Bad Tuesday
Tuesday started of really bad. i woke up at 1:30 with a migraine and tossed and turned all night with it. Meds have not helped today as of yet. My diabetes has kicked in as well giving me throbbing pain in my left foot. Didn't eat bad last night, steak and sliced tomatoes. No breads etc. Hmm... All this on top of the normal everyday pains in back and neck and I'm a wreck! Just needed to vent. sorry. Eyes are blurry (migraine). Let go of me Satan!!

That really stinks, RevDenny. I\'m sorry your meds are not working-- sometimes they just don\'t. I\'m reading a book right now called \"Migraine Brain,\" and the author (a neuro doc) says the pain of a migraine is actually the 3rd of 4 stages of a migraine. She says that trying to find the sign/symptoms that precede the pain is when we should take the med. That\'s what I\'m doing now, trying to find those signs because mine aren\'t real obvious like some people. I don\'t have the aura or other really obvious symptoms-- have you done anything like that?

It\'s ok to vent...Now I know to zero in my prayer for you, to those particular parts of your body.
