baking friday! :) calling all cookie monsters! :) hehe! :)cookie monsters! :) hehe! :) cookie monsters unite!!! :) it's baking friday!!! :) oh my! :) a super fun, flour flying, spirited summer time themed baking friday adventure in the kitchen!!! :) This was so much fun, and summer spirited! :) We got the flour flying in the air today, baking up some awesome goodies :) we're all digging in, enjoying some goodies :) Kayla had the first brownie today! :) Sharing lots of smiles, and baking friday cheer! :) come on over, for some baking friday goodies! :)

We sure do love our baking friday adventures, and sharing our adventures with everyone :) keeping with the tradition, a wonderfully wholesome tradition :) today, Alyssa, the kids, and i baked chocolate chip cookies, and brownies :) it was lots of fun! :) We love baking, and made 2 of our all time favorite treats :) little Brodie and little Carter are having some brownies, and cookies :) We're so happy to see Jenn and family, and enjoying a nice visit :) Lots of great summer time spirit, as the season is in full swing :) We're feeling summer spirited, and so happy and excited to enjoy this very special tradition with everyone each week :)

This morning, we had a sweet new day, rising and shining :) We've been looking forward to our super fun baking friday adventure :) A very special friday tradition i love very much, is wishing my family, Holly, and friends, a happy baking friday, and i share your sweet happy baking friday wishes with my family and Holly :) You all are very nice, and sweet :) Thank you everyone, so very much :) it's so much fun baking, cooking, grilling :) there's so many recipes we love, and love to try new recipes too :) We have a full season of baking friday adventures planned and to look forward too each week as the season goes on :) We love hearing about your baking, cooking, and grilling, foods, and goodies you all make :) it's an awesome joy, getting to share in the joys of this wonderful tradition :)

As the new day was blossoming, i was up early, getting ready for my early morning nature walk :) i gathered a big bowl of goodies, and went outside :) It was very calm outside this morning, we have stormy weather in our forecast. There's a tropical storm named fay, along the north east coast that's moving into our area. We've been keeping an eye on the forecast yesterday and today, and were very surprised the storm developed very quickly. Wishing everyone safety, and comfort. we hope and pray, that the weather isn't severe. i put lots of goodies in our backyard, bird sanctuary area this morning, for our nature friends :) they love their baking friday breakfast feasts :) awww! :) it's been a big nature week, lots of nature friends visiting our yard, and our garden and plants doing really well :) We love seeing our plants flourishing with the season :) it's an amazing time time in the s eason :) Everything has grown so much :) the rain from the storm, is gonna help replenish the plants, and nature :) we're hoping the winds aren't severe tonight. our plants, and garden is protected fairly well, and we're so proud of the plants for how well they're doing :) we're looking forward to many more nature, and gardening adventures as the season goes on :) we love tending our plants, garden, picking garden goodies, and seeing lots of happy summer time flowers blossoming :) it brings our hearts lots of joy getting to share our garden with everyone :)

It was a sweet peaceful morning :) we enjoyed a nice breakfast, i made a blueberry iced coffee :) cheers! to family, friends, to good health, and the wonderful spirit of the season :) i began to gather our baking friday supplies, decorations, and went out into our kitchen to begin setting up and decorating our kitchen for our super fun adventure :) it's so much fun decorating with themes each week :) i decorated a blossoming summer theme :) our kitchen looked great :) Holly and i went outside around mid-morning, we helped with getting our table umbrellas secure, and also positioned some of our chairs in safe area, before the storm arrives. We love to make sure our home, yard, and garden is safe, and secure before stormy weather. Holly and i picked our first zuchinni of the season :) We prepared a nice lunch around mid-day, and during the early afternoon, i enjoyed some nice time here on DS, writing to friends :)

Around 3pm, Alyssa, Jenn, and the kids came over :) it was so nice seeing everyone :) Jenn is doing better, and on the mend :) we're so glad, and thankful :) the kids were so excited, gathering around : )They've been having a fun time ,enjoying their favorite games, movies, and videos :) The kids have grown a lot, and are looking forward to their upcoming birthday's :) this summer, Taylynn turns 13, Mikey turnes 9, and the triplets turn 8 :) Lots of birthday's coming up to look forward too :) We were all gathering in our kitchen, and living room, getting ready to bake some awesome goodies :) We got our picture taken in the kitchen today :) Today, Hunter and Colby helped Alyssa and i bake, and little Carter and Brodie came out into the kitchen to join in on the baking friday fun :) awww! :) Each week, we love to use our baking friday supplies we've recieved from family and friends :) i wear my nice apron Holly gave me, and we use our nice oven mits, kitchen towels, and all of our supplies we've recieved from family and friends over the years :) these special supplies are a big part of our baking, and cooking each week :) our kitchen was all set, and ready, and we were ready to bake some awesome goodies :) calling all cookie monsters! :) it's time to bake! bake! bake! :)

We began our super fun adventure! :) baking friday teamwork! :) we first began to prepare the brownies :) the kids love to help :) they get so proud when they add the ingredients, super stirring :) We got some eggs, and added the ingredients into the bowl, and used spoons to super stir the brownies mix :) my mom, Jenn, and Kayla came out into the kitchen at times :) You all are always right there with us in spirit, during these special times :) i used butter to grease the baking pan, and we poured the brownies mix into the pan, and i put the brownies into the oven to bake :) As the brownies began to bake, we began to prepare the chocolate chip cookies :) we were sharing lots of smiles, and spirited baking friday cheer :) we love this very special tradition :)

We added in the flour, egg, sugar, salt, and chocolate chips, along with butter into the bowl :) it's a classic chocolate chip cookies recipe :) We began to super stir the cookies mix, the kids were going back and forth, from the kitchen to the living room :) i used butter to grease the baking pans, for the chocolate chip cookies :) we made the cookie dough into round shapes, and put the cookies onto 2 pans :) i put the first batch of cookies into the oven to bake :) our kitchen smelled great, chocolately! :) We love the scent of chocolate goodies baking :) the brownies finished baking, i brought them out of the oven to cool down :) We did some cleaning up in the kitchen, and were all hanging out :)
