baking friday! :) Calling all cookie monsters and Santa Claus! :) hehe! :) cookie monsters and Santa Claus! :) hehe! :) cookie monsters and Santa Claus unite!!! :) it's Christmas baking friday!!! :) oh my! :) A super fun, sweet and wholesome, Jingle Bells, Christmas time, baking friday adventure in the kitchen! :) HERE COMES SANTA CLAUS! :) SANTA CLAUS IS COMING TO TOWN!!! :) Twas 6 days until Christmas holiday!!! :) awww! :) We heard Santa's Bells ringing today, as Mikey was so excited, we looked up at the ceiling, to wonder, if Santa was on top of our roof! :) awww! :) Mikey was so excited, when he heard those Christmas bells today! :) he wanted to go outside to look at our roof! :) awww! :) Lots of special times, and Christmas memories being made :) For the very 1st time today, we made delicious holiday bon bons treats! :) We used lots of sprinkles! :) Celebrating, Christmas time, and the joys of holiday baking! :) Come on over, for some yummy Christmas treats! :)
We sure do love our baking friday adventure, and sharing our adventures with everyone :) keeping with the tradition, a wonderfully wholesome tradition, today Kayla, Mikey, and i had lots of fun, baking Christmas brownies, and made holiday bon bons treats :) We tried a new recipe, for the 1st time today, the bon bons came out great! :) Peanut Butter, Vanilla wafers, and chocolate, with lots of sprinkles of course! :) is everyone gearing up for Christmas, and doing some holiday cooking, and baking? :) i'm gearing up for some cookies baking, as we get ready for Christmas week, plus, this evening i'm baking some nice yummy sweet potato fries :) yum! :)
It's that time, CHRISTMAS TIME IS HERE!!! :) Celebrating lots of cheer, as we get ready for a big weekend of shopping, and Christmas week celebrations :) it's a wholesome time, with lots of festivities, and traditions :) One of our favorite Christmas holiday traditions, is getting the kitchen cozy warm, and baking lots of yummy goodies :) We love all of the spirit, excitement, and festive joy, all around :) This morning, i wished my family a happy baking friday, and shared your wonderful happy baking friday wishes with them :) Thank you angel friends! :) We appreciate you all :) You all are very nice, and sweet :) We hope everyone is doing well, and enjoying a beautiful day, and a fun, exciting time getting ready for Christmas holiday :)
It's been a big week, and we're so excited, to celebrate a fun Christmas themed baking friday adventure today :) This morning, i got a big bowl of goodies, and bundled up, as it's December chilly outside, with the winter season beginning to arrive :) i enjoyed my early morning nature walk, putting lots of goodies, all around our yard, for the birds, and squirrels :) They always love their baking friday breakfast feast :) the sparrows wait for me in the mornings now, they know all of the areas in our yard, where i put goodies :) their favorite, is the breads :) it was a great spirited morning :) my sister Jenn and Mike had some Christmas shopping to do today :) they brought Mikey over. :) my mom babysat Mikey today. :) my mom ,dad, and Mikey went out to the dollar store :) they picked up a few more items, for baking friday supplies, and earlier in the week, my mom and Lisa picked up some supplies too :) We all love to chip in each week, to get the baking friday supplies :)
Around mid-morning, i gathered our Christmas decorations, and went out into our kitchen, to begin decorating, and getting our kitchen ready, for our super fun adventure :) it's one of my favorite traditions about friday's, is the setting up, of our kitchen counter, with our Christmas oven mits, kitchen towels, i brought out our aprons, Santa Claus hats, sprinkles, and lots more :) we get lots of wonderful use, from our baking friday supplies we have recieved over the years :) they are always a very special part, of our baking, and cooking :) We oven keep lots of oven mits in the kitchen, for all of the times, we're cooking, and baking :) We feel your loving spirits with us while we're in our kitchen, and we're with you all in spirit too :) i enjoyed a nice lunch, and early afternoon, i enjoyed some nice time here on ds, writing to friends :) around 3pm, i went back out into our kitchen, to put the finishing touches on our kitchen preparations :) Jenn came over, from finishing her shopping, she and my mom were hanging out :) Mikey was getting ready to come out into the kitchen, and Kayla and Taylynn arrived home :) This is always an exciting time, as everyone is so spirited, and we all are excited, for the baking friday adventures we have :) i turned the oven on, and was putting all of the items we needed on our counter :) throughout the day, i texted friends to wish them a happy baking friday :) our kitchen was all set, and we were all ready, to begin our super fun adventure! :) calling all cookie monsters and Santa Claus! :) it's time to bake! bake! bake! :)
We began our super fun adventure! :)W e first began, by preparing the brownies :) We love brownies :) a very special request, form my dad :) he's been wanting us to bake some nice brownies :) i said to Kayla, "pick out the best 2 eggs ever!" :) Awww! :) Kayla picked out the eggs, and Mikey and i added the brownies mix, and the water, and vegetable oil into the bowl :) We got 3 huge spoons, for super stirring! :) both Kayla and Mikey cracked open the eggs :) Mikey has become quite the baker! :) he does so well! :) he gets so proud! :) i brought a Christmas bell into the kitchen, i had the Christmas bell in my pocket :) Kayla and i were talking about Santa Claus, and his reindeer :) i put my hand in my pocket, shook the bell, and Kayla and i said, "Mikey, did you hear that! it sounded like Santa and his reindeer bells!" :) awww! :) his eyes got really big, and we looked up at the ceiling, i said, "that's where our chimney is!" :) Mikey was so excited! :) awww! :) he's so very much, looking forward to Santa claus coming to visit, and bringing presents :)
