bad news

well what a lousy start to the day......got a call from the rheumy's office, i was not approved for the funding for the new med.....so I guess the next step will be to go to Toronto and meet with the transplant assessment team, probably in the new year.
The last couple of days have been up and down, the reflux feels a bit better with the nexium (another med not covered for me) but I must be in a flare. My skin actually hurts.....it hurts to touch and to shower and I have been having awful headaches, I think the headache is partly from the cupping, I think I am going to ask him to leave that off for awhile. I am supposed to go in today but I think I am going to reschedule for Monday and just take it easy for a few days.
My daughter is going to get the same tattoo that I just got, she is such a sweetheart. We have our tickets for the play....so I have to rest up for that, we are going on the 17th to the matinee. I really hope I am feeling better by then.
Did my bloodwork and chest xray, so back to the family doc on tuesday for the results.....maybe I should have waited to get the flu shot, maybe that is making me flare too????
I think I am going to hold the couch down for most of the day,, have to get some laundry done for Hubby, he is leaving for deer camp on sunday, and we have a birthday party to go to tonight, but we don't have to stay long
