baking friday! :) Calling all cookie monsters! :) hehe! :) cookie monsters! :) hehe! :) cookie monsters unite!!! :) it's baking friday! :) oh my! :) A SUPER FUN, FLOUR FLYING, FUN CLASSIC AUTUMN themed baking friday adventure in the kitchen!!! : )AUTUMN LEAVES and CANDY CORN! : )this was so much fun!!! :) Taylynn, Mikey, and i had the flour flying in the air in the kitchen today, as we had some sweet fun, baking up some yummy treats! :) Mikey and Taylynn, did awesome decorating the cookies today! :) i am so very proud of them! : ) Kayla was with us in spirit today, in the kitchen :) She went to a school dance after school today, but will be joining in on the baking friday fun again very soon :) We had the flour flying everywhere in the kitchen today, and Taylynn and Mikey got some COOL surprises, Halloween Stickers! :) awww! :) This is an awesome day, lots of great things going on, and this evening, a HALLOWEEN surprise gift i created, i'll be giving to Taylynn and Kayla, for their room :) a Halloween Tree! :) TWAS only 5 days, until Halloween season! : )October is coming! :) We wish you all could come over, to enjoy some baking friday goodies :)
We sure do love our baking friday adventures, and sharing our adventures with everyone :) Keeping with the tradition, a wonderfully wholesome tradition, today Mikey, Taylynn, and i, baked some nice decorative autumn leaves and candy corn themed sugar cookies :) The kids were so excited, to make the different colored frostings, and they were having a good ole time, decorating the cookies :) i am so proud of Taylynn and Mikey, i gave them each, some awesome halloween stickers! :) we're ready to begin a season of halloween themed baking friday's, beginning next week :) 5 friday's in October! :) it's gonna be BAKE-TOBER, FUN-TOBER, AWESOME-TOBER!!! :) woot! :) Halloween season is coming! :)
my family and i hope everyone is doing well, and enjoying an awesome day! :) We were treated to the wonderful nature joy, of a beautiful rainbow, and AUTUMN RAINBOW in the sky here this morning :) awww! :) it's a really spirited day :) i recieved my 2nd halloween postcard book in the mail, and had a fun halloween craft this afternoon! :) i decorated, a sweet halloween tree, for Kayla and Taylynn :) Kayla had given me the tree she had, that stopped working. :) She was gonna throw the tree away, but i said, "i'd like it" :) i got a really cool and spook-tacular idea! :) i bought some orange lights, at the dollar store, and i strung the lights around the tree, and branches, plus added glow in the dark halloween stickers, and ghosts decorations! :) it came out GREAT! :) wow! :) i took some pictures of the tree :) when Kayla arrives home from the dance this evening, i'm going to be giving her and Kayla the halloween tree, for their computer room :) They're going to be very happy and excited :)
The Spirit of Fall, is in the air! :) This morning, we had a sweet new morning, rising and shining :) we had some rainfall overnight, and the sunshine return with the sunrise this morning :) we love rising and shining, into a sweet new day :) my family and i love this time of the year :) i wished Kayla and Taylynn a happy baking friday, and shared with them, your wonderful happy baking friday wishes :) Thank you everyone, so very much! :) We love this awesome special day and tradition :) Fall season baking, and all of the festivities, and traditions of the season, that makes fall very special :)
i gathered a big bowl of goodies this morning, as our nature animal friends love their baking friday breakfast feast :) i was putting the goodies around our yard, and while i was in our backyard, that's when i noticed the rain appearing in the sky, i went back in to get my digital camera, and took a picture of the rainbow :) the rainbow appeared to get darker, with each minute, it was like the rainbow has just appeared! :) very nature cool! :) it was such a treat to see the rainbow :) my mom, Lisa, and Kayla came outside too, to see the rainbow :) We had such a fun morning :) We have a very special shoutout, and thank you, for my dear, and lovely mom, and sister Lisa :) During the evening yesterday, they went to the store, and picked up some nice baking friday supplies :) it's very nice, and sweet of them :)
We're all getting into the spirit, of the new fall season :) i've got some awesome updates to share later on my journal, about how i'm gonna be able to make halloween town slideshows, using my youtube account! :) SWEET!!! :) i'm practicing up, on making the slideshows, i downloaded the cool windows movie maker for my computer, it's really neat :) The fall season is settling in nicely, and soon it will be October, halloween season! :) woot! :) We love this time of the year :) We're so happy, excited, and thrilled, to celebrate the season with everyone :) i did some nice decorating here in my computer room today, i'm also putting finishing touches, on my halloween town decorations :) i've got a really sweet lighting ceremomy planned, for my halloween town :) i can't wait! :) Twas only 5 days, until October arrives! :) it's gonna be BOO-eautiful! :)
