baking friday :) Apple Cinnamon Muffins, Apple Bites :) It's Fall Harvest baking time! :)

"Fall is coming! APPLES!"- my niece Kayla, and little nephew Mikey said that today, during baking friday! :)
baking friday! :) calling all cookie monsters! :) hehe! :) cookie monsters! :) hehe! :) cookie monsters unite!!! :) it's baking friday, and FALL HARVEST TIME!!! :) oh my! :) a super fun, flour flying, smiles sharing, Fall Harvest themed baking friday adventure in the kitchen!!! :) this was so much fun! :) With the return of Kayla and Mikey in the kitchen, we had that flour flying, and some sweet classic, and golden baking friday fun, as that scent of apples and cinnamon filled our kitchen, with the spirit of FALL SEASON! :) the air is cool and crisp, and the spirit of the season has began to arrive! :) We're so very happy, excited, and thrilled! :) our dear friend Holly texted me, she's baking apple goodies today too! :) awesome!!! :) Apples, Pumpkins, Scarecrows, and Autumn leaves, and sweet joys and spirit of wholesome heart warming festivities :) Come on over, for some apple cinnamon muffins, and apple bites! :) it's a Fall Festival in the kitchen! :)
We sure do love our baking friday adventures, and sharing our adventures with everyone :) keeping with the tradition, a wonderfully wholesome tradition, today Kayla, Mikey, and i baked apple cinnamon muffins, and apple bites :) our dear friend Carol (Mycat) gave us the recipe for the apple bites :) this adventure was rocking and rolling!!! as Kayla and Mikey both joined me in the kitchen today, for some awesome baking friday fun! :) i am smiling and smiling! :) it was so nice, to have Kayla and Mikey baking with me today :) We love our adventures, and beginning this sweet new season, of wholesome baking :) The fall season is arriving, with the cool crisp air, of the early mornings, and the trees beginning to change colors :) The evening sunset hour, with that coolness in the air too, it's feeling like, and looking like, FALL SEASON! :)
my family and i are so very happy, and thrilled about celebrating the new season with everyone :) there's lots of great things going on, this time of the year :) it's sweet classic, and golden September! :) it's that time of the year, with the golden september sun shining, and the cooler air, has got the nature changing beautifully all around :) pumpkins and scarecrows beginning to be seen all around, lining houses and walk-ways, along with the glistening glow of wholesome nature, as many birds, and squirrels are all out and about, gathering goodies :) pumpkin patches, and apple orchards opening up, for those sweet days of Fall :) The treats of the season, from apples, pumpkins, and lots more :) it's a wonderful feeling of wholesome joys, and warmth in our hearts :) We love when fall arrives :)
We hope everyone is doing well, and enjoying a beautiful day! :) the month of September, continues to shine :) this time of the year, as fall begins to arrive, it always makes me so excited, and reminds me of some very special memories, i have from over the years, of my favorite season, Fall season : )i remember when i was in kindergarten, and we had a special field trip, when our mom's got to come into our school with us that day, and we all took the bus, to visit the apple orchard here in our area :) i remember it well, it was Mrs. Camp's class, and we were all ready for a fun day at the orchard :) at the orchard, i remember we all got to pick an apple, and got our picture taken next to the apple trees :) it was one of the best field trips i've ever had, and my mom and i still talk about that special field trip :) It'll always be a wonderful memory to us :) we love this time of the year, both my mom and i, love fall, it's our favorite season :)
We've been looking forward to baking some apple themed treats :) With fall season arriving, we thought it would be awesome, to have our annual Fall harvest baking friday adventure today :) it's almost 7 years to the day (September 21st, 2007), when we baked an apple pie, and the baking friday tradition was born :) we love to bake, and are so excited, each time the fall season approaches, getting into the spirit of the season ,is one of our favorite traditions :) this morning, we had a beautiful, crisp, and cool, september day rising and shining :) it was only in the 40's this morning! wow! :) i wished Kayla, Taylynn, and our family a happy baking friday, and shared your lovely happy baking friday wishes with them :) awww! :) Thank you everyone, so very much! :) You all are so nice, and sweet :)
