Bad night great day :-)

So I have been staying with my mom and yesterday was my official day home:-) yay. Missed my cats :-)~ yep I'm a cat lady :-) So I started doing some things around my house a little at a time trying not to push myself. So I bent down with a hand on my dining room table to move a lil pile of clothes I had left. I could feel a litte pull when bending over so I stopped. So last night it started bothering me. It was a burning sensation. Not excruciating but irritating enough I couldn't sleep in bed and ended up sleeping on my couch. When I got up this morning it was burning much more. I got a lil nervous. I was pretty sure every thing was ok and I just pulled something but called my doc to be sure. The agreed I musta pulled something and it was on my left side that they said is usually more sore then the other side. She asked if I had put my binder on... No. And if I had taken my pain meds... Nope. She said take em and put my binder on I should be fine since I had no nausea or fever if it got worse they'd have me go in. Didn't get worse :-) and had my first day out the house since surgery:-) my dad took me to see the avengers :-) best dad ever:-) then I went to see my nephews play baseball:-) ended up a great day :-)
