Back to work day after transfer
Well ladies I had my transfer yesterday and I was resting the entire day. I was initially going to call out of work today but I do not want to jeopardize my employment. During the transfer I asked the doctor if he recommended his clients call out of work after transfer and he said no its not neccessary. He said to just take it easy. I have a good job and would hate to get pregnant and not have a job so I dont want to take my job for granted. I am just feeling a little guilty and hope that this does not interfer with me becoming pregnant. I plan to just be on desk duty all day. I just hope I am not making a mistake. I am just going to pray on it.

I\'m sure you will be fine! According to my RE and all my research there is no evidence that bedrest improves chances of pregnancy! The only reason I plan to take time off is because I am a nurse and work 12 hour shifts which are VERY physicially demanding. Good luck and I hope desk duty goes as planned :-)
I\'m sure you will be fine! My RE doesn\'t recommend bedrest, just says to take it easy. I actually know a girl from my clinic who went for a 6 mile run (!!!!) the day after her transfer and is now pregnant with twins. Obviously I wouldn\'t recommend the 6 mile run, but i\'m sure sitting at your desk is just fine. :)
There are millions of \"regular\" ladies out there who go about their business and those embies implant no problem. I think resting up the day of the process is good, but working after that should be fine. You just take it easy and keep an eye on what your body is telling you. Happy 2ww!!!
Every RE is different. My RE asked me to have bedrest for 3 days while some REs don\'t. If the golden embie or embies are there which I think they are, then bedrest or no bedrestt won\'t make a difference and it\'s going to implant with no problem. Just try to take it easy and don\'t stress yourself :)
i no your baby to be is a sticky one. goodluck for you and hopefully you baby to be.
