baking friday! :) calling all cookie monsters! :) hehe! :) cookie monsters! :) hehe! :)cookie monsters unite!!! :) it's baking friday!!! :) oh my! :)a super fun, flour flying, and super sweet, happy countdown to summer themed baking friday adventure in the kitchen!!! :) This was so much fun! :) we had the flour flying, sharing lots of smiles, and made a double big batch of brownies today! :) We're so happy and excited! :) Summer is on it's way! :) we baked 3 goodies today! :) We love these awesome times, and the spirit of the season! :) come on over for some baking friday goodies! :)

We sure do love our baking friday adventures, and sharing our adventures with everyone :) keeping with the tradition, a wonderfully wholesome tradition :) Today, the kids and i baked a double batch of brownies, cinnamon raisin cornbread muffins, and onion pretzels :) it was so much fun! :) We're all digging in, enjoying some goodies :) The kids were cheering for brownies earlier :) after baking, they had a fun time going out to jump on the trampoline :) Holly was with us in spirit in the kitchen today. She's been battling a migraine ,but is feeling better this evening, and enjoyed one of each of the goodies we baked :) Awww! :) The summer season is on it's way, and we're so happy and excited for all of our adventures :) it's so nice, and a very special joy getting to enjoy this awesome tradition each week :) an awesome spirit soaring baking friday! :)

This morning, we had an awesome new day, rising and shining :) a very special friday tradition i love very much, is wishing my family, Holly ,and friends a happy baking friday, and i share with my family and Holly, your sweet happy baking friday wishes :) awww! : )You all are wonderfully nice, and sweet :) We've been enjoying our baking friday adventures, so very much, baking our favorite recipes, and trying new recipes :) it's so exciting, looking forward to a whole new summer of baking friday adventures :) i was up early this morning, enjoying some nice time here on DS, writing to friends, and getting ready for my early morning nature walk :) friday's always feel super charged up and exciting, as it's our favorite day of the week :) i gathered a big bowl of goodies, and went outside for my nature walk :)

we've been hearing, and seeing lots of birds in our area :) i put lots of goodies in our backyard, bird sanctuary area for our nature friends :) They love their baking friday breakfast feasts :)Awww! :) We have some rain/possible storms in our forecast today, but nice weather coming, including summer weather beginning this weekend :) our plants, and garden are doing really well :) Holly and i are so happy and excited to be planting lots in our garden, and looking forward to many more super fun adventures as the season goes on :) We've got some nice weekend gardening planned, including planting more flowers, sunflowers, and tomato plants :) it's gonna be awesome, and spirit soaring to see our garden continuing to grow and grow as the season goes on :) We have lots of grapes, raspberries, peaches, apples, and pears growing :) it's a wonderful start to the 2021 gardening season journey :) we love sharing our adventures, and are so excited for all of the great memories being made :) happy nature, and gardening season smiles :)

it was a nice peaceful and spirited morning :) We enjoyed our breakfast, having hot tea, iced coffee,and water :) Holly and i want to put lots of waters, and gatorades in our fridge, for the upcoming summer weather, keeping hydrated :) i began to gather our baking friday supplies, and decorations, and went out into our kitchen to begin setting up, and decorating our kitchen, for our super fun adventure :) i love to decorate it :) today, i decorated with happy countdown to summer nature and flowers theme :) our kitchen looked awesome, and festive :) Around mid-morning, Holly and i put the sports radio on, and also checking in on our online orders :) around late morning, i made some nice pretzel dough, for later on, so that the dough rises nicely :) we love to make huge pretzels :) we enjoyed a nice lunch, and during the early afternoon, i enjoyed some nice time here on DS, writing to friends :)

