baking friday :) Apple Cupcakes, Apple Fritters, and Old Bay seasoned potato chips! :)

"We want more potato chips!" - my little nephew Mikey, and my niece Taylynn said that today, during baking friday! :)
baking friday! :) calling all cookie monsters! :) hehe! :) cookie monsters! :) hehe! :) cookie monsters unite!!!! :) it's baking friday! :) oh my! :) a super fun, sweet, and Thanksgiving season wholesome, Apple Harvest themed baking friday adventure in the kitchen!!! :) everyone was joining in on the baking friday fun today, including Taylynn, and my sister Lisa! :) we made some potato chips, that everyone LOVES!!! and we got some special orders, to make MORE! :) hehe! :) this was awesome!!! :) we are so happy and excited! :) This was a baking friday party in the kitchen!!! :) you all were right there with us in spirit! :) oh my! :) We had the flour flying, sharing smiles, and digging in, to enjoy some yummy baking friday goodies! :) come on over, to enjoy some goodies! :) it's baking friday! :) woot! :)
We sure do love our baking friday adventures, and sharing our adventures with everyone : )keeping with the tradition, a wonderfully wholesome tradition, today, Kayla, and i, and our family, had a wild and fun, baking friday adventure in the kitchen! :) We baked some nice apple cupcakes, made apple fritters with cinnamon and sugar, and we also made some nice old bay seasoned "crab chips" potato chips! :) wow! wow! wow! :) The potato chips, and fritters, were going fast! even little baby Hunter was eating some apple fritter, and he was smiling and smiling! :) Taylynn and Mikey said, "we want more potato chips!" hehe! :) they ordered up, a 2nd, and 3rd helping of potato chips! :) this was great! :) we had so much fun, and are so happy, and excited to share our adventure :) We're making more potato chips next week too! :) This day is rocking, and awesome rolling! :)
my family and i hope everyone is doing well, and enjoying a beautiful day! :) i've been thinking of you all often, on this sweet classic, golden, and sunny bright November day! :) The spirit of fall season, and Thanksgiving season :) a wonderfully blessed, and joyful time of the year :) The autumn leaves are all around, and soon, the wonderful warmth of our homes, with a Thanksgiving meal being prepared, the scent, of all of our favorite foods, and Thanksgiving parades on tv :) gathering with our loved ones, and all of those special traditions, that brings a beautiful warmth to our hearts, as many special memories being made, and shared :) we feel so very blessed, and thankful, to have you all in our lives, our sweet, and dear wonderful guardian angel friends :) You all are family to us, and always have a very special place in our hearts :) We're so happy, to celebrate the Thanksgiving season, with you and your family's :)
This morning, we had a beautiful new morning, rising and shining, and we've been looking forward, to making some more nice apple goodies, from our 2015 apples harvest from our apple trees :) We've been enjoying baking ,cooking, all of these nice apple goodies, and today on the baking friday menu, apple cupcakes, apple fritters, and some nice potato chips :) a special shoutout to Holly, for sending me some old bay seasoning (crab chips seasoning) :) i wished my family and friends a happy baking friday this morning, and shared with them, your wonderful happy baking friday wishes :) Thank you everyone, so very much! :) awww! :) You all are so nice, and sweet :) You all bring us lots of joy, happiness, peace, and excitement :)
It was a great morning, as i gathered a big bowl of goodies to put outside, for our nature animal friends :) they love their baking friday breakfast feasts, gathering lots of yummy goodies :) it was so nice, seeing the sunrise, the beautiful blue sky, and we have a breeze in the air today : )it makes the autumn leaves fly all around :) We have a very special shoutout, and thank you, for my dear, and lovely mom and dad :) Today, they went shopping, and picked up some nice baking friday supplies for us :) it's very nice, and sweet of them :) we all love to chip in each week, to get the baking friday supplies :) we love this awesome tradition in our lives :)
i decorated our kitchen, with a nice fall harvest theme :) it looked so nice! :)earlier in the morning, i selected some apples from our picnic table, and i washed the apples, sliced the apples, and cooked the apples with cinnamon and sugar on the stove :) our kitchen smelled so nice :) i wanted to prepare the apples, for later on, with baking friday :) i love decorating our kitchen, getting everything set, and ready for later on :) i enjoyed a nice wholesome lunch, and i enjoyed another nature walk around mid-day :) it was so nice and breezy outside, lots of crows, and sparrows all around our yard and neighborhood today :) during the afternoon, i enjoyed some time here on ds, writing to friends :) i also wrote down the recipe, for the apple fritters, that i found on the allrecipes.com site :) i love finding some recipes on there :)
Around 2:40pm, i went back out into our kitchen, got the frylator set, and also our baking pan :) Alyssa and the triplets came over :) Jenn, Mikey, and baby Hunter came over shortly after 3pm :) Kayla was getting ready to help us bake :) Taylynn was very excited too, and we were all gathering around, Taylynn wanted to help us bake, and Lisa was home today, and wanted to help bake too! :) Sweet!!! :) this was awesome! :) We got our picture taken in the kitchen :) i had the oven on, and the frylator was on the back of the stove area, in a nice safe area, with the lid too :) earlier i had cut some potatoes, slicing the potatoes into potato chips shape, and i sprinkled old bay seasoning on the potato chips :) i put some potato chips into the frylator, they began to fry in there :) i love potato chips, and have been wanting to make some :) Throughout the course of the day today, i texted friends to wish them a happy baking friday :) it was so exciting, everyone gathered around in the kitchen, and we were all so excited, and pumped up for the adventure :) Each week, we love to ue our nice baking friday supplies we have recieved from family and friends, over the years :) our aprons, oven mits, kitchen towels, hot mats, and lots more :) These very special supplies, are always a wonderful part of our cooking, and baking each week :) our kitchen was set, and we were all set and ready! : )calling all cookie monsters! :) cookie monsters unite!!! :) it's time to bake! bake! bake! :)
We began our super fun adventure! :) The kids were all set, and ready to SUPER STIR! :) we used some nice vanilla cake mix, to begin making the apple cinnamon cupcakes :) We love cupcakes, and wanted to make apple cinnamon ones for the first time :) i said to Kayla, "pick out the best 2 eggs ever!" :) she loves to pick out the eggs :) we were all set, baking friday teamwork! :) my sister Lisa joined in, and was helping the kids super stir the cupcake mix :) The kids get so proud, when they get to add in the ingredients, and helping out in the kitchen :) They're great helpers! :) we love baking friday, and these awesome times, and many great memories being made :) You all are always with us in spirit in our kitchen too, and we're with you all in spirit :)
We used some nice baking cups, to put the apple cinnamon cupcakes mix into :) i then put the cupcakes into the oven to bake! :) our kitchen was smelling great! :) i checked in on the potato chips, they were frying really well :) as some were finishing frying, i put the potato chips on a nice dish, and i sprinkled more old bay seasoning on the chips :) Taylynn and Mikey tried a chip, and they love it! :) they wanted me to make more! hehe! :) it was a special BAKING FRIDAY ORDER UP! :) woot! :) i sliced another potato, and made some more chips for them :) they were dipping the chips into ketchup, and they also wanted to try to make, some salt and vinegar chips! :) i put a little vinegar in a bowl, with some salt, Jenn came out into the kitchen, we were dipping some potato chips into the salt and vinegar, enjoying some chips :) this was awesome! :) my sister Lisa had some too! :) We were so very into this! :) digging in! baking friday! :) woot! :) sharing lots and lots of smiles :)
i was making more of the potato chips :) Alyssa and the triplets had to go home early, but we saved some goodies for them too :) Kayla, Mikey, and i prepared the apple fritters batter :) it's a very simple recipe, i'd love to share the link here, to the recipe :)

