BACK TO THE DRAWING BOARD, SO TO SPEAK

 hey friends, this is a little embarrassing.
I saw my goal "lose 5 more in June" and that was June of 2009. Well I did lose 5 lbs. last June, but have long since gained it back and more.
My new goal is to lose 10 lbs. from where I'm at now.
We're at April 15 and I'm setting the 10 lb. goal for May 30.  That gives me six weeks.
