baking friday :) Caramel Shortbread Cookies, and Cheerios Treats Bars :)

"we're baking cookies!"- my nephew's Colby and Brayden said that today, during baking friday! :)

baking friday! :) calling all cookie monsters! :) hehe! :) cookie monsters! :) hehe! :) cookie monsters unite!!! :) it's baking friday! :) oh my!:) a super fun, and sweet summer time, baking friday adventure in the kitchen!!! :) We love these awesome times, and are so happy, 2 of the triplets helped out in the kitchen today :) We had a smaller baking crew, but still had lots of fun, and you all with us in spirit :) These are some of the best, golden and classic days of the summer season, with lots of great things goign on, and many festivities, of the season :) come on over, for some baking friday goodies! :)

We sure do love our baking friday adventures, and sharing our adventures with everyone :) keeping with the tradition, a wonderfully wholesome tradition, today, Colby, Brayden, and i baked some nice caramel shortbread cookies, and some cheerios treats bars :) it was lots of fun :) we used marshmallows to make the cheerios treats bars, just like how rice krispies treats are made :) it's an awesome time of the year :) Kayla went out today, with her boyfriend, and Jenn, and family were busy this afternoon. Alyssa and the triplets came over :) we've been looking forward to baking some goodies :) we have many adventures planned, the rest of this summer season, and into the classic, fall season baking :)

my family, Holly,and i hope everyone is doing well, and enjoying a wonderful day :) We think of you and your family's often :) it's been an awesome stretch of days, with lots of spirit soaring summer time excitement :) This morning, we had a sweet new day, rising and shining :) i love to wish my family and friends, a happy baking friday, and i share with my family, your sweet happy baking friday wishes :) Thank you angel friends, so very much :) you all are very nice, and sweet :) it was an awesome morning, blossoming into the new day :) i love to gather a big bowl of goodies, and went outside for my early morning nature walk :) i put lots of goodies in our backyard, bird sanctuary area, for our nature friends :) they love their baking friday breakfast feasts :) i checked in on our plants, they're doing really well, growing, and flourishing :) it's a wonderful time in the gardening season :) very soon, we'll be picking more tomatoes, string beans, and harvesting popcorn cobs soon :) it's a very warm humid day, i ended up giving the plants a really good watering today :)

i began to gather our baking friday supplies, and decorations, and went out into our kitchen, to begin to set up and decorate :) i decorated with a cool sunflowers theme today :) we have blossoming sunflowers in our garden, i love that wonderful spirit of sunflowers blossoming time :) august is a big month, and so many special joys :) our kitchen looked awesome :) i prepared a nice lunch, i tended our plants this early afternoon, and also enjoyed some nice time here on ds, writing to friends :) i knew we'd have a smaller baking crew today, it was so nice, Alyssa and the triplets came over :)

After 3pm, we were all gathering around, and getting ready for our super fun adventure :) my mom and Alyssa were hanging out with us :) each week, we love to use our nice baking friday supplies that we've recieved from family and friends, over the years :) i wear my apron, and we also use our oven mits, kitchen towels, and all of our supplies, are a big part of our baking, and cooking each week :) we keep our oven mits in the kitchen, so that everyone can use them, when they cook and bake :) it's awesome :) our kitchen was all set, and ready, and we were all set to bake some goodies :) calling all cookie monsters! :) it's time to bake! bake! bake! :)

We began our super fun adventure! :) The kids love to help! :) baking friday teamwork! :) we were getting everything set, the bowl, and spoons, and adding in the ingredients :) Colby was helping out, along with Brayden :) we were enjoying hanging out in the kitchen, and preparing the cookies :) Kayla, Mikey, and Hunter, and everyone were with us in spirit, and am sure they will be looking forward to joining in on the baking friday fun next week :) We added melted butter, to the shortbread cookies mix :) Colby was super stirring :) we're all so very proud of the kids, and all that they've learned, about baking, and cooking :) it's a joy to our hearts, teaching the kids about baking and cooking :)

i got a baking pan, and used butterspray to grease the pan, and we then put the shortbread cookies mix into the pan, and i then put the cookies into the oven, to bake! bake! bake! :) as the cookies were baking, we did some cleaning up, and then got ready to make another treat, some cheerios bars, with marsmallows :) i melted a stick of butter in the cooking pot, on the stove, and then added in the marshmallows, and some marshmallow fluff :) it melted nicely :) i got a bowl, and added the melted marshmallows into the bowl, along with the cheerios, and stirred it, and then put the cheerios into bread baking pan, that i greased with butterspray :) i put the cheerios treats bars into the fridge to chill :) they are just like rice krispies treats :)

The shortbread cookies finished baking :) i brought the cookies out of the oven :) we then melted some caramel :) my brother Bobby gave us these huge caramel loafs, and i melted a bit, to drizzle onto the shortbread cookies :) they came out great :) we had a fun time today, making the cookies, and cheerios bars :) i thanked the kids for helping :) We love these awesome times, and can't wait until our next adventure :) A very special shoutout, for family and friends :) lots of great baking, and cooking this week :) We love hearing about the nice goodies, and foods you all bake and cook :) We're with eachother in spirit, in our kitchens :) i wish we all could gather, and have a big baking friday picnic :) Caramel Shortbread Cookie Bars, and Cheerios Treats Bars, dedicated to our wonderful family, friends, and to the awesome spirit of the season :) we love you all, so very very much! :) many great memories made, to always cherish and treasure :) baking friday, we love it!!! :) August 17th, 2018 :) Happy baking friday everyone! :)

We're enjoying an awesome day! :) baking friday, summer time spirit, we love it!!! :) my family and i are doing well, and are in great spirits :) there's lots of great things going on, and many special memories being made :) it's been an awesome stretch of days, this week, and so much more, to look forward too :) These golden days of summer, are so nice :) the weekend is arriving with lots of spirit :) We're gonna go shopping tomorrow, at the dollar tree :) it's gonna be fun shopping, browsing around :) i'm going to buy some gifts, goodies, and treasures :) i'm going to do some writing this weekend too :) i look forward to sharing our weekend adventures, and pictures with everyone, in my journals :) There's many more great things to look forward too :) Holly and i are gonna watch 2 episodes of most haunted show tonight :) We love our fun, friday night, paranormal party night's :) Thank you angel friends, so very much, for all that you dof or us :) You all are wonderfully nice, sweet, and very caring :) We deeply appreciate everything, with all of the love of our hearts :) big group happy sunny friendship hug :) There's many more great things to look forward too, with family, friends, nature, and the awesome spirit of the season :)
