Bad Night

Ever do something that you know you are going to regret doing ? I did that yesterday . But I looked at my yard and it looked very bad ,all those dried leaves just laying there in piles . So I got the rake out and started raking and bagging . I only worked in spurts of ten to fifteen minutes at a time . But still had problems with breathing and spasms while doing it . Never had that happen before . I thought that I was having heart palpatations but I finally got it all done . That is just the front yard ,no I am NOT going to do the back yard . I learned my leson last night when I couldn`t sleep because of all the pain and spasms . I don`t understand why I could do things like that last year if I took it slow like I did and now I feel like crap . And i talked to my wife and she said that in order for me to get anything done on my referals to see the pain specalist and the new NS I would have to call the doctors office and hound them about it or it would be put on the back burner and then before you know it lost some where in LaLa land . That is the good old hospital polacy here in the flat lands of New Mexico . If you hound them they call you a hypocondriac and if you don`t they  loose the paper work and you have to start all over agian . And to make matters worse she also told me that I need to run by the MRI place and get the results of the MRI`s and take them to the doctors office . I was thinking that they should be doing that but again we are not in the big city of Denver anymore . Boy some times I wonder why on earth I moved back here to this small town , where if it gets done you have to do it yourself . What happened to doing your job and doing it right . I guess I should take a pain pill and lay down for a while but Oh that is impossible because my doctor didn`t follow through and call in my script so I have no pain meds now . Guess he didn`t think that was important enough to take the time to do . I just founf that out yesterday afternoon when I called my pharmacy to find out if it was ready for me to pick up .
