baking friday! :) calling all cookie monsters! :) hehe! :) cookie monsters! :) hehe! :) cookie monsters unite!!! :) it's baking friday! :) oh my! :) a super fun, and super sweet, flour flying, SUMMER COOKIE PARTY in the kitchen!!! :) come on over, for some cookies, coffee, milk, and tea! :) it's a cookie monsters party, and we got cookies!!! :) awww! :) This was so much fun, and sweet flour flying wild!!! :) The kids are having an awesome time, from pool party, to cookie party, to having another pool party! :) hehe! :) it's summer time, and the spirit of the season is in the air! :) We're only a week away, from the amazing 4th of July holiday, and that summer time sunshine is shining, as the festivities, traditions, and celebrations of the season, are just getting started :) We wish you all could come over to enjoy some baking friday goodies :) we even baked some special requests today, including garlic/butter breadsticks, and peanut butter and jelly cup cookies! :) yum! :)
We sure do love our baking friday adventures, and sharing our adventures with everyone :) keeping with the tradition, a wonderfully wholesome tradition, today Kayla, Taylynn, Mikey, and i had an awesome cookie monsters baking friday, baking up some fun, and some of our favorite treats :) Chocolate chip cookies, and Peanut butter cookies :) the kid's friends are over visiting, they're having a good ole time this evening, swimming, and they also been having some cookies :) awww! :) this is awesome! and such fun times, we love to celebrate with everyone :) the summer season is just beginning to rock and sunshine roll, and we're so very into the moments, that makes the season exciting, and wholesome :)
It's that time of the year, Summer season beginning to really get into the swing of things, as we gear up for the month of July :) the 4th of July holiday is only a week away, and we're already thinking about that delicious cake we bake each year, the 4th of July, American flag themed cake, with whipped cream, strawberries, and blueberries! :) yum! :) we also planning a popcorn party themed baking friday adventure, and a carnival theme for the month of July too, and Kayla's and my sister Lisa's birthday's themed baking friday's! :) This is awesome times, and just the beginning, of the baking friday summer time fun! :)
my family and i hope everyone is doing well, and having a wonderful day! :) We love this day, so very much! :) it's our favorite day of the week, and today, the cookie monsters uniting, for a cookie celebration party in the kitchen! :) We love this time of the year, and are having an awesome time celebrating with everyone :) There's lots of great things going on :) This morning, as a brand new beautiful summer day, was rising and shining, i wished Kayla, Taylynn, and our family a happy baking friday :) i also shared with them, your lovely happy baking friday wishes :) Thank you everyone, so very much! :) You all are so nice, and sweet :) We decided for today's adventure, to have a cookies theme :)
Early this morning, i began my day, with a sunrise nature walk in our yard, and gardens :) i love to bring out an extra big bowl of goodies on friday's, for our nature animal friends :) they love their baking friday breakfast feasts! :) i was putting the goodies around our yard, checking in on the plants :) The plants are doing really well, flourishing. :) we had some rain during the evening yesterday, and today, it's been a fully sunny day :) The plants are spirit dancing in the gardens! :) oh my! :) growing and glowing, smiling and shining! :) i love it!!! :) i saw our ripening raspberry bushes, and thought about how very soon, we'll be baking a delicious raspberry pie, from the nice harvest :) nature, and gardening is very wholesome, and rewarding :) There's so much to enjoy, this time of the year :) our spirits soar with the plants, birds, butterflies, and bumble bees, this time of the year, as we enjoy our gardens, so very much :) i was thinking about how very special it's gonna be, to have our raspberries as a special part of one of our baking friday's, plus making fresh homemade salsa, and pickles :) there's lots to look forward too :)
This morning, my sister Lisa, and niece Alyssa, went over to dunkin donuts :) they surprised me! :) They treated me, to a nice blueberry iced tea! :) awww! :) it's delicious! :) my first blueberry iced tea :) cheers! to family, friends, and to spirited summer time joys :) We have a very special shoutout, and thank you, for my dear, and lovely mom, and dad :) they went grocery shopping today, and picked up baking friday supplies :) it's very nice, and sweet of them :) We get so excited, when they arrive home, with the supplies :) We all love to chip in each week, to get baking friday supplies :) around mid-morning ,i began to gather our baking friday supplies, and decorations, and ventured out into our kitchen, to begin setting up, and decorating our kitchen, for our super fun adventure :) Today, i decorated our kitchen, with a Summer Arts/Nature theme :) pictures that Kayla and Taylynn have drawn, and colored :) decorating the kitchen, is part of the baking friday fun :) our kitchen looked great! :) i prepared a delicious lunch :) mixed vegetables, 2 baked potatoes, and pasta salad that my mom made :) i enjoyed my lunch, and went back outside, to check in on the plants, and gave the plants a nice light watering :) the plants are flourishing so nicely :) 2 of the sunflowers are gonna be taller than me soon! : )WOW! :)
During the early afternoon, i enjoyed some nice time here on ds, writing to friends :) Jenn and Mikey came over, and Kayla's and Taylynn's friends Dana and Emily came over too :) the kids had a fun time swimming :) they're having an awesome start, to the summer season :) around 2:50pm, i gathered the rest of our baking friday supplies, and went back out into the kitchen :) my mom bought some nice new cookie baking pans, for us :) it's awesome! :) i was getting everything set up, and ready for our super fun adventure :) Kayla, Taylynn, and Mikey came indoors, Mikey was so excited, he was saying "BAKING FRIDAY! BAKING FRIDAY!" hehe! :) very adorable! :) We were all gathering around, getting our aprons :) We love our baking friday supplies :) Each week, we get lots of nice use, from our wonderful aprons, oven mits, kitchen towels, hot mats, and other supplies :) they are always a very special part of our baking friday adventures :) throughout the course of the day, i texted friends to wish them a happy baking friday :) Thank you everyone ,for the nice texts :) lots of friends, mentioned they've been cooking, and baking this week, and today :) We're always with eachother in spirit, in our kitchens :) our kitchen was all set, and we were all ready to get the flour flying in the air! :) calling all cookie monsters! :) it's time to bake! bake! bake! :)