my mom mentioned, that Jenn and Mikey were gonna be coming over today to bake, plus, Kayla was home today, her throat was a bit scratchy, and she wanted to take the day off from school. She said she would love to help us bake :) awww! :) i began my day, with a joyful nature walk :) wow! :) it sure was chilly this morning, it's light jacket type of weathe :) i was putting lots and lots of goodies, all around our yard, for our nature animal friends :) they love their baking friday breakfast feasts :) i was seeing the sparrows, and squirrels, as i checked in on our plants, i saw a few tomatoes, and string beans that i planned to pick, during the day today :)
It was a really sweet morning :) i gathered our nice fall season decorations, fall harvest :) our scarecrow oven mit, and also our fall stickers :) i was all set, and ready to decorate our kitchen, for our super fun adventure :) i love getting into the decorating : )it's part of the baking friday tradition : )our kitchen looked awesome, and looked like a Fall festival display :) we have a very special shoutout, and thank you, for my dear, and lovely mom and dad :) they went shopping today, and picked up some baking friday supplies :) it's so nice, and sweet of them :) thank you mom and dad, so very much! :) i cooked a nice healthy lunch, brown rice, and also had some baked potatoes :) after lunch, i enjoyed a nice nature walk, in our yard and gardens :) it was still feeling nice and crisp outside :) i put some more bird seeds in the nature forest, and bird sanctuary areas of our yard :) the birds and squirrels, have been enjoying goodies all day :) i picked some tomatoes, and string beans, and then came back indoors :) i enjoyed some nice time here on ds this early afternoon, writing to friends :)
Around 2:50pm, i gathered the rest of our baking friday supplies, and went back out into our kitchen :) i was putting finishing touches on our preparations, for our adventure :) i washed/sliced some apples, i then put the apple slices in a bowl with water, and i heated it up for about 5 minutes, in the microwave :) i boiled the apples a bit, for the apple bites recipe :) our dear friend Carol (Mycat) gave us the recipe, for the apple bites :) around 3:05pm, Jenn and Mikey arrived :) Kayla came out into the kitchen, we were all gathering around ,Mikey was very excited : ) this was great! :) we were getting ready, for some awesome baking friday fun :) Taylynn arrived home from school, she had a good day at school :) She choose not to bake today, but did have a fun time going outside to play :) her friends came over :)
Each week, we love to get lots of nice use, from our baking friday supplies, we have recieved from family and friends, over the years :) our nice aprons, oven mits, kitchen towels, hot mats, and lots more supplies, that are always a very special part, of our baking and cooking adventures :) i turned the oven on, our kitchen was nice and cozy warm :) throughout the day, i texted friends to wish them a happy baking friday :) Thank you everyone, so very much, for the nice texts :) our kitchen was all set, and we were all set, and ready for our super fun adventure :) calling all cookie monsters! :) cookie monsters unite!!! :) it's time to bake! bake! bake! :)
Kayla, Mikey, and i began our super fun adventure! :) we first began to prepare the apple cinnamon muffins :) my mom and Jenn were in the kitchen :) i said to Kayla, "pick out the best 2 eggs ever! " :)Awww! :) my mom helped Kayla get the eggs :) this was so nice :) my niece Alyssa was here too, she was coming out into the kitchen from time to time :) lots of spirit, excitement, baking friday! :) We began to add the ingredients, to the big bowl :) i slicied 3 more apples :) Mikey helped put the apple slices into the bowl :) we also added in, some flour, oh my! :) getting the flour flying! :) we love it! :) we added in some sugar, brown sugar, plus some baking powder, a little pinch of salt, 2 eggs, and we also added in some cinnamon :) mmm mmm! :) the scent of apples and cinnamon is so nice :) we also added a cup of milk into the bowl :)
We had our spoons, and began to SUPER STIR!!! :) as we were enjoying preparing the apple cinnamon muffins, we also were so excited, as we shared smiles, talking about fall season, and halloween season coming up soon :) it's gonna be a FUN-TOBER of October fun! :) we made 16 apple muffins :) We scooped the apple muffins mix, into the baking cups :) i then put the 16 muffins into the oven to bake! bake! bake! :) oh my! :) Within minutes, our kitchen began to get that nice apples and cinnamon scent, it's a scent of fall season :) we love it! :) as the apple cinnamon muffins were baking, we began to prepare the apple bites :)
