baking friday :) Brownies, Onion Pretzels :) a baking party in the kitchen! :)

"Lets bake some goodies!"- my nephew's Hunter, Mikey, Colby, Jacob, and Brayden said that today, during baking friday! :)

baking friday! :) calling all cookie monsters! :) hehe! :) cookie monsters! :) hehe! :) cookie monsters unite!!! :) it's baking friday! :) oh my! :) a super fun, flour flying, awesome golden days of summer, baking friday adventure in the kitchen!!! :) we had the flour flying in the air, and sharing lots of smiles! :) We're transitioning from summer to countdown to fall season, and so happy and excited, for all of the wonderful times, to be able to share in, and celebrate with you and your family's :) the month of September is set to arrive, and we celebrated the finish of august in style, with a classic, and golden, big baking crew, baking friday adventure today! :) come on over, for some baking friday goodies! :)

We sure do love our baking friday adventures, and sharing our adventures with everyone :) keeping with the tradition, a wonderfully wholesome tradition, today Kayla, the kids, and i baked some nice pretzels, and brownies :) we had a full baking friday crew, as we're celebrating the finish to the month of august, the new school year beginning, and blossoming into the month of September :) there's lots of great things going on, and many special memories being made :) congrats to all of the kids, for beginning a brand new school year :) we're so proud of them all :) it's an awesome time of the year, and as we get ready for the month of September, and the countdown to the fall season, there's lots of festivities, and traditions going on :) the kids are enjoying a great start to the new school year :) Mikey, the triplets, Kayla, and Taylynn, all began their new school year journey this week, and little Hunter, he's so happy and excited to begin school next year :) he wants to begin school! :) awww! :) Thank you angel friends, for sharing in, and celebrating these wonderful times, with us all :)

my family, Holly, and i hope everyone is doing well, and enjoying a wonderful day :) it's been a big week, and we've been looking forward to our super fun baking friday adventure :) this morning ,we had a sweet new day, rising and shining, with much cooler air, very refreshing, and happy birds singing outside :) we're so glad, and thankful the weather's cooled down :) i love to wish my family and friends, a happy baking friday, and i share with my family, your wonderful happy baking friday wishes :) awww! :) you all are so nice, and sweet :) Thank you angel friends, so very much! :)

It was an awesome morning, blossoming into the day :) i gathered a nice big bowl of goodies, and went outside for my early morning nature walk :) it felt so much cooler outside, it was awesome! :) our nature friends love their baking friday breakfast feasts! :) i checked in on our plants, they're doing really well, and continuing to grow and flourish :) we have more tomatoes beginning to grow, it's incredible! :) my mom used some of our garden tomatoes yesterday, to make homemade pasta sauce with meatballs, delicious!!! :) i began to gather our baking friday supplies, and decorations, and went out into our kitchen, to begin setting up and decorating, for our super fun adventure :) i decorated with a nice, classic golden days of summer display, our kitchen looked great! :) i baked some nice yellow squash with parmesan cheese, and Italian salad dressing for lunch :)

During the early afternoon, i enjoyed some nice time here on ds, writing to friends :) Around 3pm, everyone began to arrive, Kayla and Taylynn arrived home, Jenn, Mikey, Hunter, Alyssa, Brayden, Colby, and Jacob came over :) the kids were so excited, and sharing about their school day :) we were all gathered around :) all of the kids wanted to help bake :) Mikey's wrist, has healed nicely, he's wearing a brace now, he got his cast off recently, and is continuing to be careful with his wrist :) he was hanging out with us all, and he also was playing the video game with Taylynn :) We all got our picture taken in the kitchen, and were getting set to bake goodies :) each week, we love to use our nice baking friday supplie we've recieved from family and friends, over the years :) i wear my nice apron, and we use our oven mits, kitchen towels, and all of our supplies, are a big part of our baking and cooking each week :) our kitchen was all set, and we were ready to get the flour flying in the air in the kitchen :) calling all cookie monster! :) cookie monsters unite!!! :) it's time to bake! bake! bake! :)

We began our super fun adventure! :) earlier, i had prepared some onion pretzels dough, the dough rised nicely in the fridge :) We began to prepare the brownies first :) i said to Kayla, "pick out the best 2 eggs ever" :) she loves to help pick out the eggs :) the kids were all excited, and love to help :) they're great helpers, they get so proud, when they get to add the ingredients, super stirring :) We're so proud of the kids :) We had a big baking crew today :) this is awesome!!! :) We were having a fun time :) we super stirred the brownies mix, and got a baking pan :)

We were sharing lots of smiles, preparing the brownies :) i used butter to grease the baking pan, and Kayla helped the kids pour the brownies mix into the baking pan :) i put the brownies into the oven, to bake! :) we were all hanging out, the kids were going back and forth, from outside, to in the living room, and into the kitchen :) lots of awesome spirit, and excitement in the air :) we got ready to prepare the onion pretzels :) the dough has rised nicely :) i sliced the dough, cutting the dough into portions, and got some water heating up in a cooking pot on the stove :) We made lots of pretzels, and i used butter to grease the baking pan :) i put the pretzels 2 at a time into the hot water, for about 1 minute, the pretzels get bigger :)

We melted butter and onion flakes together, and we put the butter/onion flakes onto the pretzels, and then put the pretzels into the oven to bake :) the kids were running around playing :) we did some cleaning up in the kitchen :) the kids were so excited for the brownies to finish baking, they were asking about the brownies :) the brownies finished baking first, and i brought the brownies out of the oven to cool down :) the pretzels finished baking about 20 minutes later :) they baked so nicely, we love soft pretzels :) once the brownies cooled down, i cut the brownies, and everyone began to dig in! :) this is awesome!!! :) i thanked Kayla and the kids for helping bake :) We're so happy and excited! :) we have many more super fun baking friday adventures to look forward too :) We're going to begin our happy countdown to fall season, themed baking friday adventures next week, as we'll be blossoming into the month of September :) there's so much more, to look forward too :) a very special shoutout, for family and friends, lots of great baking, and cooking this week :) We love hearing about the nice foods, and goodies you all bake and cook :) we're with eachother in spirit, in our kitchens :) this is so much fun, and very special :) i wish we all could gather, and have a big baking friday picnic :) Brownies, and Onion Pretzels, dedicated to our wonderful family, friends, and to the awesome spirit of classic summer time :) We love you all, so very very much! :) many great memories made, to always cherish and treasure :) baking friday, we love it!!! :) August 31st, 2018 :) Happy baking friday everyone! :)