Around 3pm, Jenn, and the kids came over, Aj brought the kids over as Alyssa was at work :) Lots of great spirit and excitement in the air :) The kids love friday's, and the arrival of the weekend's :) They're doing awesome with finishing up the school year, and are so excited to begin summer vacation soon :) We're so proud of the kids, and their achievements throughout the school year :) Taylynn is gonna be graduating 8th grade, and Hunter is graduating kindergarten :) The kids love to select their seats, and spots at the kitchen counter :) We all got our picture taken in the kitchen :) it's a cool baking friday tradition :) Jenn and Mike were gonna do some errands, Carter wanted to go with them :) Each week, we love to use our nice baking friday supplies, that we've recieved from family and friends over the years :) i wear my nice apron Holly gave me, and we use our nice oven mits, kitchen towels, and all of our supplies, are a big part of our baking, and cooking each week :) Our kitchen was all set, and we were ready to bake some awesome goodies :) Calling all cookie monsters! :) Cookie monsters unite! :) it's time to bake! bake! bake! :)

We began our super fun adventure! :) baking friay teamwork! :) We first began to prepare brownies :) Today, Brody, Colby, Jacob, and Brayden joined me in the kitchen to help bake :) Mikey, Taylynn, and Hunter were hanging out in the living room, the kids came back and forth from the living room and kitchen at times :) The kids love to help :) they're great helpers :) i took a picture of us in the kitchen and sent the picture to Holly who was resting, i wrote, "happy baking friday, from the baking crew, you're with us in spirit" :) Awww! :) Holly was so happy :) She was resting here in our downstairs apartment, and the picture/message brighten her spirits :) We were adding the ingredients to the bowl, we made 2 boxes of the brownies today, a double batch! :) The brownies are very popular, and go very fast :) we super stirred the brownies mix, and were sharing lots of smiles, and spirited cheer :) my mom was coming out into the kitchen at times, and you all were right there with us in spirit :)

i got some baking pans, and used butter to grease the pans, and we poured the brownies mix into the pans, and i put the brownies into the oven to bake :) We love the scent of brownies baking in the oven :) Earlier, i had prepared the cinnamon raisin cornbread mix :) it's a really nice recipe :) cornbread, half and half cream milk, 1 egg, cinnamon, raisins, and a sprinkle of sugar/cinnamon on top of the muffins before they bake :) i made them the other evening, and they came out so good, my mom and Holly wanted me to bake some more :) the brownies were baking nicely in the oven, we all got ready to make the onion pretzels :) the pretzel dough had rised nicely :)

i got some water heating up on the stove in a cooking pot, for the pretzels to go into :) it's fun making the pretzels, into the pretzel shapes, and then putting the pretzels into the water, and i used a metal spatula to put the pretzles onto a butter greased pan :) we melted some butter and added minced garlic into the butter, and drizzled the butter/minced onion onto the pretzels :) The brownies had finished baking, i brought them out of the oven to cool down, and put the pretzels into the oven to bake :)

We all did some cleaning up in the kitchen :) The kids were cheering for the brownies :) i sliced the brownies, we had 2 plates full of brownies :) i took some pictures of the brownies, and we all began to dig in :) my mom, Holly, and i each had a cinnamon raisin cornbread muffin :) They came out great too :) The onion pretzels baked nicely for about 20 minutes in the oven :) the pretzels get a nice golden color, when they're finished baking :) i took a picture of the pretzels, and Holly and i each had a pretzel, they're awesome :) We had so much fun baking goodies today :) double the brownies, onion pretzels, and cinnamon raisin cornbread muffins :) The goodies came out great :) i thanked the kids for helping bake :) We love our adventures, and sharing our adventures with everyone : )We have lots more super fun baking friday adventures to look forward too as the season goes on :) A very special shoutout for family and friends :) Lots of great baking, cooking, and grilling this week :) We love hearing about the foods, and goodies you all bake, cook, and grill :) We're with eachother in spirit, in our kitchens :) This is so much fun, and very special :) i wish we all could gather and have a big baking friday picnic :) Brownies, Onion Pretzels, and Cinnamon Raisin Cornbread Muffins, dedicated to our wonderful family, friends, and to the awesome spirit of the season :) We love you all, so very very much! :) many great memories made, to always cherish and treasure :) baking friday! :) We love it!!! :) June 4th, 2021 :) Happy baking friday everyone! :)
