baking friday! :) calling all cookie monster! :) hehe! :) cookie monsters! :) hehe! :) cookie monsters unite!!! :) it's baking friday! :) oh my! :) a super fun, flour flying, 1st baking friday adventure of 2018, adventure in the kitchen!!! :) this was so much fun! :) With the flour flying, and lots of smiles being shared! :) we're blossoming into the new year, with some awesome baking friday fun! :) Celebrating our 1st adventure of the new year :) baking one of our favorite goodies :) it's a great time to keep warm, as the weather is very wintery cold outside. We love getting the kitchen cozy warm, for some wintery time baking :) come on over, for some baking friday goodies! :)

We sure do love our baking friday adventures, and sharing our adventures with everyone :) keeping with the tradition, a wonderfully wholesome tradition, today Kayla, the kids, and i baked chocolate chip cookies :) it was lots of fun :) the kids brought home some cookies, after baking friday :) Hunter was eating a cookie, and he said, "We're cooking monsters!" hehe! :) smiles :) We love these awesome times, and are so excited, to blossom into a whole new year of baking friday adventures :) We're so happy and excited, to celebrate this very special tradition, with you and your family's :)

my family and i are thinking of you all, our dear angel friends, and we hope and pray,that you all are doing well, and we hope everyone is keeping warm and safe :) it was a very stormy day yesterday, with the big blizzard, that impacted many areas, and states. We had some very gusty winds here last night, but thankfully our power remained on. We've been so hopeful, for everyone's power to be restored, that lost power, and for everyone to have plenty of warmth. Very cold, and wintery days, and the temperatures, and windchills are gonna be very dangerous temperatures this upcoming weekend too, in our area, they're calling for -13 temperature, on sunday morning, with a much lower windchill. We're all doing ok, keeping warm :) i shared all of your wonderful comments and warm well wishes with my family :) you all are so nice, and sweet :) We're so happy, that everyone enjoyed my blizzard journal, pictures, and videos i posted yesterday :) it was a wild winterstorm. they say we may recieve another winterstorm here, on monday. They closed schools today, as our state continues to dig out, from yesterday's snow. The kids are enjoying the snow days, and may have another snow day on monday too! :) wow! :) It's been a very active winter season. it felt absolutely wild, and amazing at the same time yesterday, to go out into the storm, to be amongst such a historic storm, was truly amazing, as it was one of the most lowest pressured storms in history. i love nature, and love to experience it, and was so happy,and thankful i felt well enough yesterday, to go out into the storm :)

This morning, we had a sweet new day, rising and shining :) we were so glad, and thankful to have power on this morning, as it was a very gusty, windy night, and we were worried about the power possibly going out. we're keeping warm, and enjoying blossoming into the new year :) it's our 1st baking friday adventure of the new year :) this morning was so nice, i checked in on fridays, who have been impacted by the winterstorm, and also wished my family and friends, a happy baking friday :) Thank you angel friends for your lovely happy baking friday wishes :) You all are so nice, and sweet :)

i began my day, with a wintery nature walk :) i bundled up, and gathered a big bowl of goodies, for our nature friends :) we got some new bird seeds, for them, and i was so excited, to clear some spots in the bird sanctuary area, including a little picnic table area, and put the goodies out there for the birds and squirrels :) my mom even had some extra pizza left over from earlier this week. i crumble the pizza into little pieces, and i also put some breads out there too :) our nature friends love their baking friday breakfast feasts :) the moon was still visible in the sky this morning. it was very cold. we've had windchills almost below 0 most of the day. it's a good day to keep warm, and enjoy some baking :)

i began to gather our baking friday supplies, and decorations, and went out into our kitchen, to decorate :) i decorated with a cozy nature theme, with some flowers, and birds decorations :) our kitchen looked great! :) i spent some time with Holly, i helped her out on the phone, with her computer :) she's had some troubles with her security updates, last evening, and today, i was able to help her out with the updates, and getting her computer able to start up :) she loves her laptop computer. :) i always tell her, if her computer doesn't work, or breaks, my mom, family and i would always get her another one :) i prepared a nice lunch, a salad, and a brown rice and teriaki roll :) lunch was delicious! :) my energy is low today, it's been a big week, and i feel slow today, but am in great spirits, and gonna rest up a lot this weekend, with some nice writing time, here on DS, writing to friends,in my journal, and in my writing area too :) i want to write some nice cards, notes, and letters :)

