baking friday! :) Calling all cookie monsters! :) hehe! :) cookie monsters! :) hehe! :) cookie monsters unite!!! :) it's baking friday! :) oh my! :) a super fun, and super sweet, happy Thanksgiving time themed baking friday adventure in the kitchen!!! :) this was so much fun! :) we had the flour flying in the air in the kitchen, sharing lots of smiles, and the awesome spirit of the Thanksgiving season beginning! :) We're so happy and excited! :) blossoming into Thanksgiving time, with some seasonal baking,and cooking :) we made 3 goodies today :) We love these awesome times, and all of the great memories being made :) come on over, for some baking friday goodies! :)

We sure do love our baking friday adventures, and sharing our adventures with everyone :) keeping with the tradition :) a wonderfully wholesome tradition :) today, Alyssa, the kids, and i baked brownies, oatmeal cranberry cookies, and made potato chips :) it was awesome fun! :) We're so happy and excited, to blossom into the Thanksgiving season, with all of the festivities, traditions, that makes the season such a very special one to share in :) The goodies are going fast, as they are very popular! :) The kids already want us to make more potato chips! :) hehe! :) We're also getting ready for Christmas season baking friday's too! :)

Sweet Joys of Thanksgiving time! :) This morning, we had a sweet new day, rising and shining :) A very special friday tradition i look forward too very much, is wishing my family, Holly, and friends a happy baking friday, and i share with them, your lovely happy baking friday wishes :) awww! :) You all are so nice, and sweet :) Thank you angel friends, so very much! :) We've been looking forward to baking some goodies :) Thanksgiving time baking, and cooking :) There's just something so nice, and sweet, about getting the kitchen cozy warm with the scent of goodies baking and cooking :) next wednesday, Holly and i are gonna make homemade stuffing, and apple crisp, for Thanksgiving :) We have lots of favorite recipes we love to make this time of the year :) We love hearing about your seasonal recipes you and your family make :) We're so happy, to enjoy the foods, goodies, and desserts :) it's one of the best joys about Thanksgiving :)

As the new day was blossoming, i gathered a big bowl of goodies, and went outside for my early morning nature walk :) There were lots of happy birds, and squirrels visiting our yard :) They were waiting for me to put some goodies outside for them :) they love their baking friday breakfast feasts :) awww! :) i put the goodies in our backyard :) it got nature wild! :) lots of bluejays, sparrows, black birds, squirrels, and i heard some warbler birds singing :) i love those sweet nature tunes, and moments :) i love starting my day with a nature walk, it makes my spirit soaring :) i look forward to many more nature adventures, as the season goes on, including winter wonderland nature walks during winter season :) There will be lots of red cardinals around, i hope to take some pictures of them :)

The morning was sweet spirited, and joyful! :) it's a very sweet tradition on baking friday, decorating our kitchen :) we enjoyed a nice breakfast this morning, i made an iced coffee :) cheers!!! to family, friends, nature, and to the spirit of the season :) i began to gather our baking friday supplies, and decorations, and went out into our kitchen to begin setting up, and decorating our kitchen, for our super fun adventure :) we love our wonderful Thanksgiving decorations we've recieved over the years :) turkey decorations, pigrims, cornacopia's, and lots more :) our Thanksgiving decorations are a very special part of our Thanksgiving traditions, and celebrations over the years :) it's so much fun decorating :) i love decorating with themes of the season :) our kitchen looked awesome, warm, and festive, all decorated with a Thanksgiving theme :) a special Thanksgiving greetings, from our kitchen to yours :) As the morning went on, i sent out some happy baking friday texts, and we prepared a nice lunch :) During the early afternoon, i enjoyed some nice time here on DS, writing to friends :) i also prepared some potatoes, for making fries and potato chips :)

