We sure do love our baking friday adventures, and sharing our adventures with everyone :) keeping with the tradition, a wonderfully wholesome tradition, today, Hunter, Carter, and i baked some chocolate chip cookies, and parmesan cheese breadsticks :) it was so much fun! :) Celebrating new year's eve cheer, as we are only hours away from the arrival of the new year, 2022 :) We're loving the spirited energy and excitement in the air :) We hope everyone is having a very sweet and peaceful day, new year's eve :) Our hearts are feeling lots of special joy, getting to share in the excitement of the season with everyone, and a whole new year coming up to enjoy together :)

This morning, we had an awesome new day, rising and shining :) December 31st, new year's eve! :) it's amazing, how January and the new year, 2022 arrives tomorrow :) i was up early, blossoming into the new year, enjoying some nice time here on DS, writing to friends :) a very special baking friday tradition i love very much, is wishing my family, Holly, and friends a happy baking friday, and i share with my family and Holly, your sweet happy baking friday wishes :) awww! :) You all are wonderfully nice, and sweet :) Thank you angel friends, so very much :) We've been looking forward to baking goodies, and ringing in the new year :) We've been enjoying the holiday season with everyone :) it's been a big month of December, with lots of seasonal festivities, traditions, and celebrations :) Lots of great memories being made :) Thank you all for making our holidy season very special, and memorable :) The winter season is settling in, we look forward to enjoying lots more times with everyone all throughout the season,into the new year :) i began to get ready for my early morning nature walk :) i gathered a big bowl of goodies, and went outside :) We've had a stretch of cloudy and rainy weather, but are very hopeful the sunny days of January will shine bright, with lots more nature walks and opportunities to take nature pictures :) i love going out, rain or shine ,to make sure our nature friends have plenty of goodies :) i put lots of goodies in our backuard, for our nature friends :) they love their baking friday breakfast feasts :) awww! :) We love our nature friends, and the joy they bring us throughout the seasons of the year :)

It was a sweet spirited early morning :) We enjoyed our breakfast, and having some hot teas, iced coffee, orange juice, and water :) i began to gather our baking friday supplies, and decorations and went out into our kitchen to begin setting up and decorting our kitchen, for our super fun adventure :) Today, i decorated with a new year's theme :) Holly and i made a 2022 banner, for our kitchen :) our kitchen looked great, and festive :) it's one of my favorite joys each week, decorating our kitchen for our adventures :) i look forward to lots more decorating in the new year, and all of the goodies and treats we'll be baking with seasonal times all throughout the year :) As the morning went on,we put the sports radio on, lots of big football games coming up, sunday/monday :) we love the football talk on the radio :) we enjoyed a nice lunch around mid-day, and during the early afternoon, i made some homemade dough for the cheese breadsticks, and also enjoyed some nice time here on DS, writing to friends :)

Around 3pm, Jenn and the kids came over :) Aj, Alyssa, and family are busy today, and Holly is resting up, she has a migraine headache. she's getting lots of rest :) We're all very excited for new year's eve and holiday :) lots of great spirit,and excitement in the air :) The kids have been enjoying their holiday vacation from school :) they love playing their video games, and enjoying all of the cool toys and gifts they recieved for Christmas :) We all began to gather in our kitchen, and got our picture taken :) it's a cool baking friday tradition :) You all are always right there with us in spirit, during these very special spirited fun moments :) Each week, we love to use our nice baking friday supplies we've recieved from family and friends over the years :) i wear my nice apron Holly gave me, and we use our nice oven mits, kitchen towels, and all of our supplies are a big part of our baking, and cooking each week :) Our kitchen was all set, and we were ready to bake some awesome goodies :) Calling all cookie monsters! :) cookie monsters unite! :) it's time to bake! bake! bake! :)

We began our super fun adventure! :) baking friday teamwork! :) The kids love to help :) They're great helpers :) they get so proud, adding the ingredients, and super stirring the ingredients :) we first began to prepare the chocolate chip cookies :) they're one of our all time favorite treats :) We added the ingredients into the bowl, and of course taste tested the chocolate chips, one of our favorite treats :) We began to super stir the ingredients :) We were sharing lots of smiles :) my mom and Jenn came out into the kitchen, and you all are always right there with us in spirit :) i used butter to grease the baking pans, and we made the cookie dough into round shapes, and put the cookies into the baking pan :) i then put the cookies into oven to bake :) Hunter and Carter were playing a fun game on the counter, they were stacking the spices containers on top of eachother, to make a huge tower :)When Hunter was younger, he always stayed the spices containers on the counter, and was showing his little brother Carter how to stack the containers :) they made some huge towers! :)

As the chocolate chip cookies were baking, we prepared the parmesan cheese breadsticks :) the dough has rised nicely in the fridge :) i used butter to grease the baking pan, and spread the dough onto the pan :) we then sprinkled parmesan cheese onto the dough, and i then melted some butter, and put parmean cheese and garlic powder into the melted butter, and put the butter onto the dough, and then sprinkled more parmesan cheese :) The first pan of cookies finished baking, i brought the cookies out of the oven to cool down,and put the cheese breadsticks into the oven to bake :) We did some cleaning up in the kitchen, and were hanging out : )Alyssa came over for a little while :) She, Aj, and family are having a gathering with Aj's side of the family at their home this evening for new year's eve :) The second batch of cookies finished baking ,i brought the cookies out of the oven to cool down :) once the cookies had cooled down ,i put the cookies onto a plate, and took a picture, and we all then began to dig in :) The cookies came out great! :) The parmesan cheese breadsticks finished baking too, they baked nicely :) i used a pizza slicer to slice the cheese breadsticks, and took a picture :) Hunter wanted to bring the breadsticks to everyone :) he wore 2 oven mits, and brought the breadsticks into the kitchen :) he was so proud :) Awww! :)