This late afternoon, Alyssa, Colby, Jacob, Bryaden, Jenn, Mikey, and Hunter came over :) we all were gathering around, and very excited to bake goodies :) we're so happy everyone was able to come over :) the roads are still wintery/snowy out there in some areas, but it was a nice surprise, to see everyone come over, for baking friday :) we love to use our nice baking friday supplies we've recieved from family and friends over the years :) We use our nice aprons, ovenmits, kitchen towels, and all of our supplies, are a big part of our baking, and cooking each week :) We have our kitchen nice and cozy warm, and was all set, and ready to blossom into our 1st baking friday adventure of the new year :) calling all cookie monsters! :) cookie monsters unite!!! :) it's time to bake! bake! bake! :)

We began our super fun adventure! :) we got our picture taken in the kitchen :) it's a cool baking friday tradition :) we began to prepare the chocolate chip cookies :) We all were very excited :) Lisa gave us this cool kit, it's a jar, that comes with the chocolate chip cookie ingredients in it, and all you have to add, is the egg and butter :) i said to Kayla, "pick out the best egg ever" :) She loves to pick out the egg :) We began to add the ingredients into the bowl :) The kids are great helpers :) baking friday teamwork! :) They love to help add the ingredients, they get very proud :) We're so proud of them, and all of the great baking and cooking they're learning about :) We're so thrilled, to begin this new year of baking friday fun :)

We were sharing lots of smiles, and laughs :) the kids all wanted to help super stir, and they also wanted to use the butter to grease the baking pan :) our pup Blue was in the kitchen with us, he was so excited to see all of the excitement as we prepare the cookies :) my mom, Jenn, and Alyssa came into the kitchen too :) this was awesome! :) We got some flour flying in the air in the kitchen :) it's always a cool baking friday tradition :) we prepared lots of cookies :) the kids wanted to shape the cookies into snowmen! hehe! :) they are very creative :) We put 2 pans of cookies into the oven to bake! bake! bake! :) our kitchen was nice and warm, with the oven on, cookies baking :) We did some cleaning up in the kitchen :) my dad was getting ready to go into work :) he brings his gloves, hot hands for his gloves, and winter hat :) domino's pizza reopened today, after the blizzard yesterday. The 1st batch of cookies finished baking, they came out great :) i put a 3rd pan of cookies into the oven to bake :)

We were all hanging out, enjoying a nice time visiting :) The kids were playing some of their games, and watching videos :) i showed Jenn some of my new TWD trading cards :) She was very excited to see the cards :) the 3rd pan of cookies finished baking :) the cookies cooled down, and the kids began to dig in, and my mom and Jenn each had a cookie too :) the cookies came out awesome :) Hunter was eating a cookie, and he said, "we're cooking monsters!" hehe! :) i thanked Kayla, and the kids for helping bake :) We had so much fun baking the cookies :) We love these very special times, and are so thankful to have this awesome tradition in our lives :) We have many more super fun baking friday adventures to look forward too :) A very special shoutout, for family and friends :) Lots of great baking, and cooking this week, with all of the new year's celebrations :) it's a great time to enjoy some baking :) this is awesome,and so much fun! :) We're with eachother in spirit, in our kitchens :) i wish we all could gather and have a big baking friday picnic :) Chocolate Chip Cookies, dedicated to our wonderful family, friends, and to the awesome spirit of the new year :) We love you all so very very much! :) many great memories made, to always cherish and treasure :) baking friday, we love it!!! :) January 5th, 2018 :) Happy baking friday everyone! :)

Hi angel friends, my family and i have a prayers request, for our dear, and lovely friends, Judy (Ladybug7), Denny, and their family, and also our dear and lovely friends Debbie (Sunsetyellow2), John, and their family. Judy's father inlaw, Denny's father, passed away. it's a very sad time for them. they need our prayers, and love. We're enjoying a great day! :) baking friday! :) We love it!!! :) my family and i are doing ok, and are in great spirits :) We're keeping warm :) it's been a big week, with the arrival of the new year, and the weekend is arriving with lots of spirit :) my family and i are keeping warm, and will be close to home this weekend, as the weather is gonna be very extremely cold, over the upcoming days too. keep warm, and safe everyone :) We're gonna go to the dollar tree for a little while tomorrow :) i'm going to buy some gifts, goodies, and treasures :) The NFL playoffs are beginning this weekend, with 4 wildcard round games :) i'm going to check out the games a bit : )Holly and i are going to watch a movie on saturday night :) i'm going to write some cards, and notes this weekend :) There's many more great things to look forward too :) Tonight, Holly and i are going to watch 2 classic episodes of Most Haunted show :) We love our friday night, paranormal party night's :) Thank you angel friends, so very much, for all that you do for us :) You all are wonderfully nice, sweet, very cring, and bring us all lots of happiness, joy, peace, and excitement :) we deeply appreciate everything, with all of the love of our hearts :) BIG GROUP WARM HAPPYFRIENDSHIP HUG :) We hope everyone enjoys a nice peaceful weekend :)
