Back Pain

Today isnt a good day for me.  I am in a lot of back pain. Spinal Stenosis, Sciatica,  Arthritis, Neuropathy & pinched nerves, back spasms, numbness and tingling in legs & buttucks.  I cant  sleep or walk.  I dare not cough or sneeze.
I hope tomorrow is a better day.
