted to help make the gingerbread cookies : )all of the kids got their own plate, with flower, and cookie cutters, and began to make the nice gingerbread cookies :) we were having so much fun, and taking in the awesome moments :) You all are always right there with us in spirit, during these special times :) Holly showed everyone the special Christmas countdown advent calendar, that she made for the kids :) The kids enjoyed looking at the calendar :)

The first couple batches of Christmas tree cookies finished baking ,i brought them out of the oven to cool down :) Hunter was singing "Santa Claus is coming to town" :) Colby, Brayden, and Jacob were in the kitchen, and Mikey came out into the kitchen with Taylynn too :) i put some gingerbread cookies, and more Christmas trees cookies into the oven to bake :) The cookies were baking nicely :) we put the Christmas tree cookies into a huge Christmas platter, a total of 40 Christmas tree cookies, and the gingerbread cookeis were baking nicely :) We were having such a fun time :) i took pictures of the cookies, and we all began to dig in, and also made a nice plate of cookies for Jenn and the kids to bring home, they love to have cookies, and hot cocoa, while watching Christmas movies :)

We had so much fun baking cookies today :) i thanked the kids for helping bake, and thanked everyone for hanging out :) We're loving our Christmas time baking friday adventures, and have lots more super fun baking friday adventures to look forward too :) next friday is Christmas holiday : )we'll have a light baking friday, baking cinnamon rolls, and maybe 1 other treat too, and will take pics to share, along with other Christmas pictures too :) A very special shoutout for family and friends :) lots of great baking, and cooking this week :) We love hearing about the goodies, and foods you all bake, and cook :) We're with eachother in spirit in our kitchens :) This is so much fun, and very special :) i wish we all could gather, and have a big baking friday picnic :) Gingerbread Cookies, and Christmas Trees themed sugar cookies, dedicated to our wonderful family, friends, and to the wonderful spirit of the Christmas spirit :) We love you all, so very very much! :) many great memories made, to always cherish and treasure :) baking friday! :) We love it!!! :) December 18th, 2020 :) Happy baking friday everyone, and happy countdown to Christmas holiday everyone! :)
