bad night

last night I tried to sleep in my daughter's rm, when I tried to sleep all I could see was my ex attacking me and I got very upset, I know this is a irrational thought, but everything I tried did not work. I tried to calm myself down but the onlly thing that worked was time and sleeping on the couch!!!! it hasn't been this bad in a long time..... I just want to be able to sleep like a normal person!!! and to top it off I called mike during this time and now I am embrassed!!!