We mixed all of the ingredients into a bowl, and in a side bowl, we put white sugar, and cinnamon, for the fritters :) i used the metal scooper with the holes in it, to scoop some of the apple fritter dough, to put into the frylator :) The apple fritters were frying nicely, and once i brought the fritters out of the frylator, i put the fritters into the bowl of sugar and cinnamon :) the fritters look awesome, and taste great! :) wow! :) once the fritters cooled down a bit, we were trying some, even little baby Hunter was having some apple fritter :) awww! :)
Taylynn and Mikey were so excited, they wanted MORE CHIPS! :) hehe! : )i made them a 3rd order of potato chips! :) they were so happy, and had their dishes, an were so excited when i made the more chips :) The apple cupcakes baked nicely, i brought them out of the oven to cool down : )we were all gathered around :) We put together a nice dish, for Jenn, Mikey, and baby Hunter to bring home :) cupcakes, and apple fritters :) my dad took an apple fritter to work when he left for work :) my mom had an apple fritter too :) we love them! :) the goodies came out so good! :) we're gonna make some more apple fritters, and more potato chips next week too! :)

We're enjoying a great day! :) baking friday! :) we love it!!! :) my family and i are doing well, and are in great spirits :) there's lots of great things going on, and many special memories being made :) It's been a nice week, and the weekend is arriving with lots of wonderful spirit :) i'd love to go shopping tomorrow, at the dollar store :) i'm going to buy some treats, cards, and i also want to buy some more dried cranberries :) i love to have cranberries with my cereal :) i hope they have some good cereals at the dollar store too, and i want to buy some more fruit teas :) on sunday, Holly and i are going to have a football party :) the Redskins and Ravens both have games on sunday, it's gonna be awesome! :) i look forward to sharing our weekend adventures, and pictures with everyone, in my journals :) i'm also going to do some writing, this upcoming weekend too :) i've blossomed into some more cards writing :) i'm loving it! :) There's many more great things to look forward too :) Tonight, Holly and i are going to watch the new episode of most haunted, and new episode of ghost adventures :) We love our friday night, paranormal show party night :) my family and i thank you all so very much, for all that you do for us :) You all are wonderfully nice, and sweet :) We deeply appreciate everything, with all of the love of our hearts :) BIG GROUP WARM COZY FRIENDSHIP HUG :) We hope everyone enjoys a wonderful weekend :)

preparing the apple fritters :) The fritters were in the vegetable oil, in the frylator :)
Cinnamon and Sugar :) after taking the apple fritters out of the frylator, i put the fritters in this bowl of cinnamon and sugar to coat them. :) it's the first time we've made apple fritters :)

i prepared some potato chips, by washing the potatoes, and carefully slicing the potatoes, like size/thin-ness of potato chips :) i then seasoned the potatoes with some old bay seasoning :) we used the frylator for the potato chips, and once they were out of the frylator, i sprinkled more old bay seasoning on the potato chips :) they came out great! :)
