"We baked an apple pie today"- my family and i said that today, during baking friday and we also said that on Septembr 21st, 2007 during our 1st baking friday :) Happy 10th Birthday Baking friday!!! :)

baking friday! :) calling all cookie monsters! :) hehe! :) cookie monsters! :) hehe! :) cookie monsters unite!!! :) it's baking friday!!! :) oh my! :) a super fun, sweet, and awesome celebration, of 10 years of baking friday adventures in the kitchen!!! :) Happy 10th birthday, Baking friday!!! :) September 21st, 2007, a very special tradition was born, with the wonderful love, and spirit of you all, our dear and awesome wonderful DS angel friends :) Baking Friday :) This is so much fun! :) We got the flour flying in the air in the kitchen today, baking up some awesome treats, including the very special baked goodie that started it all, an apple pie! :) It's with the most wonderful love, and excitement of our hearts, we are so very happy and excited, to dedicate this very special baking friday adventure, to you all :) Happy birthday to our favorite tradition of the week, baking friday! :) Come on over, for some baking friday goodies! :)

We sure do love our baking friday adventures, and sharing our adventures with everyone :) keeping with the tradition, a wonderfully wholesome tradition, today Kayla, the kids, and i baked an apple pie, and butterscotch cookies :) Sharing lots and lots of smiles, and many great memories :) today during our baking friday adventure, i looked out our kitchen window, and saw our winesap apple tree :) it's the tree we picked apples from, in September 2007, and baked an apple pie, on a friday :) i remember it like it was yesterday :) Kayla was 6 years old, and she was very excited to help us bake an apple pie that day :) after we baked the pie, i remember putting the pie into our microwave, and just as i was about to close the microwave door, i thought of all of our dear DS angel friends, and i got my digital camera ,and took a picture of the pie :) i uploaded a picture of the pie into my journal, on that September 21st, 2007 :) Friends loved seeing the pie, and asked my family and i, what we were gonna bake next friday :) The baking friday tradition was born, right there :)

my family and i love this very special tradition, and you all, our dear angel friends, are a very big and special part of it :) Thank you all, for giving us the wonderful blessing, of this tradition in our lives, that we look forward too, each week :) Today, we had our 520th baking friday adventure :) Each adventure, very special, unique, and so very heart warming :) many friends, have joined in on the baking friday fun throughout the years :) from season to season, holiday to holiday, special occasions, birthday's, and lots more :) We're so very happy, excited, and thrilled, to welcome you all into our kitchen each week, to celebrate a fun baking friday adventure, and we thank you all, for joining us, and for welcoming us into your kitchens :) This is so much fun, and very special :) We remember the day after baking friday, we had a cool surprise :) our dear friend, my lovely ds mum (Bloss) had saved the apple pie picture, and she used editing to cut the apple pie, and in the editing, she put our names on the slices of the pie in the picture, and she said, "the cookie monsters took the pie!" hehe! :) that's how we came up with, "calling all cookie monsters!" :) when my ds mum (Bloss) writes us letters these days, she still mentions the picture of the apple pie! :) hehe! :) lots of awesome fun times over the years, with all of the baking friday's shared :) We're so happy, and delighted everyone enjoys our baking friday adventures :)

Today, we're celebrating in style, for the baking friday's 10th birthday!!! :) We knew, we just had to bake an apple pie. :) We've been looking forward to our super fun adventure. :) baking friday, brings us lots of great joy, excitement, and many special memories over the years :) From Taylynn, Mikey, Hunter, Colby, Brayden, Jacob, all joining in on the adventures, and the awesome fun, of enjoying the goodies we bake :) We feel very blessed, and thankful to have this very special tradition in our lives :) It's a very special time, and day :) Happy baking friday, and happy birthday to baking friday too :) 10 years of baking, and here's some CHEERS!!! to the next 10 years too! :)

This morning, we had a sweet new day, rising and shining :) it felt like a holiday to our hearts, the 10th birthday of baking friday :) wow! :) 10 years of baking friday fun, and each time we bake, it feels like it just began! :) i love to wish my family and friends, a happy baking friday, each friday morning :) Thank you all so very much, our dear angel friends for your sweet happy baking friday wishes :) awww! :) i love sharing your wishes with my family :) You all are so nice, and sweet :) it was a sweet morning, as we began our day :) i love the excitement of the arrival of friday morning, and knowing we're all in for an awesome fun adventure :)

i began my day, with a nice nature walk :) i love to put lots of goodies outside, for our nature friends :) They love their baking friday breakfast feasts :) awww! :) it's been very windy here today. i began to gather some baking friday supplies, and decorations, and went out into our kitchen to begin setting up, and decorating our kitchen for our super fun adventure :) i decorated with a very special, happy 10th birthday, baking friday theme :) Lots of awesome excitement in the air :) our kitchen looked awesome! :) i prepared a nice lunch, and also went outside to tend our plants :) i gave our plants a nice watering :) we've had some very gusty winds here today, but the plants are holding up very well :) we have some new sunflowers blossoming, and lots of popcorn growing :)

