bad sleep

Well, okay, the sleep wasn't bad, what there was of it. The last two nights, though, I've been unable to fall asleep before 5am. Ridiculous! I had an excruciating migraine on Friday. It started Thursday and didn't truly end until Saturday morning. I think subconsciously I'm just gun shy about getting another one. The bloody cpap mask hurts my head so much that I don't want to use it if I've had one in the last few days. Went to the sleep doc this morning, though, and exchanged the mask for one that doesn't push on my head that way. Here's hoping it makes the difference!
Fatigue: 8
Fog: 6
Pain: 4, which is amazing considering the long walk this morning to my office due to the lack of handicapped parking at my building. Makes me want to shoot someone when that happens.
Good news is that I'm surprisingly not feeling exhausted right now. I know I am going to crash big time when I get home, but right now I can't even feel it.

Well that last part didn\'t last long. Picking up the kids in 30, so just need to last long enough to get us all home safely. Then I am going to crash and God help them if they disturb me.

I can understand not wanting the machine at night. I know you need it, but it must be really annoying. So sorry you haven\'t been getting much sleep. It\'s such a bugger.

Thanks, hon! Yeah, the way the old mask pushed on my forehead regardless of position was always slightly painful. The new mask doesn\'t do that, so here\'s hoping! It\'s definitely going to take some getting used to, but I like it better already.