This morning, i gathered our baking friday supplies, and decorations, and went out into our kitchen, to begin setting up and decorating our kitchen, for our super fun adventure :) my mom mentioned, that Jenn and Mikey were gonna be coming over this afternoon, plus the chance that Taylynn may join in the baking friday fun too :) Kayla has her dance at school today, but is gonna join in on some baking friday fun soon, we're hopeful she'll be in the kitchen with us, a few times in October, especially October 31st, Halloween is on a friday this year :) i decorated our kitchen, with scarecrows, candy corn pictures, plus pumpkins, and autumn leaves :) it looked awesome! :) part of the great baking friday fun each week, is the special decorating of our kitchen :) this time of the year, and during the holidays, i do some of our biggest decorative displays, in the kitchen for baking friday :)
i cooked a nice lunch today, and had some nice phone calls with friends :) i also texted with friends, to wish them a happy baking friday : )Thank you everyone, for the nice texts today :) during the early afternoon, i enjoyed some time here on ds, writing to friends, i also decorated Kayla's and Taylynn's halloween tree for their room :) Around 2:50pm, i went back out into our kitchen, to put the finishing touches on our kitchen preparations :) my mom fixed up some nice baking pans for us :) She mentioned that Jenn and Mikey were going to burger king to pick up some foods, including a happy meal for Mikey and Taylynn :) awww! :) around 3:20pm, Taylynn arrived home from school, Mikey gave her the happy meal, she was very happy!:) awww! :) Taylynn mentioned, that she wanted to help us bake today! :) awww! :) the kids enjoyed their happy meals. :) we were all hanging out, enjoying the spirit of the day : )
We got ready, to bake the cookies :) i said to Mikey, "Mikey, you get to pick out the egg today!" :) he smiled, and was very happy! :) awww! :) he said, "cool!" Mikey and i opened up the fridge, and he picked out the best egg! :) he was very proud, to select the egg :) We began to add the ingredients to the bowl :) Mikey said, "i don't need a spoon, i'm using my hands!" hehe! :) he was digging right into the bowl! : )hehe! :) we had flour flying around :) my mom and Jenn came out into the kitchen today too, and my dad checked in too! :) This was awesome! :) baking friday fun! : ) we made some nice candy corn shaped, and autumn leaves shaped sugar cookies, using our cookie cutters :) We had 2 nice baking pans full of cookies :) Taylynn, and Mikey were looking forward to making the different colored frostings! :) it's one of their favorite baking friday traditions! :) awww! :)
i put the sugar cookies into the oven to bake! bake! bake! :) as the cookies were baking, Taylynn, Mikey, and i got some bowls, and spoons, and began to add the frostings into the bowls :) we made, green, yellow, orange, red, and Mikey wanted to make blue too :) this was awesome! :) we were having lots of fun :) The kids were so excited, to help make the cookies, and frostings :) i checked in on the cookies, they finished baking :) i brought the sugar cookies out of the oven to cool down :) they were cooling down, and we did some cleaning in the kitchen :) We were using the sponges, and my mom gave us paper towels too :) Once the cookies had finished cooling down, we then began to decorate! :) Taylynn and Mikey each got their own cookies to decorate, they were so proud! :) i told them, to decorate the autumn leaves themed sugar cookies, with the colors they wanted too :) they were so very into it, as they frosted the goodies :) i feel so proud of them! :) baking friday smiles! :)
We then decorated the candy corn sugar cookies, with the white, orange, and yellow frostings :) the cookies came out great! :) We were all showing everyone the cookies :) We put the cookies onto a decorative autumn themed platter :) i thanked Taylynn and Mikey for helping bake :) i'm very proud of them :) Mikey said, "uncle Chris, can we have some halloween stickers!" :) awww! :) i said, "sure!" :) i gave them some halloween stickers :) We put some cookies on a nice plate, for Mikey and Jenn to bring home :) We had so much fun today, baking goodies :) we did miss Kayla, but we know she'll be joining in some fun baking friday adventures with us soon :) it was awesome, having Mikey and Taylynn join in today :) We love baking friday, and have our halloween themed baking friday's coming up :) i want to bring my portable