It's a really nice and fun recipe to make :) our dear friend Carol (Mycat) shared it with us :) the apple slices i boiled for 5 minutes earlier, we sprinkled brown sugar and cinnamon on the apple slices :) we then opened up the 2 cans of croissant rolls :) we then rolled the apple slices, in the croissant rolls, and put the apple bites, on a nice butter greased baking pan : )we made lots and lots of the apple bites :) i sprinkled cinnamon on top of the bites :) i then put the apple bites into the oven to bake :) The apple bites, baked really fast, in about 6 or 7 minutes, they were all set :) i brought the apple bites, out of the oven :)
Kayla, Mikey, and i did a little cleaning up in the kitchen, and i then brought out the apple muffins :) both the apple bites, and muffins ,baked so very nicely :) We showed everyone the goodies :) We have a nice fall harvest tray, that's really cool, we put the goodies on the tray for taking pictures of the treats :) this was such a wonderfully wholesome, and fun time we shared together today, baking goodies :) all of these sweet memories being made, are very awesome :) We have lots more fall harvest/halloween themed baking friday adventures, to look forward too :) i thanked Kayla and Mikey for helping bake goodies today :) a very special shoutout, and thank you, for family and friends :) Lots of awesome baking this week, and today :) our dear friend Holly mentioned, she baked the apple bites too :) She was so happy to join in on the baking friday fun :) this is awesome, and so much fun! : )We're with eachother in spirit, in our kitchens :) Apple Cinnamon Muffins, and Apple Bites, dedicated to our wonderful family, wonderful friends, and to the beautiful spirit, of fall season : ) We love you all so very very much! :) many great memories made, to always cherish, and treasure :) baking friday! :) We love it! :) September 19th, 2014 :) Happy baking friday everyone! :)

We're enjoying a wonderful day! :) SPIRIT OF FALL! :) baking friday! :) we love it!!! :) my family and i are doing well, and are in great spirits :) there's lots of great things going on, and many special memories being made :) We love this time of the year, especially the autumn weekends :) it feels like fall is arriving :) the nature is glowing beautifully :) i've been continuing to decorate my computer room, and halloween town :) it's looking BOO-eautiful! :) The weekend is arriving with lots of spirit : )Tomorrow, we're gonna go out to shop, at the dollar store, and maybe walmart too :) i'm so very happy, excited, and thrilled! :) i'm going to begin to buy some nice halloween goodies, treats, and treasures, for when i put together happy halloween goodies/treasures packages for family and friends :) it's gonna be so much fun shopping :) i'm gonna go absolutely sweet halloween shopping wild! :) hehe! :) i love it! :)
It's gonna be so nice, going out in our new minivan, for the first time :) i'd love to get an iced coffee, this upcoming weekend too :) on sunday, i want to do some writing, nature walks, and watching football : )The Redskins have a big game vs the Eagles :) it's gonna be SWEET! :) football sunday! :) on monday, i really want to harvest some mammoth sunflower seeds :) it's gonna be so nice, to harvest, and bake the seeds, and i look forward to sharing a nice journal, about the harvesting process, and will take pictures to share too :) We're getting closer and closer to the halloween season :) i look forward to sharing our weekend adventures, and pictures with everyone :) it's been a really sweet, balanced, and wholesome week, with lots of wonderful nature joys, and very special times, with family and friends :) There's many more great things to look forward too :) Tonight ,i'm going to call our dear friend Holly :) We love to talk, and are going to watch an episode of ghost adventures, and an episode of most haunted :) it's our paranormal shows party night :) my family and i thank you all so very much, for all that you do for us :) You all are so nice, sweet, and wonderfully generous :) We deeply appreciate everything, with all of the love of our hearts :) BIG GROUP WARM FRIENDSHIP HUG :) We hope everyone enjoys a beautiful weekend :)

Happy baking friday smiles :) Preparing the Apple muffins, and Apple bites :) Baking friday teamwork! :) We were super stirring, the nice ingredients :) i sliced the applies, and put cinnamon and brown sugar on the apples, that sweet scent, it's so nice! : )it's FALL SEASON scent, apples, and cinnamon :) we love it! :)


For the Apple bites, i sliced the apples, and boiled the apples for about 5 minutes in water :) it softened the apples :) Then, we added some cinnamon, brown sugar, onto the apples, and rolled the apple slices with the croissant rolls :) i then sprinkled some cinnamon on top of the croissant rolls, and we baked the goodies :) our dear friend Carol (Mycat) gave us this nice recipe :) Thanks Carol! :)
