Back To STL Tomorrow

My scouting/house hunting trip to Atlanta has been very beneficial. I found a house that Jeff and I both really like and think will work for our family. We put an offer on it yesterday, and it was accepted today. We are under contract! Woot!!!

Now I get to experience the buyer side of things.