dvd player into the kitchen, for our casper the ghost themed baking friday adventure, for the kids, to be ablel to enjoy watching casper movie, as we bake goodies :) There's many more super fun baking friday adventures to look forward too :) a very special shoutout, to family and friends :) Lots of cooking, and baking this week :) We love hearing about the nice foods, and goodies you all cook, and bake :) We're with eachother in spirit, in our kitchens :) Autumn Leaves, Candy Corn Sugar cookies, dedicated to our wonderful family, friends, and to the beautiful spirit of the seasons :) We love you all so very very much! :) many great memories made, to always cherish, and treasure :) baking friday! :) we love it!!! :) September 26th, 2014 :) Happy baking friday everyone! :)
SLIDESHOW UPDATE! :) Hi angel friends :) i just wanted to update everyone, on my slideshows :) yesterday, i tried to upload a smile box slideshow i made, into my journal, and what happened was, it was playing continuously, which made my journal not be able to be accessed/read. i edited my journal, removing the smile box slideshow. last night, i studied online, about how to create a slideshow on youtube (which i can easily post here in my journals) :) i found a really helpful link, that gives step by step, information about creating a slideshow :) i downloaded the "windows movie maker", feature, and i am practicing, using it :) after i create a slideshow, i can then add music, and can upload the slideshow onto my youtube page, and then can include my slideshow here in my journals, especially during the month of October :) The slideshow maker, is really neat, and easier, than the smile box, and it's also gonna b free, which is good :) i'll be making a slideshow this weekend, a preview video, of my halloween town, to share with everyone :) i'm very happy and excited about this fun project :) it's gonna be great! :) i'll keep everyone updated :)
We're enjoying a great day! :) baking friday! :) We love it! :) my family and i are doing well, and are in good spirits :) the week is ending on a good positive note :) There's lots of great things going on, and many special memories being made :) We're very excited, about the upcoming days, and week, that will lead us into the halloween season, as October arrives :) We're going shopping tomorrow, at the dollar store, and maybe walmart too :) i'm going to buy some halloween gifts, goodies, treasures, i want to begin stocking up, on some halloween candy :) it's gonna be so much fun shopping :) i'm gonna go shopping wild! :) hehe! :) i love it! :) i'm gonna begin to write halloween postcards, and also putting together the treasures packages :) it's one of my favorite festivities, and traditions this time of the year :) if we go to walmart,i want to browse at the collectible hotwheels cars :) on sunday, i'll be doing some writing, watching football, and enjoying the spirit of the days, and weekend :) it's gonna be an awesome weekend :) i look forward to sharing our weekend adventures, and pictures with everyone, in my weekend journals :) there's lots of great things to look forward too :) Tonight, i'm going to call our dear friend Holly :) We love to talk, and watching ghost adventures, and most haunted :) it's our paranormal tv show night :) my family and i thank you all so very much, for all that you do for us :) You all are wonderfully nice, sweet, and very generous :) We deeply appreciate everything, with all of the love of our hearts :) BIG GROUP WARM FRIENDSHIP HUG :) We hope everyone enjoys a wonderfully safe, fun, and happy weekend :)

A HALLOWEEN SURPRISE, for Kayla and Taylynn! :) i am so very happy and excited! :) i got a very special surprise here, for Kayla and Taylynn :) Kayla has a halloween tree, that is just like mine :) her tree stopped working (the lights). She gave me the halloween tree, before she was gonna throw the tree away. i said, "sure, i'll take it" :) i bought some orange lights, at the dollar store :) i went into full halloween crafts mode, as i began to string the orange lights, around the tree, and i also added in some glow in the dark halloween stickers, ghost decorations :) it came out great! :) This evening, i'm going to surprise Kayla and Taylynn, by giving them this tree, for them to display in their room, for halloween time :) i had so much fun, fixing up the tree :) This halloween tree has many more halloween seasons ahead, to be displayed proudly! : )i am so proud, of how i fixed this tree up :) it looks spook-tacular! :)


Autumn Rainbow :) i saw this beautiful nature sight this morning :) we recieved rainfall overnight, and this morning during sunrise hour, i spotted a beautiful rainbow in the sky :) it's 1st time i've seen a rainbow during an autumn season :) very neat! :) it's awesome nature, shining :)