We began our super fun adventure! :) We first began to prepare, the chocolate chip cookies :) my dad, mom, and Jenn came out into the kitchen at times today too :) i said to Kayla, "pick out the best 2 eggs ever!" :) awww! :) Kayla's always loved to select the eggs :) She always picks out the best ones! :) Taylynn, and Mikey, love to crack open the eggs for us :) we were gathering all of the ingredients :) The kids get so excited, when they add the ingredients into the bowl :) Kayla, Taylynn, and Mikey each get assigned, to add in the ingredients, they love having the special job, of adding in the ingredients, and together, it's baking friday teamwork! :) i mention to my family, about how you all cook, and bake goodies too :) We opened up the bag of chocolate chips, and we always love to taste test the chocolate chips! :) SWEET!!! :) Kayla got the honor, or pouring in the chocolate chips into the bowl :) Chocolate chip cookies, are her favorite! :) awww! :)
we super stirred the cookie dough :) the dough comes out really good, we love to add in a little extra butter, to make the cookies extra buttery :) i used butter, to grease our new baking pans :) we then made the cookie dough, into cookie balls, and added the dough onto the baking pans :) We had 3 pans full of chocolate chip cookies! :) i put the cookies into the oven to bake! bake! bake! :) oh my! :) Sweet chocolate chip cookies baking, yummy!!! :) as the chocolate chip cookies were baking, we began to prepare, the nice peanut butter cookies :) my all time favorite cookie, is peanut butter :) i was thinking about how good it is, to dunk a peanut butter cookie, into an iced coffee :) that's sweet dunk-a-licious! :) woot! :) we were adding the ingredients into the big bowl, and began to super stir the ingredients :)
Earlier today, my niece Alyssa, mentioned she'd love for us to make, peanut butter and jelly cup cookies :) i wanted to surprise her, by baking a few of the cookies for her :) i got a baking pan, that's mini tiny little muffin baking pan, and put 4 peanut butter cookie dough balls into the baking pans :) The chocolate chip cookies, had finished baking, i brought them out of the oven, i could see the kids wanted to dig into the cookies! :) hehe! :) we shared lots of smiles, in the kitchen today, and also talked about some of our upcoming baking friday adventures we have planned :) i put 2 pan fulls of peanut butter cookies into the oven to bake :) as those cookies were baking, i got my mom's wheat flour dough, she wanted us to make some breadsticks, with the garlic/butter spread :) i said, "Definitely!" :) i used the roller, to flatten the dough, and then put the dough on a nice buttered baking pan, and i melted butter, with the garlic powder, to spread on the dough :) it was a huge sheet of breadsticks :) i knew my mom was gonna be very happy! :) The breadsticks are great, with a salad, or dipping in ranch salad dressing, or having with marinara sauce :)
The peanut butter cookies finished baking, i brought the cookies out of the oven : )for the peanut butter cup shaped cookies i made for my niece Alyssa, i used the end of a rork, to make the impressions into the cookies, while it was soft, so that i could put jelly into the cookies :) i made those, and also the wheat breadsticks with garlic powder/butter, finished baking :) i brought a small table tray out back, and took pictures of the goodies :) Everyone was digging in! :) The kids went swimming again, with their friends :) i thanked the kids for helping bake today, we also cleaned up the kitchen :) The goodies came out great :) We had so much fun baking, and we look forward to our annual 4th of July themed baking friday adventure next friday : )There's many more super fun baking friday adventures to look forward too :)

We're enjoying a great day! :) baking friday! :) we love it!!! :) my family and i are doing well, and are in good spirits :) We're so very happy, thankful, and blessed, to have the wonderful opportunity, to experience amazing days, and times like this :) Summer spirit, soaring all around, with lots of excitement :) We love summer time, and friday's, are our favorite day of the week :) there's lots of great things going on, and many special memories being made :) the weekend is arriving with lots of joy, and happiness :) We love the weekends :) we're gonna go shopping tomorrow :) there's always a chance we could go to the dollar store, or supercenter :) We love to browse around, and buying some nice gifts, goodies, and treasures :) i love browsing around the stores :) on sunday, there's a really good chance, my mom, dad, and i may go for a nice car ride, to get some iced cold drinks :) We've been talking about maybe going for a car ride, to Westerly, Rhode Island, and Barn Island, to check down by the blueshell crabbing spot we love to go too, during summer season :) we'd love to get some iced cold drinks, at Bess Eaton donut shop :) if we do go for a car ride, i'll take lots and lots of pictures of the sights we see :) It's gonna be an awesome weekend :) We love summer time, and all of the many special memories, being made :) my family and i look forward to sharing our weekend adventures with everyone :) We're very happy, and excited about the weekend :) Thank you angel friends, so very much, for all that you do for us :) You all are very nice, sweet, and very wonderfully loving, caring, supportive, and brighten our days :) we deeply appreciate everything, with all of the love of our hearts :) BIG GROUP FRIENDSHIP HUG :) There's many more great things to look forward too :) tonight, i'm going to call our dear friend Holly :) We love to talk :) We're going to watch 2 episodes of Most Haunted show, on youtube :) We hope everyone enjoys a wonderful weekend :)
