Back on antidepressants

Well, After a slight vacation of my choosing from my anti-depressants, I am back on them at my therapist urging. She was concerned that I might slide back into my dark depression that initially came in with when we first began.  I understand her point on the matter. The reason for going off the medication in the first point was because I was feeling better and because it made me very groggy first thing in the morning.  Trying to work groggy, didn't work so well.  Not that it may matter in the soon future if I loose my job but we shall see. So I consulted my doctor that put me on the meds she said the dosage is fine. I went back on them last night. Not happy about it..but I'm back on