Around 3pm, Jenn and the kids came over, and shortly after, Alyssa and the kids came over :) We were all gathering around, lots of great spirit, and energy in the air :) We love these awesome times :) i was showing the kids the turkey decorative, that opens up into a turkey decorative with the paper :) it's an old fashioned decorative :) it's really neat, and cool :) We got our picture taken in the kitchen :) it's a special baking friday tradition :) You all are always right there with us in spirit in the kitchen during these times :) Little Brodie, and little Carter came out into the kitchen at times today :) the kids are growing a lot :) Each week, we love to use our nice baking friday supplies we've recieved from family and friends over the years :) i wear my apron, and we use our oven mits, kitchen towels, and all of our supplies, are a big part of our baking, and cooking each week :) our kitchen was all set, and ready, and we were ready to get the flour flying in the air in the kitchen! :) calling all cookie monsters! :) cookie monsters unite!!! :) it's time to bake! bake! bake! :)

We began our super fun adventure! :) baking friday teamwork! :) We first began to prepare the brownies :) they're one of our favorite goodies to make :) the kids love to help :) they're great helpers :) they get so proud, when they add the ingredients :) they love to crack open the eggs :) We were having a fun time, preparing the brownies :) Super stirring the brownies mix :) We used vegetable oil to grease the baking pan, and we poured the brownies mix into the baking pan, and then put the brownies into the oven to bake :) we love the scent of brownies baking :) As the brownies were baking, we began to prepare the oatmeal cranberry cookies :)

For the oatmeal cranberry cookies, we used the same oatmeal cookies recipe, except instead of raisins, we add dried cranberries into the mix :) there was lots of awesome spirit in the air, as we were all in the kitchen :) the kids were doing awesome helping prepare the goodies :) We're so proud of them, and the great learnings about baking, and cooking :) We made a big batch of the oatmeal cranberry cookies :) we used butter to grease the baking pan, and put lots of cookies into the oven to bake :)
We had the cookies, and brownies baking nicely :) the kids were cheering for potato chips! :) i got the frylator going on the back of the stove, so that everyone was safe from the hot frylator. we began to make the potato chips :) We made lots and lots of potato chips, and bowls of salt and vinegar for everyone to dip the chips into :) my sister Jenn, and Alyssa were having some chips :) the kids were having some chips too :) The chips are one of Mikey's favorite treats :) The brownies and first batch of cookies finished baking :) i brought the goodies out of the oven to cool down, and put a 2nd batch of oatmeal cranberry cookies into the oven to bake :)

We did some cleaning up in the kitchen, and made a big bowl of potato chips with salt and vinegar for Taylynn :) Taylynn was at her school dance, from 3pm to 5pm :) The final batch of cookies finished baking :) i sliced the brownies, and took pictures of the goodies, and we all began to dig in :) we were having so much fun, enjoying the goodies :) i thanked Alyssa, and the kids for helping bake :) We had so much fun baking the goodies :) We love these awesome times :) We have many more super fun baking friday adventures to look forward too :) We're going to be blossoming into the Christmas holiday season baking friday adventures :) a very special shoutout, for family and friends :) lots of great baking, and cookie this week :) We love hearing about the nice goodies, and foods you all cook and bake :) We're with eachother in spirit, in our kitchens :) this is so much fun, and very special :) i wish we all could gather, and have a big baking friday picnic :) Brownies, Oatmeal Cranberry Cookies, and Potato Chips, dedicated to our wonderful family, friends, and to the wonderful spirit of the Thanksgiving season :) We love you all so very very much! :) many great memories made, to always cherish and treasure :) baking friday! :) we love it!!! :) November 22nd, 2019 :) Happy baking friday and happy Thanksgiving season everyone! :)

Turkey named Michigan! :) a very sweet decorative treasure :) in 2008, we were shopping for Thanksgiving time,and found it very hard to find some Thanksgiving decorations in stores, especially turkey decorations. our dear friend Deb (Stardust) read my journal about it, and a few days later, we recieved a special delivery in the mail :) This wonderful turkey decoration :) it warmed our hearts :) i named our turkey decoration, Michigan, in honor of Deb and her family, who live in Michigan :) We will always cherish and treasure, this very special gift :)
