Bad Bad Days
This has turned into an incredibly BAD day. It is just me and my ice cream tonight. May be unhealthy, but it has always been there for me and does make me feel better.(Even if it is temporarily) People not so much. :(

So sorry you’re having such a bad day. There is nothing wrong with having that ice cream if it makes you feel better temporarily. Sometimes you just have to do that for yourself.

Do whatcha gotta do. Bad days are temporary too so hopefully tomorrow brings some. Don’t feel bad about the ice cream.

Not my favorite day.... long story. I’m home alone too and my son brought home a chocolate-raspberry cake last night. Just sitting there.... been really good about no sugar. Big temptation. Of course your post reminded me so thanks.. lol. Hugs