During the early afternoon, i enjoyed some nice time here on ds, writing to friends, and was reflecting back upon the baking friday adventures we've had over the years :) around 3pm, Alyssa and the triplets came over, and Jenn, Mikey, and Hunter came over :) Kayla was home from school, and we were all gathering around :) Lots of great spirit, and excitement in the air :) the triplets and Taylynn love to play their video games, and watch their videos after school, but are always welcome to join us in the kitchen for some baking friday fun :) we were all gathering around :) We have a very special shoutout, and thank you for my mom and dad :) they went shopping today, and picked up baking friday supplies :) it's very nice, and sweet of them :) we all love to chip in each week, to get baking friday supplies :) Each week, we love to use our nice baking friday supplies we have recieved over the years, from family and friends :) i wear my apron, we use our oven mits, kitchen towels, and also our cookie cutters are so nice, to be able to use for the holiday's baking friday's :) We love these awesome baking friday supplies :) our kitchen was all set, and we were ready to get the flour flying in the air in the kitchen!!! :) calling all cookie monsters! :) cookie monsters unite!!! :) it's time to bake! bake! bake! :)

We began our super fun adventure! :) We got our picture taken in the kitchen :) it's a cool baking friday tradition :) Kayla, Mikey, Hunter, and i began to prepare the butterscotch cookies :) we used the nice chocolate chip cookies recipe, except we had butterscotch chips :) i said to Kayla, "pick out the best egg ever" :) She loves to pick out the egg :) i remember in 2008, when Kayla first cracked open an egg, she did great, and was so proud! :) We're so proud these days, to help the kids, and giving them their first experiences of baking goodies, from super stirring, cracking open the eggs, using the rolling pin on dough, to using cookie cutters :) the kids are great helpers, and they get very excited, when they get to add in the ingredients, super stirring, and of course, when they get to enjoy the baked goodies :)

Mikey and Hunter were helping Kayla and i prepare the cookies, with adding in the flour, the egg, sugar, baking soda, and the butterscotch chips :) of course, we taste tested some of the chips, and got the flour flying in the air in the kitchen! :) hehe! :) it's always been a big part of the baking friday fun! :) flour flying, and sharing lots of smiles :) We were having lots of fun, baking the goodies :) recently, Mikey and Hunter got to go apple picking with Jenn and Mike :) they had a fun time picking apples, and were telling Kayla and i about their adventure :) you all are always right there with us in spirit, during our adventures :) my mom and Jenn came out into the kitchen today too :)

We prepared the cookies, and i used butter to grease the baking pan :) we put the cookies onto the pan, and i put the 1st batch of cookies into the oven to bake! bake! bake! :) As the cookies were baking, we began to prepare the apple pie :) i washed the apples, and sliced the apples :) We got a ready made pie crust, and used some butter to grease the pie baking dish :) We added in the apples slices, sugar, a little flour, honey, and cinnamon :) Kayla went around the edges of the pie crust, with the fork, and i used a knife, to make slices in top of the apple pie, so that it evenly baked :)

It was then time, for the apple pie to bake! :) it was so very sweet, thinking back to our 1st baking friday adventure, and baking an apple pie today :) the 1st batch of cookies finished baking :) i put a 2nd batch of cookies into the oven :) We let the pie bake for a good 45 minutes, and the 2nd batch of cookies baked nicely too :) we had a big plate of cookies, and also a nice apple pie :) our kitchen smells like apples, cinnamon, and butterscotch! :) yum! :) this is so much fun, and very awesome! :) we had so much fun baking an apple pie, and butterscotch cookies today :) celebrating 10 years of baking friday fun! :) i thanked Kayla and the kids for helping bake goodies :) We look forward to many more super fun adventures :) next week, we're having a pizza party baking friday adventure, baking some pizza :) i think we'll bake a stuffed crust pizza :) a very special shoutout, for family and friends :) Lots ofgreat baking, and cooking this week :) We love hearing about the nice goodies, you all bake and cook :) We're with eachother in spirit, in our kitchens :) i wish we all could gather, to have a big baking friday picnic :) Apple Pie, and Butterscotch Cookies, dedicated to our wonderful family, friends, the excitement of the season, and the awesome fun spirit of baking friday! :) We love you all so very very much! :) many great memories made, to always cherish and treasure :) baking friday! :) we love it!!! :) September 22nd, 2017 :) Happy baking friday and Happy fall season everyone! :)

We're enjoying a wonderful day! :) baking friday! :) we love it!!! :) my family and i are doing well, and are in great spirits :) There's lots of great things going on, and many special memories being made :) We're so blessed, and thankful to have the amazing opportunity, to celebrate very special times like this, with everyone :) the spirit of the season :) The weekend is arriving with lots of spirit :) Tomorrow, we're gonna go shopping at the dollar tree :) i'm going to buy some halloween treasures, and snacks :) it's gonna be lots of fun shopping :) we love the dollar tree :) i want to do some writing this weekend :)Holly and i are gonna watch a movie saturday night, and on sunday, my brother Bobby and family are coming over, to celebrate Bobby's birthday, and we also have football games :) it's gonna be an awesome weekend :) i look forward to sharing our weekend adventures with everyone, in my journals :) There's many more great things to look forward too :) Tonight, Holly and i are gonna watch 2 episodes of Most Haunted show : )We love our friday night, paranormal party night's :) Thank you angel friends, so very much, for all that you do for us :) You all are wonderfully nice, sweet, and very caring :) We deeply appreciate everything, with all of the love of our hearts :) BIG GROUP HAPPY FRIENDSHIP HUG :) We hope everyone enjoys a wonderful weekend :)
