"Chocolate chip cookies are one of our favorites!"- my nephew's Brayden,Jacob, Colby, Brody,and Hunter said that today,during baking friday! :)

baking friday! :) Calling all cookie monsters! :) hehe! :)Cookie monsters! :) hehe! :)Cookie monsters unite! :) it's baking friday! :) oh my! :) a super fun, sweet,and also wild,baking friday adventure in the kitchen! :)We had the flour flying in the air, and also sharing lots of smiles,and spirited cheer as we baked some of our favorite goodies, including making homemade potato chips :) We love these special, fun times,and all of the seasonal spirit in the air :) come on over, for some baking friday goodies :)

keeping with the tradition,a wonderfully wholesome tradition :) Today, the kids, Holly, and i baked chocolate chip cookies, and made potato chips :) We're enjoying our summer time baking friday adventures :) a special thank you for Holly :) She helps a lot in the kitchen,and even more today, with being very helpful. The kids were very rowdy,and it got a bit disrespectful in the kitchen today,with the kids getting out of hand. a few of the kids (Mikey, Hunter, and Jacob) were coming back out into the kitchen,and were joking, saying "we are filing a complaint about the chips, they're not good, they are soft, or they are not hot enough", and it went on for a few minutes, but then they kept joking, and joking, to the point where it felt disrespectful, and i had to go into the living room, and said to my mom in front of everyone,"hey, mom, the chips aren't good enough, we're not gonna make anymore". the kids who were over-stepping with their joking, changed their tunes ,and then said the chips are fine. it did get to be a bit too much in the kitchen today, it gets very hot in the kitchen making chips, with the hot vegetable oil, i was literally sweating,and really didn't need the kids razzing me in the kitchen today, but all is ok, just hoping the kids will be more respectful, to both Holly and i,as we do a lot to make baking friday happen, and a few of the kids were taking the joking too far. hopefully all will be much smoother next week.

This morning, we had a sweet new day, rising and shining :) A very special friday tradition i love very much, is wishing my family, Holly ,and our friends ,a happy baking friday,and i share with Holly and our family, your sweet happy baking friday wishes :) Thank you angel friends ,so very much :) You all are very nice ,and sweet :) it's been a nice stretch of days :) We've been looking forward to our super fun adventure :) i was up early this morning, enjoying some nice time here on DS, writing to friends and getting ready for my early morning nature walk :) Lots of nature shining all around, with the golden days of summer time here :) We've been enjoying lots of nice time in our yard and garden this week, enjoying seeing our flowers blossoming :) it's a great time in the season :) i gathered a nice bowl of goodies ,and went outside for my nature walk :)

Our nature friends, plants ,and sunrise sunshine greeted me :) it's been a very active nature week, with lots of nature friends visiting :) i put lots of goodies on the bird feeders, and in the bird sanctuary area for our nature friends :)they love their baking friday breakfast feasts :) we've been seeing lots of birds, and squirrels visiting :) Our plants, flowers, and fruit trees are doing well :) We have lots of nice tomatoes, string beans ,and cucumbers growing ,along with our pumpkin plants growing wild :) We hope for some cool halloween pumpkins to grow :) Our flowers are shining all around our yard, and garden :)We have lots of sunflowers blossoming :) The sunflowers are smiling at us all, and the summer sunshine :) We're very excited to see everything flourishing :) our snowball bush is in full bloom, and we also have lots of roses continuing to blossom, along with cosmos, zinnia's flowers, and more :)We're enjoying harvesting fresh garden goodies :) Enjoying cucumber wraps, sauteed string beans, and more :) gardening is very rewarding :)We're very happy and excited for lots more nature walks, and gardening adventures all throughout the season :) happy sunny nature, and gardening season smiles :)

It was a nice peaceful early morning :) We enjoyed a nice breakfast, and having some hot chamomile tea, water, and vanilla iced coffee :) Tiger girl enjoyed her breakfast, and some treats :) i began to gather our baking friday supplies, kitchen decorations,and went out into our kitchen to begin setting up and decorating our kitchen for our super fun adventure :) Today, i decorated with a cool golden days of summer time theme :) our kitchen looks great :) it's lots of fun decorating :) as the morning went on, we put our favorite sports radio on, we love tuning in and keeping up with our favorite sports :) We're looking forward to the football season :) around mid-day ,we enjoyed a nice lunch, and during the early afternoon, i enjoyed some nice time here on DS, and also prepared the potatoes :) i washed the potatoes, and sliced the potatoes into shapes of potato chips :)

Around 3pm, Jenn and the kid came over,and my mom is babysitting Brody and the triplets :) We love welcoming everyone over for baking friday :) The kids are having a fun summer season ,enjoying these golden days of summer time :) They still have a good 3 weeks of summer vacation to enjoy :) We're having lots of fun enjoying our summer time baking friday adventures,with lots of baking, cooking, and grilling :) The kids have a special request for us to make homemade potato chips and chocolate chip cookies this week, in honor of their upcoming birthday's :) We love when the kids help select the baking friday menu :) We all gathered in the kitchen :) The kids love to select their spots at the kitchen counter :) the kids, Holly, and i got our picture taken :) it's a special baking friday tradition :) You all are always right there with us in spirit in the kitchen :) my mom takes the picture of us each week :) We love to use our nice baking friday supplies, i wear my nice apron Holly gave me, and we use our nice oven mits, kitchen towels, baking pans, and all of our baking supplies that we've recieved from family and friends over the years :) Our kitchen was all set, and we were ready to bake some nice goodies :) Sweet Summer time baking, Cooking,and Grilling :) Calling all cookie monsters :) It's time to bake! bake! bake! :)
We began our adventure :) baking friday teamwork :)the kids love to help :) We first began to prepare the chocolate chip cookies :)they're one of our favorite goodies to bake :) We added the ingredients into the bowl, we love to taste test the chocolate chips :) Brayden cracked open the egg :)We super stirred the ingredients :)We were sharing smiles, the kids love hanging out with us, and were a bit wild today in the kitchen today,they get rowdy, jumping around ,Holly and i do our best to keep things calm in the kitchen :) i used butter to grease the baking pans, and we made the dough into cookie shapes :) i put the pans of cookies into the oven to bake :) we did some cleaning up in the kitchen :)

We made some homemade potato chips today :) the chips came out good, and i'm so glad the kids stopped joking, and at least acknowledged that they enjoyed the chips :) Their joking today, and razzing me in the kitchen was way out of line, and their parents were notified that a few of the kids were being direspectful. We're hopeful that the kids will be less rowdy,and more respectful next week. Holly and i love to bake, and welcoming the kids to help out, and are glad the kids finally stopped joking, and said that they enjoyed the chips :) The chocolate chip cookies finished baking, they came out great :) once the cookies finished baking,we began to dig in :) It was nice baking goodies today, i thanked the kids and Holly for helping bake :) We're looking forward to many more super fun baking friday adventures :)a very special shoutout for family and friends :) Lots of great baking,and cooking this week :)We love hearing about the goodies, and foods you all bake, and cook :)We're all with eachother in spirit, in our kitchens :) This is so much fun and very special :) i wish we all could gather and have a big baking friday picnic :) Chocolate Chip Cookies ,and Potato Chips, dedicated to our wonderful family, friends, and to the sweet spirit of summer time :)We love you all, so very very much! :) many great memories made, to always cherish and treasure :) baking friday, we love it! :) August 8th 2025 :)Happy baking friday everyone :)
