We sure do love our baking friday adventures, and sharing our adventures with everyone :) Keeping with the tradition, a wonderfully wholesome traditon :) Today, the kids, Holly, and i baked an American flag themed cake, and brownies for baking friday :) it was so much fun!!! :)Sharing lots of spirited cheer, as we get ready to blossom into the 4th of July holiday weekend :) We love this very special tradition, and are so happy and excited about lots of great things going on, and many special memories being made :) We're gonna slice the cake this weekend, and the brownies are going very fast! :) We're loving the day, and the sweet spirit of the season!!! :)

This morning, we had a great new day, rising and shining :) a very special baking friday tradition i look forward too each week, is wishing my family, Holly, and friends a happy baking friday, and i shared with my family and Holly, your sweet happy baking friday wishes :) awww! :) thank you angel friends, so very much! :) We love looking forward to our baking friday adventures, and the very special excitement it brings us each week :) it's such a fun tradition, and we love planning out some super fun summer time baking friday adventures :)it's been a great stretch of days, with lots of great things going on, as the summer season's blossoming :) we're so glad, and thankful for the nice cooler weather :) i was up early this morning, enjoying some nice time here on DS, writing to friends, and getting ready for my early morning nature walk :) i gathered a big bowl of goodies, and went outside :)

we had some nice replenishing rainfall overnight, and at times today too :) it's really good for the plants, trees, and nature :) i put lots of goodies in our backyard, bird sanctuary area, for our nature friends :) they love their baking friday breakfast feasts :) awww! :) i checked in on our plants this morning, they're doing very well, growing, and flourishing with the season :) it's incredible to see how much they've grown :) They enjoyed the rain, and also all of the sunshine earlier this week, the plants have reached this amazing growing stage :) We're so happy and excited to see lots of fruits, and vegetables growing, and will be harvesting fresh garden goodies, all throughout the summer season :) Holly and i are looking forward to some cool gardening time tomorrow, as it's only gonna be about 65 degrees :) it'll be very comfortable weather, for pulling weeds, and we also are going to tend our tomato plants, by putting some support stakes around the plants, and also going to plant the rest of our banana peppers plants :) we're enjoying the gardening season, so very much and sharing our garden with everyone :) There's lots more super fun nature, and gardening adventures to look forward too :)

It was a sweet spirited morning :) We love friday's, and the arrival of the weekend's :) We enjoyed a nice breakfast, and had some hot tea, iced coffee, and water :) i began to gather our 4th of July themed decorations and baking friday supplies, and went out into our kitchen to begin setting up, and decorating our kitchen, for our super fun adventure :) it's a special part of baking friday each week :) i love to decorate :) Today, i decorated with a Patriotic, red, white, and blue 4th of July theme :) Our kitchen looked very festive, and summer time spirited for the arrival of the 4th of July holiday weekend :) We love this time of the year, and the very special joy of all of the times being shared with family and friends :) As the morning went on, we put some sports radio on, checked in on some of our online orders, and also browsing some collectibles :) with the 4th of July coming up, i may buy a couple new coins this weekend, for my collection :) Around mid-day, we enjoyed a nice lunch, and during the early afternoon, i enjoyed some nice time here on DS, writing to friends :)

Around 2:30pm, Aj brought the kids over, and Alyssa came over later after work, around 4pm :) Jenn and the kids came over shortly before 3pm :) We were all gathering around, lots of great summer time spirit, and excitement :) The kids are having a great time enjoying their summer vacation :) We've been counting down the days, until our super fun baking friday adventure :) We love summer time, and the arrival of the 4th of July holiday weekend, and all of the festivities, and traditions that makes summer time a classic time of the year :) The kids love to select their spots at the kitchen counter, and we get our picture taken :) it's a cool baking friday tradition :) Each week, we love to use our nice baking friday supplies, that we've recieved from family and friends over the years :) i wear my nice apron, and we use our nice oven mits, kitchen towels, and all of our supplies, are a big part of our baking, and cooking each week :) Our kitchen was all set, and looking super Patriotic for the 4th of July, and we were ready to bake some awesome goodies :) Calling all cookie monsters! :) Cookie monsters unite! :) it's time to bake! bake! bake! :)

We began our super fun adventure! :) Baking friday teamwork! :) The kids love to help! :) We first began by preparing the American flag themed cake :) the kids get so proud, helping Holly and i bake :) We got the big bowl, spoons, and began to add the ingredients into the bowl :) The kids all love to have something to add to the bowl :) We added in the eggs, and began to super stir! :) Super Stirrers! :) The kids were stirring :) my mom, and Jenn came out into the kitchen :) You all were right there with us in spirit :) We were sharing lots of smiles, and talking about the 4th of July holiday weekend :) it's one of our favorite times of the year :) i used butter to grease the baking pan, and we poured the cake mix into the pan, and i put the cake into oven to bake :)

The kids were going back and forth, from the kitchen and living room :) Brody was so proud, to help super stir the goodies, he says ,"Brownies!" and smiles big! :) awww! :) We were preparing the brownies mix, they're one of our favorite goodies :) We were having so much fun, enjoying all of the awesome spirit, of baking ,and the arrival of the 4th of July holiday weekend :) we got the brownies mix all set, and i used butter to grease the baking pan :) we poured the brownies into the pan, and put the brownies into the oven to bake :) We were all hanging out, we did some cleaning up in the kitchen :) the kids were having some blueberries, and strawberries :) i sliced some strawberries for the American flag cake :)

The Cake finished baking, i brought it out of the oven to cool down :) The kids were playing some video games, and everyone was also checking out the cool 4th of July themed picture, that Holly painted for our freezer door, to share with everyone :) She did a great job! :) She loves to paint, and loves arts and crafts :) The brownies finished baking, i brought the brownies out of the oven, and we got ready to decorate the American flag cake :)We love to decorate :) We first spread cool whip topping on top of the cake, and then the kids, Holly, and i all put some strawberry slices on the cake to make the American flag stripes, and then added blueberries onto the cake as the stars on the flag :) The cake came out great, and looks very super cool! :) Alyssa came over after work, and saw the cake :) once the brownies cooled down a bit more, i sliced the brownies, took pictures of the goodies, and we all began to enjoy some brownies :)

We're enjoying a spirit soaring, awesome day! :) baking friday! :) Summer time spirit! :) We love it!!! :) my family, Holly, and i are doing well, healthy, and in great spirits :) We had so much fun baking goodies today :) We love these very special times, and all of the great memories being made :) The weekend is arriving with lots of 4th of July summer time spirit! :) We love the weekend's, and the blossoming of summer season :) Tomorrow, Holly and i are going to have a popcorn movies day, a special 4th of July movies themed day :) We picked out some super cool movies, to watch including Independence day movie :) We're gonna have some foods, snacks, and drinks :) We're also going to tend our plants, enjoying some nature walks :) Sunday is the 4th of July! :) We're so happy and excited to celebrate with everyone :) We want to BBQ grill some foods on sunday, and we'd love to watch some fireworks displays on tv :) We're also gonna have a classic, season 1 and 2, TWD marathon :) It's gonna be a spirit soaring, super fun summer time weekend :) i look forward to sharing our weekend adventures, and pictures with everyone in my weekend journals :) There's lots more great things to look forward too :) Tonight, Holly and i are going to watch 2 episodes of Most Haunted show :) We love our fun, friday night paranormal party night's :)
