Back to the demon journal entry...

I have always been a runner...not a sporty-type runner, but someone who leaves to avoid a fight, or walks away from problems.  The only issue is, the alcoholism comes with me.  This is a demon I have to fight head-on and that's something new for me!  I am willing to fight it.  I have to to save my own life.
I WILL beat this.  On Saturday, I told my mom I was 6 days sober and she was SO proud of me.  And then I threw it all down the drain yesterday.  I'm back on the wagon.  I'm going to beat this addiction.

I \'ve been there done that. That always sucks to go bragging about quitting then go back to it.I\'m never as fast to tell that part.I think it\'s true as they say it can\'t be done alone that is just way too lonely.I recognize that now but still haven\'t been to a meeting:)There is another support group online called In the Rooms you can\'t see it without becoming a member first it is set up exactly like facebook. It is for all addicts.Like a facebook for addicts. So I just found that and am still coming on here too.
