Backtracking

2 weeks!! 2 weeks I made it!!!!! My method we working, I was barely getting the urges anymore than suddely whamo, realised My hand was tangled up ,there was hair on my computer and on my lap. I pulled worse than I've pulled for a while huge tots of hair and I can't stop pulling!!!! I was doing so well... I guess I should get used to it. Don't think I'm ever going to beat this...
