baking friday! :) calling all cookie monsters! :) hehe! :)Cookie monsters! :) hehe! :)cookie monsters unite! :) it's baking friday!!! :) oh my! :) A super fun, and super sweet, flour flying, winter time themed baking friday adventure in the kitchen!!! :) This was so much fun! :) We had the flour flying in the air, and sharing lots of smiles, and spirited cheer as we baked some awesome goodies, including a huge batch of onion pretzels :) It's a cookies party in the kitchen today too! :) Come on over, for some baking friday goodies! :)

We sure do love our baking friday adventures, and sharing our adventures with everyone :) keeping with the tradition, a wonderfully wholesome tradition :) today, the kids, Holly,and i had a fun time baking chocolate chip cookies ,and onion pretzels :) it was so much fun! :) We love these very spcial, spirited fun times, and all of the great memories being made :) we're enjoying our winter time baking friday adventures, as the new year has been blossoming, and settling deeper into the winter season :) the goodies we baked are very popular :) Lots of pretzels, and cookies :) We're very happy,thankful, and blessed to have this very special tradition in our lives :) Happy baking friday smiles :)

This morning ,we had a sweet new day, rising and shining :) a very special friday tradition i love very much ,is wishing my family, Holly, and friends a happy baking friday, and i share with my family and Holly ,your sweet happy baking friday wishes :) awww! :)Thank you angel friends, so very much! :)You all are very nice, and sweet :) We've been looking forward to our super fun adventure :) We got good sleep last night, and was so nice resting yesterday too :) monday, tuesday, and wednesday were busy days, and lots of cleaning, organizing after the plumbing issues, and flooding/rain issues, it felt great resting up, and catching up on some good energy replenishing sleep last night :) i was up early this morning, enjoying some nice time here on DS, writing to friends, and getting ready for my early morning nature walk :)

we're thankful for some nice early sunshine today, and as the day went on, and yesterday was clear weather too :) we do have some rain/stormy winds forecasted here for tonight ,into tomorrow morning, we're hoping and praying it isn't severe, and that there's no more flooding. our news has been keeping us updated on the latest updates on the securing, and stabilizing of the dam, that's down the road from us. we're very hopeful for everyone to be safe, through the stormy weather. i gathered a nice bowl of goodies his morning, and went outside for my nice nature walk :) the sparrows, and all of our nature friends greeted me :) it was chilly cold outside this morning. i put lots of goodies, in our backyard, bird sanctury area for our nature friends : )They love their baking friday breakfast feasts :) Awww! :) it's so nice seeing our nature friends, and some sunshine today :) we've really needed to see some sweet blue sky, and having some sunshine :) Holly and i are looking forward to lots more nature walks, all throughout the season :) Happy peaceful nature smiles :)

it was a nice peaceful early morning :) We enjoyed our breakfast, and having some hot tea with peppermint candy, water, and sprite soda :) i began to gather our baking friday supplies, and kitchen decorations ,and went out into our kitchen to begin setting up and decoratingour kitchen, for our super fun adventure :) Today ,i decorated with nice sunflowers/nature theme :) our kitchen looks great and sunny! :) as the morning went on, we put the sports radio on, lots of football talk this week leading up to the big super wildcard football weekend :) it's gonna be great, all of the games, and cheering :) We look forward to our football party's, and enjoying foods, snacks ,and drinks :) We enjoyed a nice lunch around mid-day, and during the early afternoon, i made some homemade pretzel dough, and enjoyed some nice time here on DS :)The onion pretzels were so popular last week ,everyone wants us to make more :) i made a nice batch and a half of pretzel dough, the dough rised nicely during the afternoon :)

Around 3pm ,Jenn and the kids came over, and the triplets, and Brody came over :) We love welcoming everyone over, and all of the spirited excitement right before a super fun baking friday adventure :) We love this awesome tradition, and all of the great memories being made :) the month of January and new year blossoming, and all of the excitement of counting down to our super fun baking friday adventures, brings us a lot of great joy :) We all began to gather in our kitchen :) The kids love to select their spots at the kitchen counter :) The kids, Holly, and i got our picture taken :) it's a cool baking friday tradition :) You all are always right there with us in spirit :) Each week, we love to use our nice baking friday supplies we've recieved from family and friends over the years :) i wear my nice apron Holly gave me, and we use our nice oven mitts, kitchen towels, and all of our supplies, are a big part of our baking ,and cooking each week :) our kitchen was all set, and we were ready to bake some awesome goodies :) Calling all cookie monsters! :) it's time to bake! bake! bake! :)

We began our super fun adventure! :) baking friday teamwork! :) we began to prepare the chocolate chip cookies :) They're one of our favorite treats :) The kids love to help! :) They're great helpers! :) They get so proud, adding the ingredients :) We added in the flour, sugar, butter :) Hunter cracked open the egg :)we taste tested the chocolate chips :) Colby helped super stir the ingredients, we were all joinng in :) Mikey and Brayden came out into the kitchen at times, and my mom and Jenn came out into the kitchen :) You all were right there with us in spirit :) We super stirred all of the ingredients :) We were sharing lots of smiles, and spirited cheer :) We love these awesome fun times :) Mikey, Holly, and i were talking about football, and the playoffs :) Mikey loves football, and plays football in gym class at school :) Brayden was showing us a cool new video game, and Hunter was sharing some funny space/universe themed jokes! hehe! :)Lots of awesome baking friday spirit :) We made the cookie dough into round shapes, and put the cookies into the oven to bake :)

We did some cleaning up in the kitchen ,and preparing the onion pretzels :) we made a nice double batch of pretzel dough :) while making the dough, we like to add the dried onion flakes into the water/yeast, so that each pretzel has lots of onion :) i sliced the pretzel dough into portions ,and we made the dough into pretzel shapes :)i had some water heating up in a cooking pot on the stove :) i put the pretzels 2 at a time in the water, and then used a metal spatula to put the pretzels onto a butter greased baking pan :)we melted some butter, and drizzled the butter onto the pretzels, and then sprinked the dried onion flakes onto the pretzels, and made 3, everything bagel spice pretzels for my mom :) She loves those :) the chocolate chip cookies finished baking, i brought the cookies out of the oven to cool down ,and put the pretzels into the oven to bake :)

Our kitchen smelled great, chocolate chip cookies, and onion pretzels :) we were hanging out :) i took a picture of the cookies, and we all began to dig in :) The cookies came out great! :) the pretzels baked for about 20 minutes, they baked very nicely too :) my mom, Jenn, Holly and i each had a nice pretzel, they're awesome! :) the pretzels are great plain, or dipping in a nice sauce, like ranch salad dressing ,honey mustard, and more :) it was so much fun baking goodies today :) i thanked the kids and Holly for helping bake :) We look forward to many more super fun baking friday adventures, as the winter season continues on :) A very special shoutout for family and friends :) Lots of great baking, and cooking this week :) We love hearing about the nice goodies, and foods you all bake ,and cook :) We're all with eachother in spirit, in our kitchens :) This is so much fun ,and very special :) i wish we all could gather, and have a big baking friday picnic :) Chocolate Chip Cookies, and Onion Pretzels, dedicated to our wonderful family, friends, and to the wonderful spirit of the season :) We love you all, so very very much! :) many great memories made, to always cherish and treasure :) baking friday! :)We love it!!! :) January 12th, 2024 :) Happy baking friday everyone! :)
