Back on the wagon
Yesterday, I fell off my healthy wagon. I will admit that I had a huge breakdown and was feeling pretty crappy. I didn't think I would snap out of it so quickly. But, thanks to the very supportive people on this site, I jumped back on my wagon today and took off! I may not have gotten as much exercise as I should have, but I did do SOMETHING at least. And, I ate smaller portions, spaced out, and much healthier today than yesterday! And, I even let myself take a nap and finish the first Part of Deathly Hallows. All without guilt.
Then, I made a deliciously healthy dinner, cleaned up the kitchen, made chocolate chip cookies, and cleaned up the kitchen after those as well. The cookies are more of a reward for my husband than myself because I actually don't eat as much sweets if I make them at home, compared to buying them in the store.
Over all, I feel very good today. I also feel like I am still on the right track, and it is all thanks to the people on here. You are all the reason I even got up from my nap today, because my phone alerted me to replies to yesterday's post. I am so inspired by all of you, and I hope that I can be of help to anyone who needs it.
