baking friday! :) calling all cookie monsters! :) hehe! :) cookie monsters! :) hehe! :) cookie monsters unite!!! :) it's baking friday! :) oh my! :) a super fun, and super sweet, Cookies party themed baking friday adventure in the kitchen!!! :) with the flour flying, and sharing lots of smiles :) this was so much fun! :) It's a cookie party in the kitchen! :) We're so happy and excited! :) it's a sunny warm day, and feels like spring season is on it's way! :) We got flours sprouting up in our yard and gardens, and the spirit soaring sunshine is all around :) We're having a baking friday party, as we gear up for the countdown to spring season :) come on over, for some baking friday goodies! :)

We sure do love our baking friday adventures, and sharing our adventures with everyone :) keeping with the tradition, a wonderfully wholesome tradition, today Kayla, the kids, and i baked some nice butterscotch cookies :) we used butterscotch chips, with the chocolate chips cookies recipe :) the cookies came out great! :) wow! :) we'll definitely bake some more! :) we're cookie monsters, and we love those visits to the kitchen to enjoy some baking friday goodies :) There's lots of great things going on, as it's been a big week, and today we're having one of the warmest days since last september! :) wow! :) it reached nearly 70 degrees here today! :) it felt like gardening weather! :)

my family and i hope everyone is doing well, and enjoying a beautiful day :) We think of you all often, and are so blessed, and thankful to have you all in our lives, and to be able to share in, and celebrate very special times with you and your family's :) thank you angel friends, for all of your wonderfully heart warming comments on Hunter's birthday journal :) We're so happy, and delighted everyone enjoyed his birthday party, and pictures :) We love all of the excitement and spirit in the air :) We're marching toward March, and spring time :)

This morning, we had a wonderful day rising and shining :) the sky becoming sweet blue, and the sun rising up :) i've been hearing lots of birds singing outside here :) i think i heard some robins birds this morning!!! :) it's definitely a sign of spring approaching :) it's amazingly warm outside :) we love it! :) i gathered a nice bowl of goodies this morning for our nature animal friends, and went outside for my early morning nature walk :) i put lots of goodies around the bird sanctuary area of our yard, where the bird feeders, table, and trees are :) our nature friends love their baking friday breakfast feast :) awww! :) it continued to get warmer and warmer as the day was rising and shining :)

i wished my family a happy baking friday and i love to share with them, your sweet happy baking friday wishes :) Thank you everyone! :) You all are very nice and sweet :) we've been looking forward to baking goodies :) i began to gather our baking friday supplies, and decorations, and went out into our kitchen to begin to set up and decorate our kitchen, with a spring countdown nature theme :) i love to decorate :) it's one of the great traditions of baking friday :) our kitchen looked great :) i prepared a nice lunch, and went outside for a mid-day nature walk too :) it was amazingly warm outside, and felt like a warm spring day :) i spent some time walking around our yard, and checked in on our garden areas :) lots of awesome gardening work to look forward to doing, this upcoming spring season :)

During the early afternoon, i enjoyed some nice time here on ds, writing to friends :) shortly before 3pm, Alyssa and the triplets came over, and Mikey came over after school :) Taylynn was home today, as she has an ear infection, and got medicine to treat eat. She's been resting up :) Kayla arrived home from school, and we were all gathering around, and getting ready to bake goodies :) Each week, we love to use our nice baking friday supplies :) the nice aprons, oven mits, kitchen towels, and lots more we've recieved over the years from family and friends :) These special supplies are a great part of our cooking, and baking throughout the weeks :)

The kids were so excited about baking :) They each select their seats, and Kayla and i help them get all set, with the baking supplies :) We got our picture taken in the kitchen :) it's a cool baking friday tradition :) we were all set, and ready to get the flour flying in the air :) calling all cookie monsters! :) cookie monsters unite! :) it's time to bake! bake! bake! :) we began our super fun adventure :) We began to prepare the butterscotch cookies :) we used the chocolate chip cookies recipe, except using butterscotch chips :) i said to Kayla, pick out the best egg ever :) She loves to select the eggs :)

We began to add the ingredients to the bowl :) The kids were so excited to help :) baking friday teamwork! :) the kids love to help super stir the cookies :) we had the flour flying in the air in the kitchen :) we added in some extra melted butter to the bowl, and also the butterscotch chips :) We made a big batch of the cookie dough :) we used butter to grease the baking pan, and we then put the cookie dough onto the baking pan, and i then put the cookies into the oven to bake! :) the first batch of cookies were baking nicely :) We did some cleaning up in the kitchen, the kids love to help out :) we shared lots of smiles and laughs today in the kitchen :) The kids come up with some super neat ideas for cooking and baking too, they always mention what they'd like to bake for baking friday :)

the 1st batch of cookies finished baking, and i put the 2nd batch of cookies into the oven to bake :) The cookies baked really nicely, and came out great :) we're really excited about how well they came out :) i'd love to buy some more butterscotch chips :) i thanked Kayla and the kids for helpng bake :) they did really well :) Mikey brought some cookies home for him, Jenn, Mike, and Hunter, and the triplets were having some cookies too :) i tried one of the cookies, they came out awesome! :) We had so much fun baking the cookies :) we're gonna continue with some more countdown to spring season themed, baking friday adventures :) there's many more super fun adventures to look forward too :) a very special shoutout for family and friends :) lots of cooking and baking this week :) We love hearing about the nice goodies and foods you all cook and bake :) We're with eachother in spirit in our kitchen :) Butterscotch Cookies, dedicated to our wonderful family, friends, and to the wonderful spirit of counting down to spring time :) we love you all so very very much! :) many great memories made, to always cherish and treasure :) baking friday, we love it!!! :) February 24th, 2017 :) Happy baking friday everyone! :)