i rang the Christmas bell a few more times during our adventure, Mikey sure was very excited! :) awww! :) we super stirred the brownies, and i used vegetable oil to grease the casserole baking dish :) We poured the fudge brownies mix into the baking dish, and i put the brownies into the oven to bake! bake! bake! :) our kitchen was cozy warm, and smelled so nice! :) it was then time, to prepare the christmas bon bons treats :) i thought of this recipe, earlier in the week, and was looking forward to trying it :) we first crumbled lots of nice vanilla wafers in a big bowl :) We then got some peanut butter, we got scoops of the peanut butter, into the crumbled vanilla wafers :) We made these nice peanut butter balls :) i then got the chocolate chips, put the chocolate chips into a glass dish, and heated the chocolate chips up, in the microwave :) i stirred the chips, about once every 20 seconds :)
We put the peanut butter/vanilla wafer balls into these nice christmas baking cups :) i then drizzled melted chocolate on top, and we then decorated the bon bons, with sprinkles :) Kayla, Mikey, and i used our nice variety of sprinkles we have :) We love holiday sprinkles :) i put the bon bons on a nice dish :) they came out really good! :) it was an awesome experience, making these bon bons for the first time :) We'll definitely make some more :) the brownies finished baking :) we put lots of sprinkles, on top of the brownies :) My mom and Jenn came out into the kitchen today, during baking friday :) Taylynn and Mikey went out front for a little while, i think Mikey was very excited to see if Santa Claus and his reindeer were up on our rooftop! :) hehe! :) Christmas smiles :) i thanked Kayla and Mikey for helping :) We had so much fun baking today, and having such a fun holiday baking season :) Lots of very special memories being made, to always cherish, and treasure :) a very special shoutout, to family and friends :) Lots of holiday cooking, baking, preparing for the big day, Christmas holiday :) Thank you all for joining us in our kitchen each week, and for welcoming us into your kitchens :) This is so much fun, and very special :) Christmas Brownies, and Christmas Bon Bons Treats, dedicated to our wonderful family, friends, and to the beautiful spirit of the Christmas holiday season :) We love you all so very very much! :) baking friday! :) We love it! :) December 19th, 2014 :) Happy baking friday, and sending Merry Christmas wishes to you all :)
We're enjoying a beautiful day, festive holiday spirit, CHRISTMAS CHEER! :) baking friday! :) We love it!!! :) my family and i are doing well, and are in wonderful spirits :) it's been an amazing week, with lots of great things going on, and many very special memories being made :) We're so happy, thankful, and blessed, to have the wonderful, amazing opportunity, to be able to experience great times like this, sharing in, and celebrating, the beautiful spirit of the holiday season, with family, and friends :) The weekend is arriving with lots of spirit :) Twas 6 days, until Christmas holiday :) we're so very happy, and excited! :) my family and i are going Christmas shopping :) it's gonna be so much fun, and a very special time :) We're gonna go to the dollar store, and walmart :) i'm gonna complete my Christmas shopping :) i want to stock up on some more holiday tins, baking supplies, and also going to buy some gift bags :) it's gonna be awesome shopping :)
On Sunday, i want to begin to do some more holiday baking, cookies, and also will be sorting through gifts i have bought for my family :) i'll be putting some Christmas gift bags together, and also watching football :) It's gonna be a spirit soaring, festive, awesome Christmas themed weekend :) i look forward to sharing our weekend adventures, and pictures with everyone, in my weekend journals :) i'll be thinking of you all often, and we'll be with eachother in spirit :) There's many more wonderful times to look forward too :) Tonight, Holly and i are going to watch 2 episodes of Most Haunted show :) it's one of our favorite paranormal shows :) i'm baking some sweet potato fries this evening :) my family and i thank you angel friends, so very much, for all that you do for us :) You all always warm our hearts, touch our hearts, in many special ways, and bring us lots of happiness, and peace :) We deeply appreciate everything, with all of the love of our hearts :) BIG GROUP WARM COZY FRIENDSHIP HUG :) We hope everyone enjoys a festive, wonderful weekend :)

PREPARING THE BROWNIES AND BON BONS! :) We love the very special festivity, of baking, cooking, preparing the treats :) all of the nice steps, to making the delicious treats for the holidays :)
We were super stirring the brownies mix! :) We love fudge brownies! :) we added sprinkles into the brownies mix :) we love our Christmas sprinkles :)

We crumbled the vanilla wafer cookies in a nice bowl :) we then put peanut butterinto the bowl, and made these nice peanut butter balls with the vanilla wafer cookies :) We melted chocolate chip cookies in a bowl, and dipped the peanut butter balls into the melted chocolate :) We then put the peanut butter/chocolate bon bons into holiday baking cups, and put sprinkles on the bon bons :) it's the first time we've made bon bons :) a really nice new recipe :)




Decorating the Bon Bons with  christmas sprinkles :) This is so cool, our 1st experience, making bon bons :) We'll definitely make these again! :)
